I searched for filling passport form online and the site came up. I thought it was a government website but they took my money and only sent a pdf of the passport application filled out.

- Glen Carbon, IL, USA • Jul 01, 2026

Website impersonating government passport renewal site. You go through the process, it uses official gov form, is https, etc... but at the end they do not show or disclose that they are charging a fee for what you just did... nothing shown at all... because people will take a step back and realize they are not using the actual gov site. I paid for free forms.

It was for a passport renewal. And was not the government site. Charged me for a free service and now has all my personal information

- New Hartford, NY, USA • Jun 30, 2026

I searched online for U.S. passport renewal and clicked uspassportandvisa.org, believing it was the official government website. The site looked legitimate and asked for my personal information and payment, but I later realized it was a third-party service that only provides forms that are available for free through the U.S. government. I felt misled because the website's appearance and wording made it seem like I was completing an official passport renewal. I paid for a service I did not intend to purchase and am concerned that the company now has my sensitive personal information.

This website is posing as a legitimate government passport and Visa renewal service which it is not. It only fills in information into a form with no actual renewal or connection to a legitimate passport renewal. They also collect info like mother maiden name which is not on the actual form… phishing for info and then I began receiving alerts of fraud attempts and attempts to sign into my accounts.

- Baltimore, MD, USA • Jun 25, 2026

This website poses as the official government website for passport renewals and charges the exact same fees the government does for the passports. But all the fees to this “company” get you is a PDF copy of your application, which you still have to mail in and again pay the fees to the actual US government.

Not a legit website, took my money for a passport renewal along with all personal information

- Prairieville, LA, USA • Jun 21, 2026

I went to the wrong website to renew my passport. I entered personal information but my payment did not go through.

- Dallas, TX, USA • Jun 18, 2026

Says you’re paying for your passport, then sends you instructions on how to apply for your passport.

- Bellingham, WA, USA • Jun 16, 2026

Went to this website to renew passport and I didn't realize that it wasn't a legitimate site. I entered all my sensitive information and debit information.

- Orlando, FL, USA • Jun 16, 2026

Website pops up BEFORE government website when searching to renew your passport. No red flags until I took my paperwork to the post office to ship out for renewal and was alerted that I paid this website to print the SAME paperwork you get from the government website FOR FREE. You are made to feel that you are paying the renewal fee ($130) but in reality you are paying them for documents available for no fee from the correct website. Called to complain and seems they receive this call daily as they had a script ready to go. Stay away from this business and the scams they use.

- Corona, NY, USA • Jun 16, 2026

I tried to renew my US passport and Google gave me this website first. I thought it is a government website, but it is a scam. I entered all my personal information. Good thing, my credit card blocked it.

Thought I was applying for a passport but scammed

- Schuylkill Haven, PA, USA • Jun 12, 2026

make their site look like government site charge a fee for free paperwork.

- Parker, CO, USA • Jun 11, 2026

I went online to renew my passport and the site indicated that I could renew online with them. After I provided all the required sensitive data and paid the renewal fee, I was told that the passport application was all they filled out (which apparently can be done on the US Dept of State website for free) and I was still going to have to pay for the Passport of another $130. None of this was disclosed until AFTER I submitted payment. I reached out to cancel the order and I was advised they only provide a service of filling out a form. Totally dishonest company and try to make money under false pretense.

- College Point, NY, USA • Jun 08, 2026

I believed I was on the official U.S. passport renewal website. The website’s name and appearance led me to believe I was paying the U.S. government. I later learned it was a third-party service. I would like to dispute this charge because I put all my personal information and everything was wrong this is not an official website and now my personal info is in risk. I have to cancel my credit lines and credit card and put alerts on all my personal info.

- Salt Lake City, UT, USA • Jun 04, 2026

This website is impersonating a government website and charging for free forms (passport application for new and renewal) that are available on the actual government website.

- Kissimmee, FL, USA • Jun 02, 2026

The website seemed like the service to apply for a US passport, required my ssn, personal info, and credit card info, to provide the free DS 11 form.

- Gainesville, FL, USA • Jun 01, 2026

The site purports to be a legitimate passport service. They present as if you are paying for your passport when in reality they are charging money to help you complete the document only. Once you get to the actual post office you have to pay all of the actual passport fees.

- Morgantown, WV, USA • May 29, 2026

They ask for all of your personal information, including SSN and then charge you for free papers.
