I ordered something from this company on Instagram on December 8th, 2022. After the shipping notification, they went silent on responding back to me after reaching out 3 different times to get an eta. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, but never received it. I reached out, asking for a refund, and they never got back to me. Ive lost $68 plus shipping. I looked at their posts on instagram, and there are many people asking where their order is.

We purchased a Swatch Watch from this company on line on November 25, 2022 for $189. We did receive a watch about three weeks later and gave it to my son on his birthday on December 27, 2022. He looked at it and said it was a fake. We looked on the Swatch website to see what the differences were and noticed that it was missing the S etched into the crystal and many other things that were different, but most of all, it was made of plastic. We took it to a watch repair store and he told us it was a fake.We reached out to the company and still no response. Please let me know what I should do next? Scammer requested payment of $ 450 on my paypal account. When I called their number listed in the scam, a foreign speaking person answered, and hung right up when i asked who and why they are requesting money from me.

Purchased graded comics from online website (hotshot comics.com) on 4/28/22. Paid via PayPal. Turnaround time was promised at maximum of 18 weeks. Contacted the company email on 9/28/22. Received a reply stating that comics had yet to arrive. Contacted via email 12/5/22, received no reply. Called their physical location aka Asheville comics on 12/22/22. They stated they had order on file but nothing. Called again on 12/29/22, employee stated that owner Doug Cegelis and manager named “Maggie” were unavailable and they were only people who had authority to issue refunds. I’ve also contacted the grading company (CGC) and they said the books in question should have already been turned around. The current turn around time for comics is 20 business days.

There is numerous complaint on Reddit and CGC message boards about comics books purchased but never deliverers. I’m one of many.

They advertised on Pinterest, I ordered on 10/23/22 & it was not what I ordered & charged my Paypal account $60.98 and told me to reorder & they would refund the incorrect order in 10 business days which never happened. I reordered for $60.98 which I have never received. I have had numerous emails with them which I have copies of where they state they will refund $121.96 the last on 12/1/2022 where they stated they refund my money within 10 days which never happened. I have tried to contact PayPal and Pinterest to advise them of the scam as they are still advertising on Pinterest!!

The website had me create a username and password, which I saved in my Google passwords. Later when I tried reviewed my purchase and show someone, the name of f the website was blank. The name of the business listeded on my bank report was something like "xzthp

I was trying to purchase multiple shelf storage bins. I had to purchase them individual, therefore I had to make four different purchases. Now the products that I received was two pairs of earmuffs and two scarfs. I have a problem with you just taking my money. And you say buy one get one free, it never happen. I have sent them a email when I first received the package, with no response. I went to the bank today (12/30/22) and my credit had an amount that I'm not sure about. Will not know until my statement comes. It's like a $200-$400 difference then what I came up with from my receipts.

My 92 year old mother received information from someone she thought was her niece telling her she was eligible to receive a large amount of money from a government program. She thought she had validated it with her niece but was communicating with an imposter through Facebook messenger. She sent her passport information to the imposter

This is one payment of many I made what was to be the first and second deposit then the remaining balance of 140 and never received my items I was then blocked and my refund rejected I reported to cashapp and they refused to do anything about the scam account or my money. Not even shutting down the profile to keep him from scamming others

I made a purchas via Shopify on 11/21/2022. The store was listed as Maldaby

Bartender cocktail station $29.99

("Massive black Friday" sale)

Amount removed from banking info was labeled :

"Maldaby, 562-5061389 FL"

When I checked on the website 2 weeks later, after not receiving it. They had removed them as a sponsored Store and their website was down.

Ordered Dec 11 but when I received tracking information it stated order was placed on the 16th. Tracking also showed shipping label created on 17th with ETA 8 days. Sent email to company 24th when I was informed by recipient item had not arrived. Received response from robot stating my email could not be delivered because it detected bulk mailing spam from my address.

The company is based in China and uses the address listed (TX, USA) as a distribution center. The address is actually a residence. Many consumers have purchased game consoles and children's toys from company. The game consoles have been infiltrated with pornography and grooming tactics dangerous for children. Also with racist/terroristic themes promoting violence, the KKK, lynch mobbing. The item is marketed towards children. There have been thousands of complaints/bad reviews made and nothing has been done. The game console resembles a classic Nintendo console. It's advertised as a children's console with 800 games downloaded.

These are 2 companies I believe may be run by the same company. They advertise on social media. I ordered two Halloween items from Ragarciao. An animated witch and a giant skeleton for a total of 49.80. The other company is Gazintee and I ordered a Halloween inflatable for 24.50. Both companies have American websites but credit card charges come from Hong Kong. They give you tracking numbers and items ship to a completely different state than where you are! The items from Ragarciao supposedly were delivered to Ragley, La (I live in Orlando, Fl) and the item from Gazintee was delivered to Lithonia, Ga. They at first told me it was my responsibility to contact the post office to locate my package! In another state? Then they said they would investigate. Then they said they would reship but they refused to provide a new tracking number. I think this is a big scam. They ship the items to one of there own warehouses and charge the customers for the merchandise.
