I waited for the delivery and no product arrived. I gave them a little lee way due to the holidays....nothing. I emailed the "company" at [email protected]. I complained to them about not shipping the product and questioned them on where my leggings are. They just replied, "Can you confirm you checked order tracking information?" I copied the original confirmation email and sent it to them. They never responded back. I emailed again to reimburse my money and still no money reimbursed and no response....Stupid me I didn't look into the website before I ordered. They have no address, no location, just claiming the shipping is from the US, and no telephone number. I truly believe I was scammed. Since that order I have canceled and changed my credit card due to a fraudulent charge shortly after this purchase.
to pay $750, with $400 deposit ( in gift card my mistake) and remaining to be paid in cash on Jan.21st when I picked her up. Sent deposit, received adoption contract thru e-mail made arrangments for pick up. After deposit was made and I got contract she said I had to send anther $1500 in a gift card on Jan. 20th to assure her I had funds to care for the puppy, and when I picked puppy up on Jan. 21st she would return the $1500 in cash. It made no sense to me. She would not meet for pickup unless I did this. Thru all the conversations I had with her , she did not mention anything about the additional refundable $1500 until after she got deposit. I refused to pay it, but tried to keep pickup time and pay the balance $350. She would not reply, then I asked for deposit back and she stopped all conversation.
I ordered it never received it , when I tried to contact them by email, I was told they were sending it. Shortly after I received a small package with a small wallet card holder item. No note nothing I had no idea why I was receiving it. I made another email to them ( Opliaks) then I received a email from sersoppers ( Joey)
It said they were unable to ship the item I ordered because of cost, so in replacement for the item I ordered they sent me another item of more value, and showed it was delivered to me. He went on to say if I didn’t want that item I could sell it myself and get more money then what the item I ordered was. I have tried to email them again and his response is there nothing else they can do.
