This Shane Beckford hacked into one of my IG friends account and used her video to make him look like he has a legit business that will make you money. This person that he hacked into is someone i know personally so I felt that the video was credible so I sent the $400.00 on th Cashapp under $funfact121. I reached out to my friend who told that it was all a scam so I requested the money back from him but he declined. I already reported the scam to Cashapp directly as well.

My mother received a package addressed to her name and our address, it contained a poorly made off brand playstation controller. When sender address looked up it showed a warehouse under the name Italia gift, however it is ran through E logistics in Vernon, California on yelp.com under its business name Italia Gift. There are multiple reviews ranging from brushing to outright product scams where branches were placed inside a box instead of what consumer ordered

I ordered a fireplace/tv stand off a offer that said Home Depot had , but the company was Opliaks. The clearance price of $49.98.

I ordered it never received it , when I tried to contact them by email, I was told they were sending it. Shortly after I received a small package with a small wallet card holder item. No note nothing I had no idea why I was receiving it. I made another email to them ( Opliaks) then I received a email from sersoppers ( Joey)

It said they were unable to ship the item I ordered because of cost, so in replacement for the item I ordered they sent me another item of more value, and showed it was delivered to me. He went on to say if I didn’t want that item I could sell it myself and get more money then what the item I ordered was. I have tried to email them again and his response is there nothing else they can do.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts on nov 13, 2022. I never received them. I emailed the company, and they won't return my money. The company says that they shipped them on dec 10, 2022.

Foremost, I'm a customer of the real Hillsdale Furniture company (hillsdalefurniture.com in Kentucky) and I know they have retailers that sell their products. That being said, I assumed this was a retailer selling Hillsdale's items. However, seeing as how I placed the order on Sunday, January 15th, considered that this place may be closed on Monday due to the holiday, I assumed that I'd get an email for receipt of order followed by a confirmation of processing. I went back to website I purchased the item from, kidsurnituresale.com, to see if I can 'check order status' or call their office, there's only an address and a bizarre #. When I look up the address, it's a residence in Florida, not a furniture warehouse. At this point, I will have my bank flag the charge and put a fraud alert on my account.

Received confirmation of order and nothing else. No response to my emails or voicemails (company name is not mentioned in their voicemail greeting). Order placed November 13, 2022. Order never received.

saw a keychain for sale on tiktok, bought it as a Christmas present on December 16th. I waited for my package, and it said it was shipped, but with no tracking number. It should have only taken a few days to ship, but it has now been a month. No one is responding to my emails or Instagram messages, and multiple comments across their social media are filled with other customers complaining that they have not received their products either, don’t have a tracking number, and aren’t being answered when they email the company for a refund or status update.

I purchased a pair of boots from OrthoFit. They are too small and when I requested a refund they offered me $11.99 or ship them back to China! No where on the website does it say this…the return policy says “30 days”. Total scam!

I purchased a golf mat from them, which never arrived after 40 days. They were unwilling to refund my money.

Also, my credit card was charged more than my order cost ($56 versus $46).

Used to be a valid business but a year of pre-orders haven't shipped and thousands are out money. It's been over 100 days since "cancelations" with no refunds and now selling those shoes a year later without refunding

I found the San Diego Photo Booth deals online, I filled out request to book for my daughters 2nd birthday party set to be held Feb 19th 2023. I was then contacted by a “representative” of the name Ryan. Ryan went over pricing and sent a contact that seemed legit. We then scheduled a call to finalize deposit and times. Payment was made and caller kept in contact for about a week. On Jan.13th 2023, I contacted the number Ryan provided through text to ask for personalization email for photo strips. I did not hear back, on January 17th of 2023 I called the number in which I was in communication with and it was disconnected, I contacted the number on the site which was also disconnected. I then reviewed the invoice which had a 3rd number listed for final payments. I contacted that number and was connected with a scammy sounding travel agency. I then I put the extension “Ryan” had provided me. I was connected with a representative and each time the Photo Booth company was mentioned they disconnected the cal. I called about 6 times and each time the Photo Booth was mentioned I was hung up on, or they’d answer and put me on hold for a long time, then end the call. I have reported the fraud to my bank later on Jan 17th 2023

I saw their add on instagram and I order some of their items for my wife for Christmas, it’s been 2 months and I haven’t received anything. I try to contact them by email, that’s the only way to reach em. And they keep telling me that my package is on its way, they tell me that every time I contact them about it. They have Scam lots of other people. I have had conversations with other customers about it and they have had the same problem

I was registering for Sales and Use Tax in Catawba County NC, when suddenly this State Sales Tax popped up thanking me for registering and charged $189. I immediately locked my card, contacted ******* **** NC. I was told to come into the corp. office to see if they could dispute the charge. I secured all other electronics, contacted ** NC again to tell them I am unable to reach anyone for them to investigate and my own personal bank refused to investigate. So. I am reporting this State Sales Tax scam and ******* **** NC as well. Thank you for your time.

Ordered product from company. Mailed out item that was defective. After months of emails trying to fix/replace item the owner "John" sent me a return slip. I mailed item back to him a few months back and now he will not respond to any of my emails.

Ordered ski boots from”https://www.outletsnowsports.com/”. They are using PayPal personal account in the name of “MARTIN BRISCOE” to get money from people who order merchandise from their website. They don’t provide order # after ordering. Address of the business on the website could not be found. There’s no phone number. They don’t respond on your messages either from website or through PayPal. Contacted PayPal about my case but, they don’t see anything wrong. Can’t believe they harboring scammers.
