Ordered online, paid via "Shop" payment process with credit card. After one week I reached out and they said they didn't have inventory. After another week, I requested a refund. They told me the order had been delivered and to refer to the tracking number given. I wrote back twice explaining I had never received either a tracking number of the product. They won't respond.

I purchased the tourmaline-accupressure self heating-shaping-knee sleeve for my elderly father on 12/9/2022, on 12/16/2022 I was emailed that the oder was shipping from overseas. By 1/3/2022 I contacted spinpaper's customer service inquiring where my order was and I was told to contact the USPS which I did. The USPS told me that the order was shipped back. I recontacted the customer service and they said that they could offer me 10% refund because the oder was shipped to a container to be destroyed because the address that I gave them wasn't a sufficient address. I told them that I didn't accept that offer since I paid nearly $60.00. I asked for a full refund or the product to be shipped to me. The rep for Spinpaper sent another email saying that they could issue me a 15% refund because they are at a loss of product and I gave them the wrong shipping address. I use auto fill for all my orders and have them sent to my parent's business to ensure that my packages aren't left on my front doorstep. The reason I had used this company is that they offered the best price for a PAIR ($29.99) where other companies were selling them individually. As of 1/11/23, I am still dealing with the company and trying to either get a full refund or have the product shipped to me. Since I am still dealing with Spinpaper I went online and saw the reviews from trust pilot and there a many people dealing with the same issues as I am. I ordered 4 dog beds and ended up with an order of 5. I sent an email asking to change it to 4. the order was placed Dec 10, 2022 and it is now Jan 10 2023. The tracking has said that it's in transit since 12/12/22... I have tried contacting them and had only one response asking me to be patient. Additional emails have not been responded to. The cost of 89.75 was taken out of my account right away. I am still waiting and it has been a month.

This company was on social media. I ordered a shirt and followed up twice because it was so late. I finally received it and it was a cheap version of the shirt. The color, pockets, material were all different. All in all, I sent 3 emails with no reply from support @teffler.com. This company is a total scam with replacing product that you order with a horrible cheap version.

I ordered mitts for Christmas from what I thought was a good business, Manitobah Mukluks. The advertisement was on facebook. I even went to Manitobah Mukluks to make sure they were a good business. I didn't know that it wasn't Manitobah Mukluks that was advertising. They took money from my credit card with the name twinklebubbles. When I called Manitobah Mukluks they told me they were frauded. The order I made was not from them.

Bought truck off fb market place. Guy owns a car lot but said it was his personal truck so I wasn’t bought thru the car lot. Requested a bloodhound puppy from breeder listed on Facebook as Gerard Lynn Albert. Total for dog was $600.00 payed through Zelle. The “ agency” he worked with to ship the puppy was located in Virginia. The puppy was coming from Arizona. The “ agency” didn’t announce their name until I requested it. Wanted 300.00. Then there was a crate and insurance card fee of 500.00. Then contacted told that they didn’t receive the insurance card and that was going to be 700. Then the breeder contacts me to dispute the claim with my bank about the deposit, he wants it to go to the agency and he’ll collect his payment from them. I do so, I then am told about the “ caring” fee. At this point they start telling me that the 500, 700 and 150 fees are refundable. They promise the puppy to be delivered on 1/7/2023 by 5pm. At 3:30 pm they say they will deliver her by 9 am the next day. On 1/8/2023 they say I have to pay a 200 vet fee before they will deliver the dog. I had them call me. I could barely understand the person I was speaking to. When asked if they could verify that they were actually in my city by naming the street they were in they said “Palm Springs street”, there is no Palm Springs street. In Palm Springs. They say they will deliver the puppy in thirty minutes. An hour later still no puppy. At 11:54 pm they say they have another paperwork issue. I asked what kind and they didn’t respond until 6:19 pm saying they needed a refundable 300.00. I have not paid that. As of this morning still no puppy. I have stopped responding to them. I have also stopped responding to the breeder.

I purchased a wedding dress from Amanda Svenby over the Etsy platform. It was supposed to be a custom order to my measurements. I was patient because of the custom nature of the order. Turns out the dress got shipped to another customer. My shipping label was printed and put inside a box with my dress. That box was put inside another box with another customer's dress, with a different shipping label and shipped to another state, to a different bride. Fine, no big deal, except that customer couldn't get Amanda to respond or handle the situation at all, so she found me on Facebook, and we exchanged information.

It is very clearly not made to order. It's off the rack. The measurements are 46 46 46 and not the measurements I requested. I should have known better since the dress had long sleeves, but she didn't ask for my arm measurements. I measured the dress I received like a million times showing it wasn't the right measurements, and each time I did, it was wrong and she denied any wrong doing. The bust is 7 inches smaller; the hips, 4 inches smaller than the measurements I sent. Over 100 messages were exchanged. 100 messages of her being rude, difficult, threatening to sue me, being threatening in general, stalking me online, and generally being impossible.

In talking to this other customer who was also scammed. Her dress doesn't even remotely look like what she purchased. Turns out this "dressmaker" is a repeat scammer and has been arrested in the past. Although I had only 19 days to find a new ceremony outfit, and even though I had no more money in the budget, I was able to somewhat scrap something together. About a week later, Etsy investigated the situation and determined the situation was fraudulent, and I was entitled to a full refund. I left her Etsy shop a one star review and as retaliation she made a blog post about me publishing my full name, full address, measurements, called me fat and implied we were having a shotgun wedding. This is not true, we've been engaged for a year, I just bought my dress late because of finances. This blog platform, Blogger, has done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Blogger made the following statement: "Thanks for your report. Unfortunately we are not able to take any action on the blog this time, as the information flagged is not deemed private or confidential under our policies." My address is not private information? So my information is just... out there. Etsy, however investigated this Blog and determined it was a violation and removed her from the Etsy platform.

She has also made threats to show up on my "big day." She found my wedding website so she has all the location details. So I have also filed a police report. This woman is dangerous.

On 12/18/22 pesmwor was offering a special on create rooms on Pintrest for $49.99. I placed my order using my cash app card. Then when I tried to check on the order with the Create Room site it said there was no order. On January 4, 2023 I talk to someone at CR and they told me they think I had been scammed because they don't know anything about that company pesmwor.
