I went into Facebook Marketplace to look for a used tv they were selling a 43 inch tcl 4k tv for 100 bucks. I am handicapped so I asked if they would deliver it for an extra 25 bucks they agreed. When they came with the tv the guy in the picture was not the guy who came with the tv plus the tv was a 40 inch brand name element and was not 4k and was old. I was in awe and didnt say a word I figured they made a mistake but when I tried to get ahold of this guy he gave me every excuse not to give me my money back until I told him I was calling the police eventually a different man came to my house and brought me the money and they took the tv. From my understanding this guy Kenny who owns this business tries this with every disabled person that tries to buy something.. I got my money back but he shouldnt have a business

I saw an ad on FB for an octopus plushy for 19.99 and u got the big one and a small one..I paid on Nov 8 2022 and never received an email or anything confirming the purchase..On Dec 7 22 they tried to take another 40$ out of my acct but I had already turned my cc off..

I ordered two jackets from this company "Geoayn" on October 18th, 2022 I have reached out via email to get updates on my order and they responded with excuse after excuse. They said it was a customs issue then it was a logistics issue then it was a courier issue then it was delivered to the wrong address. I tried emailing them today (December 7th, 2022) and now the email doesn't work. The website for this company says its out of France. I saw an add on Facebook for the jackets which took me to their website.

Place an order online for some clothes. Paid extra for express shipping. Placed the order Nov 9. When I email the company about my package I keep getting an excuse. I was told express shipping was short staffed and now I'm being told it is stuck at the airport. Asked for a refund. Was told it is in transit so can not cancel or receive a refund. The tracking number that I was issued isn't showing any updates or any info where the package is located. It just states it is waiting on the shipper to update shipping info

I ordered the bogo free sets of cast iron cookware for 49.99. Received 5 weeks later some small plastic kitty shelf the size of my hand. The delivery tracking said it came from China. Emailed the one listed on the website and it came back undeliverable. The email I got listing my receipt of original purchase is able to be emailed but after emailing for over a week, nothing in return. Going to try to see if my credit card will refund the money, but it’s been a while so I’m not sure they will. The original ad came from pinterest that I bought from.

They advertise as being in South Carolina USA made. Free returns. I now find out they're in Dubai and they say it's expensive to return there!! I am having a great deal of trouble getting a return and refund initiated. THEY ARE LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING! Plus NO tags inside clothing staying where they're made. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUT ONLINE FROM FACEBOOK

I checked out the websites instagram and it took me to @rosefeelsoffical , there is nothing on the account and they follow multiple Saudi Arabia accounts so it felt fishy. I contacted them a few days ago and haven’t received any email and my package is also 17 days late! They offer customizable jewelry and don’t have a lot of info on their website about them.

They use the names of The Jacket Factory and an alias (from email) of [email protected]. You pay with Paypal. No order confirmation sent. No one answers the phone or emails. They disappeared with my money.

Also on December 1, 2022 I noticed another charge from sunshine sisters company for $15.95 and after researching it stated that I signed up for a monthly VIP T-shirt which I absolutely did not

They sell christmas trees online under this company name and i later found out that there are others selling this same tree too. I paid for a christmas tree and recieved a scarf in the mail. They took their money the same day i ordered the tree which was November 16th 2022. They advertise on facebook ads

Clicked on Facebook ad for an adult size dog bed for humans. There were two sizes. I ordered “60” inch bed. Three weeks later in the mail I received what wasn’t worth 2.00 a data cable set from Amazon. They did a bait and switch, I paid for a bed they ordered from Amazon a days csble set. Then I emailed them and they sent this long letter about how they were sorry they sent the wrong item. Please send the wrong item back and we will correct it. Post office said they were getting complaints about this scam

Someone called claiming to be from Amazon, and proceeded to say that my credit card didn’t go through for the purchase of a new IPhone 14, which I didn’t try to purchase. I then asked when was it denied so I told him, hold on let me call Amazon, so he hung up.

Contained form for ordering flyers mandatory to be posted with regulations for employees. NOT CERTAIN IS A SCAM - BUT CONCERN IS THAT THE MAIL WAS ADDRESSED TO THE NAME OF A FORMER EMPLOYEE ... OR ... TO CURRENT OWNER / MANAGER OF BUSINESS. I OPENED AS AM OWNER AND MANAGED THIS BUSINESS SINCE MAY 2010. THERE IS NO WAY FOR ANYONE OUTSIDE THE BUSINESS TO OBTAIN THE NAME OF THAT EMPLOYEE, WHO WAS NOT INVOLVED IN PAYROLL OR ANY OFFICE ACTIVITY. THAT EMPLOYEE WORKED FOR MY BUSINESS APPROX 8 YEAR AGO, AND MY BUSINESS NO LONGER HAS EMPLOYEES (SINCE 2021). PLEASE ADVISE IF ANY OTHER BUSINESSES HAVE HAD SIMILAR MAIL / CONTACT AND IF THE BUSINESS SENDING MAIL IS IN FACT LEGITIMATE. I applied for a tablet at airtalk wireless and they charged me $22 for the tablet and then they denied my application and not refunding my $22 to my card and then I tried calling to dispute the transaction about what happened and they gave me the runaround so I had to go this far because of what happened about my experience with air talk wireless

The company was attached to Free QRCode reader. And they started trying to take 49.99 from in October but there was no money in there. My kids put Birthday money on my cash app and this company took my money. I never signed up for fitness training.

I had bought some clothes from a company I found on TIK TOK. They (Shekou) said it was a pre-order and that it would tale 6-12 weeks with 5-10 days for shipping. The order was confirmed on February 15th, 2022, Order #127611. I have reached out to this company numerous times through email, social media, and their website. They keep blaming "Covid Shipping Issues" as the problem and refuse to give me a refund in any fashion. I email them with how many weeks have passed since I originally placed my order and still no response. I have not received any shipping information, any updates, or let alone the items I ordered. I want my money back and they are trying to steal from thousands of people. As of December 1st, 2022 it has been 41 weeks since I placed my order. If proof of emails are needed I can send those in as well. Please help me. My first email to them was sent 3 months after I originally placed the order. It was sent on 5/16/2022. This was a pre-order shipment and I understood I would have to wait a little longer to receive my items, but nearly a YEAR is ridiculous and they do not respond to any inquiring emails. I have contacted my bank and there's nothing they can do because it was so long ago. I don't know what else to do to get my money back. $74 is a lot of money to just give away to a stealing business and I am NOT happy as a consumer.

Someone who calls themselves Katherine, Katherine (then shown as Katherine Clara) sent me a note over Facebook messenger saying they were interested in an item I am selling. They asked me for my phone number so they could send me a six digit code to verify that I was not a scam. I thought this was a reasonable request and sent it. Then I learned that this is a scam and have no idea how or if my information will be used.
