Online Purchase Reports & Reviews (3196)

My husband and I were searching online for a Vehicle, we ran across the Mindaq Repo Auction,in Birmingham Alabama, on Wednesday 9/21/2022 we bid on a vehicle and won the bid at a price $27,700.00 the company immediately sent a memo (Invoice #22851)about how much we would have to pay, I contacted the company and asked for more information about the vehicle and the company, the young lady Anna, said she could not provide more information, but I could call back the next day and speak to “Mike” the manager. No vin or any type of information really regarding the vehicle was on the invoice. But the invoice had a different account name for where to send the money and that place was located in Miami,Fl, along with the account and routing number. In the meantime I am on the phone/ internet trying to get more information about this company, and didn’t really get anywhere . I called my local credit union to ask for help or suggestions regarding finding out more info, they advised not to wire any money, because once it’s sent you can’t get the money back. The Credit Union suggested calling the Florida DMV since this is where the company on the second invoice was listed, I did, and was told by DMV that the vehicle was registered in Florida, but the auction website said that the vehicle was in California. I questioned Anna and was told the first time that the vehicle was in Florida, then I was told it was in California. Anna also said the company listed on the invoice was a 2nd party , and it was where the money would go to be held in escrow.Supposedly, you don’t have to pay for the first 1,000 miles, but anything over 1,000 is $1.00 per mile. We called back during the day on Thursday 9/22/2022 and asked for the manager Mike and then Anna says that she is the only person we could speak to. Before evening time on the same day 9/22/2022 my husband went back on the auction site and the same truck that we won the bid on, was back up and a new auction was running with a current bid of $22,500. So, we called Anna back and she could not explain what happened, but, she said she would stop the auction immediately, so we keep looking throughout the day and the auction never did stop. So, this morning 9/23/2022 just to see what would happen we placed a bid again for $22,505, and guess what… we won again, and we got another email that the truck was on hold for payment, but the 2nd invoice # was the same as the first invoice #, but with the lower bid. Anna stated that the place

I attempted to place an order for a 7pc compact desk and chair set. I ordered it on Aug 24th and the tracking seemed a little off, but given it was coming from China it said so I was more patient.

I happen to check my tracking and it had been stuck now in my City's distribution center, did not say it was out for delivery yet. I continued to keep checking and I noticed it said it had been delivered. Went outside, no where to be found.

Customer service is a joke, I spoke to a Lily a few times, she apologized and said they would send me another one. I asked for tracking information and she has not returned any of my emails since Sept. 7th. That was the last day I ever heard from them. It's now September 23rd. I have emailed customer service several times demanding my money back and no one is responding. I emailed the owner and no response. They literally took my money and ran with it.

Do not buy from these people cause this isn't a real business.

I have order back in 2021 a few birthday party pool items from this company, but I soon to realized this was a scam website who copied their name from Intex Pool's Company. There website is so similar to the point you would not catch this difference us you physically go on their pages. The scammer's websites is: https://www.intexxpoolfactory.com/, and the well-known branded company Intex website is: https://www.thepoolfactory.com/intex. Also within the "About Us" description, they state their warehouse in Utah , and they package everything indivdually themselves, but I find that concerning since their physical address is in Enterprise, Alabama which looks like an house from satelitte view.

Purchased efi conversion kit from MBGRAM for $1340 never shipped, asked for a refund over 2 weeks ago email and phone calls several times a day with no resolve

Osprey is a well known brand. But this is not Osprey's website, it's a webpress website that is pretending to sell their products and charging people for a fake transaction. Their contact information is a private cell phone number and a private address that are not associated with this fake business.

Reviewvio is a review company to help you get reviews and negative reviews taken down. I am a small business owner. I had no complaints against them. I canceled with them in November 2021. Reason for it being my off session. I didn’t want to pay for a service I wasn’t going to use for my not so busy time. We had a sign off phone call for the cancellation. Emails to confirm the cancel. Later to find out in August 2022. They had been changing my account every month since I canceled. For 9 months. I called spoke to Edward (dandy) he said he would take care of the over charges and I would get a refund asap. It has now been a month since I spoke to him. Not only has He not refunded me for the past 9 months of being changed. He charged me again under a different name to my account. And now he won’t return any of my phone calls or emails.

All things by faith website appeared for search of “Christian clothing”. Based on their site….”Christian and veteran owned” as well as “great reviews” Order was placed for one clothing item for a gift to be shipped in the same state this business is located in (California) along with payment 12 days before order needed to arrive at location. Only response was generic email with no response persons name then sometimes by a person named Dina (which stated “one of the owners”) or a person named Feb. Also tried to contact via phone (several phone numbers) which never was able to leave a message nor no person ever answered the call. After many request to have a person (Dina or Feb or anyone) contact via phone call no response has been received. It has now been almost one month with no gift being received by a precious person of God whom would have absolutely loved the item ordered. An investigation is being requested from all sources to shut this misleading, misrepresented business down and file charges for theft of many victims per reviews found on this ScamPulse.com website. This company “All things by faith company” truly is a multi money scam case which needs to be investigated immediately for all of these complaints that have been filed requesting something be done with the ScamPulse.com due to no contact, no order cancellations and no refunds with All things by faith keeping all payments with no merchandise ever being delivered.

My wife and I were on Facebook and notice a ad for a company named Florencicy advertising motorize scooters for $39.99 we thought were a steal so we ordered two. Once the package came they only sent two baby spoons, we paid $98 for two scooters not spoons. I immediately caught the red flag and the website was not legit and nobody I could contact regarding the issue and the address says they're in UK

Took my payment on parts. Wont send part, refund or answer my emails.

Attempting to charge $362.12 for a "Renew Activation of Geek Squad Tech Suppoer Membership" 5 year plan. Asked me to call the phone number to "cancel" the order.

I am on a TX Boston Terrier facebook group. I came across someone by the name of Osong Nadesh page selling a Boston terrier puppy, so sent a message for information. Price was negotiable so made arraignments to purchase and pickup. Osong gave me an address of 20659 Stone Oak Pkwy Apt ****, San Antonio TX. I was messaging that I would be there for pickup if Cash or Venmo would be ok at pickup.

I did not get a reply back when I arrived at the residence a sign on the door was posted saying: Please note someone is fraudulently using my address for a puppy scam. Per the San Antonio police dept they recommended you report the scam to the FBI. and to take the following steps: File report with ScamPulse.com Scam tracker, Call 1-877-FTC-Help. When I was in the process of changing my FB password I get a message from Osong saying Where are you? I did not reply back and blocked this person.

I am glad that I did not send deposit like what was asked for.

Bought brush. Broke after a month requested replacement w warranty and it’s been 10 months. Never responded after telling me they approved. Ordered replacement heads. Took 8 months to get but I cancelled order bc I can’t get brush to use them. No customer service or response to asking for help

I order two products from bedroom bandits August 12, 2022 paying a total of $140.93 and never received it. I’ve been emailing, texting and sending direct messages to check the order status and have only received two responses. I have images that they are not listening to a customer nor acknowledge that my order never came in. I feel scammed.

I saw an ad for emeals through facebook and it took me to their website. Their website states the following under "how much does emeals cost: "A subscription to eMeals is as low as $4.99 a month for a 12-month subscription. You also have the option of a 3-month subscription for $35.99. Our customers tell us that they save an average of $2,000 a year on their food costs! But if you’re not sure whether eMeals is a good fit, you can try it FREE for 14 days to see for yourself!" There is ZERO other information. I didn't check my bank for a while and I got one charge for 71.99 and another charge for 98.99. I tried to use their "live" chat feature and it is NOT live. It's an automated system. I called their phone number and NO ONE ANSWERS. I called my bank and got reimbursed for the 71.00 but I have NOT been reimbursed for the 98.99. I was able to login and cancel my subscription. I complained on one for their newsfeed advertisements stating specifically what happened and they deleted my comments and blocked me from posting further. Other users claim they were also overcharged. Others say they are charged 59.99 up front and that is all. If that is the case they STILL owe me at LEAST $40 and that means there is $60 i gave them for ONE MEAL!! These guys are CROOKS. PLEASE look into them.

This bike company is taking large sums of money $3k-$10k and then not producing bikes. Products are apparently "lost in customs," no communication.

They advertise brand name shoes and then send an unmarked and flimsy shoe without a box. When I initially requested a refund they offered me 35% off and are making it incredibly difficult to get any sort of money back. I expect this will continue on for quite a while and I don’t think I’ll get a refund at all.

Selling two coats on Facebook Marketplace. Contacted by a person allegedly from Georgia who wanted to pay by Zelle and also pay extra to ship overnight delivery. Allegedly sent payment, but my account needed to be upgraded so he was going to send an additional $300. Allegedly sent additional payment. Payments never appeared in my account, but wanted the additional payment refunded. I refused. He threatened to report me to the FBI. "Zelle" even sent messages threatening me.

While visiting Lawrence a few weeks ago, we tried to park downtown and discovered that the meters were now online pay. While trying to navigate a new account, the screen was pirated by the company Tudum.com, a streaming and gaming site. They have charged my credit card over $40 dollars unauthorized. The company pulling the money is prdifl.com. They agreed after a phone call to cancel my account and refund my money.

The City of Lawrence should not be doing e-business that preys on visitors.

This company sells pet food and makes it impossible to return it. If you have any issues or complaints that you address with the company, they deny returns. It’s all designed to make people keep their products. The website claims to give 100% satisfaction guaranteed, then gives a huge novel which is confusing by design, points you to an email address that maybe will grant your return if you pay all types of costs. For myself, I had a concern to address with the company and was pretty unhappy about it. They weren’t just rude and dismissive, but kept throwing things at me like charges I would be responsible for and then to make sure I didn’t return all the food that made my cat sick they said they wouldn’t honor my returns because I said I’d make sure I told others how they operated as a company so no one else had to deal with this. They claim to have a 0.003% return rate on their website and that’s why - because they never honor them. There’s no way a functioning company with decent business never has upset customers or returns, so that’s a very big red flag to me. They’re just trying to keep peoples money.
