The hat I received was a joke. It was worthless. When I contacted them, they offered a $10 refund. I disputed the charge work VISA, Knut the objected.

SCAM ** scam ** scam , Be careful, stay away If I can have a zero stars,I will !! please do NOT waste your money here, I did set up an appointment to bring my kids, it was happening a storm in Orlando, I got multiple text messages saying a no show fee will be added in my cc, I called the number and the lady that answered took my phone number, I said I have small three kids please keep me posted if is a cancellation due to weather, I lived in Tampa 1 hour 40 minutes away, she confirmed the session, the day of the appointment I got a text saying instructions about where to park, confirming my appointment, I showed up on time, nobody there, when I called Raul Garza, says the $75 paid was a donation, ( never offered a refund or any apology) he says I should complaint with whatever in “hell “I want to. Very rude and disappointed, my kids were excited and ready,I will file a dispute to my credit card immediately … SCAM PEOPLE

We came across an advertisement on instagram selling the new apparel for the cowboys just hate us shirts. We clicked on it and took us to a website and checked out and looked good so we ordered some shirts.

I ordered two items. One was a sweatshirt size large. The color was pink and had PikachuxNaruto. The other was a hoodie size 3XL in the same color and design. The items that I received were two black hoodies, size large with a Stitch Halloween logo. I contacted them several times and they did not respond. When they finally did over a week later they said they would refund me $5.00 when my order was $75.00. I sent them my order that I placed and they did not acknowledge that they sent me the wrong item. I have not heard back from them about a refund.

Received confirmation email of purchase. When tracked, item remains in fulfilled status with no tracking information. Attempted to contact customer service at [email protected] and email returns “undeliverable”.

A sale for a Christmas tree came up on Facebook. I purchased using a credit card and received a receipt via email. I never received tracking and cannot get a response. When I researched, I found several others were scammed too.

The scammer is trying to impersonate my friend “Linda Kruger” on Facebook.. the scammer put an ad on her Facebook profile claiming she had Yorky puppies for sale for $150-$200.. and that she wants money for a deposit sent through cash app for a deposit for the puppies, I offered to go in person and pick them up and they refuse.. I continued the conversation without giving out any personal information and had a lot of red flags come back that tells me this is not my friend and I even called her to tell her that this person is on her profile, and she reported it to Facebook however, it’s taking time for them to respond

I talked via chat box to confirm pricing and avallabitly on a set of tires. They gave me details and told me they were in stock. They said they would ship in 3-5 business days. After I placed the order, they charged my card immediatly. When inquired about order status today, they told me they were not in stock and should be in route for shipping. This follow suit on all of the other complaint for this company who have been stolen from.

I made an order on the website on October 1, 2022. I was sent tracking information like the item was coming to my house by it was sent to Vicksburg, MS. I called the postal service and they told me that a package had never been shipped nor had anything been sent to them. I sent the company emails and no response from them.

My wife went to their website to buy me a steering wheel for my car, bought it through Shop pay. Didn’t arrive within the time frame. We requested a refund and they said they would send it to us within 10 days and never got the refund. We called our bank and made a claim, and the bank then messed up because they said they sent a letter for “more information” that was never sent to us.

Purchased a pair of womens sandles on August 8th, 2022. Received a confirmation or order email from Sherry at [email protected]. After several weeks of not receiving my shoes, I emailed the address on their website several times asking for a refund, but never got a response. Email address is I sent request to is: [email protected]

I was apparently scammed. I have already filled out a form with the Federal Trade Commission.

My mom received an email telling her that her Geek Squad support contract will auto renew and giving her a phone number to call with questions. The email was a gmail account which Geek Squad would never use. I called the number and a woman with an East Indian accent answered.
