My wife and I were on Facebook and notice a ad for a company named Florencicy advertising motorize scooters for $39.99 we thought were a steal so we ordered two. Once the package came they only sent two baby spoons, we paid $98 for two scooters not spoons. I immediately caught the red flag and the website was not legit and nobody I could contact regarding the issue and the address says they're in UK

Took my payment on parts. Wont send part, refund or answer my emails.

Attempting to charge $362.12 for a "Renew Activation of Geek Squad Tech Suppoer Membership" 5 year plan. Asked me to call the phone number to "cancel" the order.

I am on a TX Boston Terrier facebook group. I came across someone by the name of Osong Nadesh page selling a Boston terrier puppy, so sent a message for information. Price was negotiable so made arraignments to purchase and pickup. Osong gave me an address of 20659 Stone Oak Pkwy Apt ****, San Antonio TX. I was messaging that I would be there for pickup if Cash or Venmo would be ok at pickup.

I did not get a reply back when I arrived at the residence a sign on the door was posted saying: Please note someone is fraudulently using my address for a puppy scam. Per the San Antonio police dept they recommended you report the scam to the FBI. and to take the following steps: File report with ScamPulse.com Scam tracker, Call 1-877-FTC-Help. When I was in the process of changing my FB password I get a message from Osong saying Where are you? I did not reply back and blocked this person.

I am glad that I did not send deposit like what was asked for.

Bought brush. Broke after a month requested replacement w warranty and it’s been 10 months. Never responded after telling me they approved. Ordered replacement heads. Took 8 months to get but I cancelled order bc I can’t get brush to use them. No customer service or response to asking for help

I order two products from bedroom bandits August 12, 2022 paying a total of $140.93 and never received it. I’ve been emailing, texting and sending direct messages to check the order status and have only received two responses. I have images that they are not listening to a customer nor acknowledge that my order never came in. I feel scammed.

I saw an ad for emeals through facebook and it took me to their website. Their website states the following under "how much does emeals cost: "A subscription to eMeals is as low as $4.99 a month for a 12-month subscription. You also have the option of a 3-month subscription for $35.99. Our customers tell us that they save an average of $2,000 a year on their food costs! But if you’re not sure whether eMeals is a good fit, you can try it FREE for 14 days to see for yourself!" There is ZERO other information. I didn't check my bank for a while and I got one charge for 71.99 and another charge for 98.99. I tried to use their "live" chat feature and it is NOT live. It's an automated system. I called their phone number and NO ONE ANSWERS. I called my bank and got reimbursed for the 71.00 but I have NOT been reimbursed for the 98.99. I was able to login and cancel my subscription. I complained on one for their newsfeed advertisements stating specifically what happened and they deleted my comments and blocked me from posting further. Other users claim they were also overcharged. Others say they are charged 59.99 up front and that is all. If that is the case they STILL owe me at LEAST $40 and that means there is $60 i gave them for ONE MEAL!! These guys are CROOKS. PLEASE look into them.

This bike company is taking large sums of money $3k-$10k and then not producing bikes. Products are apparently "lost in customs," no communication.

They advertise brand name shoes and then send an unmarked and flimsy shoe without a box. When I initially requested a refund they offered me 35% off and are making it incredibly difficult to get any sort of money back. I expect this will continue on for quite a while and I don’t think I’ll get a refund at all.

Selling two coats on Facebook Marketplace. Contacted by a person allegedly from Georgia who wanted to pay by Zelle and also pay extra to ship overnight delivery. Allegedly sent payment, but my account needed to be upgraded so he was going to send an additional $300. Allegedly sent additional payment. Payments never appeared in my account, but wanted the additional payment refunded. I refused. He threatened to report me to the FBI. "Zelle" even sent messages threatening me.

While visiting Lawrence a few weeks ago, we tried to park downtown and discovered that the meters were now online pay. While trying to navigate a new account, the screen was pirated by the company Tudum.com, a streaming and gaming site. They have charged my credit card over $40 dollars unauthorized. The company pulling the money is prdifl.com. They agreed after a phone call to cancel my account and refund my money.

The City of Lawrence should not be doing e-business that preys on visitors.

This company sells pet food and makes it impossible to return it. If you have any issues or complaints that you address with the company, they deny returns. It’s all designed to make people keep their products. The website claims to give 100% satisfaction guaranteed, then gives a huge novel which is confusing by design, points you to an email address that maybe will grant your return if you pay all types of costs. For myself, I had a concern to address with the company and was pretty unhappy about it. They weren’t just rude and dismissive, but kept throwing things at me like charges I would be responsible for and then to make sure I didn’t return all the food that made my cat sick they said they wouldn’t honor my returns because I said I’d make sure I told others how they operated as a company so no one else had to deal with this. They claim to have a 0.003% return rate on their website and that’s why - because they never honor them. There’s no way a functioning company with decent business never has upset customers or returns, so that’s a very big red flag to me. They’re just trying to keep peoples money.

Tried to purchase Kobalt 19ft replacement spool at Lowe’s Home Improvement. They were out and suggested to purchase online. Lowe’s website was also out of stock. I googled the actual manufacturer and this website came up. www.kobaltusa.com. It seemed legitimate so I purchased (2) 3-packs of replacement spool. However, a week later, I’ve yet to receive them. I searched for a confirmation email with order number and I have not received anything from Kobalt. In addition, my bank statement for the card I used shows a bogus name and NOT Kobalt. When I went to search their website for a phone number, there was not one. The only contact was email inquiry. I sent an email and yet to hear back. I put in their physical address into a map and it was not recognized. I disputed the transaction.

This is a scam, you pay the 1 time fee of 5.87 then they turn around and charge an unauthorized payment of $89.95,1 to 2 days later for them self, because your not gonna receive anything. Don’t fall for the Facebook giveaways/pallet for $2 from Amazon.

Lesser value product deliberately sent. I ordered a tool box, received a cheap pouch.

I purchased two sets of tables and chairs through LittleTikesClub.com. I used my Paypal account and noticed my payment went to “Pan Jun” not Little Tikes Club. I have emailed the seller and opened disputes with PayPal and my bank.

This site claims to give money and gift cards, with no cap on your money earnings. But, once I got to $7.79 it would only give 1 cent every three hours , kept playing to see if it would go back to giving more money , but instead of giving money, it completely stopped giving any money at all.

Claims to give money gift cards for playing games with no cap on potential earnings but completely stops giving money after I reached 7.85

Ordered a set of tires. Constantly told it would be a couple more weeks. National backorder. Found tires literally everywhere else. Ordered tires from bbwheels, had them in 4 days. Cancelled my order and they stole my money! Was told someone would contact me about the refund several times. Now they totally ghosted me. Stay away!!!

I had recently requested my primary doctor to order an Inogen concentrator for me. He advised me that he had made the request and the next step should be from the company. On 9/14/22 I received a phone call that had Inogen shown in caller ID. I thought this was part of the process and spoke with Shannon who gave options, pricing and financing options (for which I did give my SS number). I told her I would not make any decision without seeing all options and breakdowns. She said she would email them to me. They never came and I have checked all emails including spam since the call and they have not been received. Shannon said she would call back on Friday and left her number (855)434-3418. I did not give out any banking or credit card info, but she does have my SS number. I have Lifelock on my bank account and will alert them as well as my credit card company.
