SCAM
They kept asking for more and more information from me so I could transfer the tickets. So shady.
There is not phone number available, and it appears that the business is a house.

I have not received the product I ordered. The only communication I have received is an order confirmation on a November 24, 2022 stating that “you received my order” and a second email on November 30, 2022 stating “my order has shipped”. Upon following the tracking link provided in that email, it takes me to the USPS website where it says that “ the U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 1, 2022 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available”.
In my order in states that I paid for 2 day shipping. It has now been 19 days and still USPS has never received the item to ship.
Upon further digging, I have found that you mr company is a scam. You formerly operated under a business name called “Rosacare LLC”. Prior to purchasing, I looked up “5minskin” and the everything pointed to you being a legit site. Apparently that it because you had just changed your company name to 5minskin from Rosacare LLC after being reported to the Better Business Bureau for being a scam.
Not only have I not received my item, but there is no way to get in contact with a person. This email is to provide proof of another attempt to communicate with your company, since you cannot reach anyone via the phone number provided online.
Also, as you know, your product came with a 100% money back guarantee and a 90 day trial.
I want a full refund in the amount of $179.00 I have not received the product and I doubt I ever will. I will be speaking with my bank today and reporting you to the BBB.

It s upposedly left from Belgium on 09.18.22 then went to the sorting center....then in transit in Belgium....09.28.22 it was being inspected at the customs of Belgium...10.01.22 it shipped to United States....10.03.22 arrived at the customs of United States....10.06.22 shipment declared at customs clearance of US, 10.08.22 arrived at shipping partner facility in the US....10.11.22 departed shipping facility in US....10.15.22 the shipment is in transit in the country of US, Vancouver 98665. That was the last I heard.
Nothing was ever received, and I feel like all of their resonse, are just a big scam.
