I thought I was ordering a nativity set similar to “Willow Tree” for $9.99. I ordered it on January 14,2023. Last week I received a package in the mail from an address that read;

Only for Return

12500 Slauson Ave. Unit B1A (Not Seller Address)

Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670

Inside the package was a box with 5 pairs of socks.

I also had ordered from 1 other company, Epi Some. I purchased 2 items from them on January 8, 2023, an air fryer for 9.99 with shipping for a total of $20.28.

Also a cabinet for 19.99 with shipping for a total of $26.57.

I did some research after I received 2 more packages of socks, and found that they are all the same company!!

I had listed on my Discover card that they are all listed as; HK HKG phone # (360) 268-1229, zip code 999077

I have no idea if any of my information was compromised or not.

I placed an order with this company on 12/08/2022, the order never came. The email address for customer service keeps changing, they only reply with generic emails. This is not a legit company.

This company scammed a TON of people on Facebook. If you Google their name so many posts come up with people being scammed. I thought I was buying a laser printer and got a feathered pen instead.

STAY AWAY!! SCAM ALERT! FRAUD!!!

FRUADULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

I placed an order with Off The Grid Concepts LLC on 26 November 2022. The order confirmation email stated my order would be shipped on 29 December 2022. Today is January 23, 2023, and not a peep from this company on my order.

I have sent multiple emails, made numerous telephone calls and crickets. No response. Nada. I left messages on their Facebook page, zero response.

At this point, this company is a scam and fraud and I intend to pursue legal action to recoup my funds which they gladly withdrew at the time my order was placed.

This company was advertising their product on Instagram. I purchased through the website over two months ago and never received my order. They seem to have fake parcel tracking website that continues to tell me the parcel is coming. They will not issue me a refund after numerous attempts to do so.

A stray dog entered my home. It was fine with adults but growled around our daughter. I left for work and My husband contacted this rescue (as well as many others) in attempt to find more suitable accommodations til the owner could be found. After a lengthy conversation "the rescue" sent a "volunteer", whom I believe is the "proprietors" boyfriend, to pick up the dog. My husband's encounter with this man was questionable as he didn't inquire about any information about this dog. Eg how or where he was found or our interactions with this animal. The owner contacted my husband via Facebook through FB comments and told him the rescue the rescue let him go, in front of a fire station. I do not believe this rescue is accredited in any way, or have any licensing to operate an animal rescue. They do not provide an address of operations. Nor any other proof of operating a legitimate animal rescue.

I purchased two $100 AMC gift cards (total $200) for my son for Christmas thinking it was for the theater chain. My son let me know it was really for the AMC channel merchandise and did not use them. I tried to request a refund which they would not accept. They initially stated they didn't even have the order. When I provided additional proof, they stated that they couldn't do anything regarding this situation.

Requested a deposit of 1000 to hold this trailer for sale. Sent two requests for 500 each after I sent the first one I started getting suspicious and asked questions only to be ghosted and scammed out of my deposit. It was after this happened I did more research and realized I wasn’t alone this guys been at it a long time stealing from many. I reported it to Facebook hopefully they shut his pages and adds down . He used a name Sam and had money sent to his account under the name Marshay Patton

I ordered these shoes because I had seen good reviews on a Facebook page.

Right after I ordered them, I tried to cancel them but it was already processed.

After 3 to 4 weeks of waiting. I finally got them and am now trying to return the shoes. They are brand new, never been worn and they are now offering a $4 refund. This company is a scam and should not be in business.

Online store is very well done & seemed legit but after paying through PayPal the payment is to an individual. I’ve not gotten any other information or communication from them until I received another charge from PayPal. The original agreed upon charge was $ 56.50, the seller updated the charge to $64.97. I didn’t even know a seller could authorize a change… that’s why I used PayPal to begin with. I have filed a complaint with PayPal too. I’ve since read a few other complaints online questioning the legitimacy of the site.

I ordered a tshirt from this company for Christmas and it came completely misspelled. I’ve tried to contact the company several times for over a month now to get the return and refund started and have not heard back from them.

Placed order on 11/22, didn't receive, contacted company, got a bogus tracking number verified bogus by USPS, been back and forth with company via email trying to obtain a refund, have all documentation since the start.

Website offered a Teflar purse for 79.99 and after paying for product a tracking number was given. When item was tracked it continued to app that the item was shipping but when I inquired I was told that it was returned to sender due to incorrect address. I verified that the address given was correct and requested a refund and was to told to wait “ some time “ and have not been updated or refunded within 2 months.

I paid for a service for .95. Less than an hour later after I attempted to close the account they tried charging me 29.99. It’s supposed to be .95 for seven days. If I didn’t close the account before seven days then they could steal 29.95 from me.

They are running a website selling goods such as brand name purses and boots at discounted prices but their address is a Ross Dress for less out of Houston Texas and their Facebook is out of Bangladesh.

POP up ad on facebook promised gummies for weight loss. They used references for Oprah Winfrey and Weight Watchers. My initial order was for $198 with free shipping via US Mail, but my credit card shows a charge for $198 and then another charge for $48.

They went so far as to give me a "valid tracking number" for the mail, but the shipment was never sent. The website has no address or contact number.

Purchased from the website back in November. Items never shipped. Emailed them and received the attached message. I also requested a refund on 12/20/22 and they never responded. There are several reviews on google with the same issue about being scammed.

Order placed for 2 small vaults. Items were paid for with a pre-paid credit card. Never received the items ordered or tracking number. Contacted customer service by email, [email protected] & [email protected], was told that the order shipped but did not provide tracking number. They have since stopped responding to any emails sent and the phone number listed is a Google account that goes unanswered

Bought some items from Facebook. Used messenger to communicate for the items I was buying. We messaged each other several times. Received text from bank.

4 hours later 2 attempts were declined from my account, $100, $250.

Spoke with bank and my account was protected
