I ordered two swing camping chairs as advertised on my Instagram. I ordered them on May 11, 2020 and received two tiny stools in the mail this morning instead of the chairs that I had ordered. What a disgusting scam...I paid $70.00 Cdn for two rubbish stools that are of lesser quality than something you'd find in a dollar store! Will return and expect refund!

I ordered 2 Nulude Recliner Luxery chairs off an Instagram post totaling 46.79. I used PayPal and was charged accordingly. I never received confirmation or delivery window dates. Red Flag. I started reading about other people's experiences and they are not promising at all! I want confirmation that I will be receiving the chairs as advertised or I will fight for a refund. Why is PayPal approving these transactions when there are lots of people getting scammed. Craziness all the way around.

Ordered a folding garden kneeler/stool, received only the accessory tool bag that was listed as included, but NOT the main item itself. Ever order a hamburger deluxe and only be served a pickle chip? Contacted the company by email, first got only irrelevant robotic replies, then apologies, assurances that they were reputable (I never suggested otherwise at that point), and requests for documentation. Given what I submitted as proof, there was no way they could claim that I had received the item I ordered and paid for. A tool bag is WAY different than a folding kneeler/stool.

Same thing happened to me. PayPal is investigating. I have been in contact with the seller support directly and they have offered me $8.00 back or send the pouch back for $20 shipping. Fat chance. I paid $22.98 ($15.99+$6.99 shipping) for a pouch worth probably less than $1.00. I told them no deal and that I'm letting PayPal handle it. They don't seem to grasp the concept of fraud. There are other companies out of China doing something similar. I had one that was supposed to send me a bunch of cleaning items for $61 and they sent me a pair of ankle socks. PayPal is investigating that one as well. All around the same time I had another one that never shipped the goods, PayPal ruled in my favor and when they tried to get the refund from the company, they had no funds in their PayPal account, but PayPal still credited the charge for me. You can always dispute with your credit card company and let them investigate. Give them the URL for this page so that they have other points of reference on this POS company.

I selected a website that claimed to offer 12-count Northern Ultra Plush Double Roll Toliet Paper for $50.87 in March 2020. Nowhere on the website did it state it was from China, and I paid through PayPal. It stated the merchandise would arrive in 10 days and was provided a tracking number. However, the tracking number did not provide any details. After 10 days, I emailed the company for a status and was told to wait 3-5 days for the shipping information to update on the tracking URL. It usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive after shipping out. I waited until May to contact the company again as the tracking info did not provide an updated date of delivery. I was told to wait another 12-13 days for the shipping information to update on the tracking URL. The merchandise finally arrived late May, and was not as described on the website. The toilet paper shipped does not specify the brand; it should be Northern and was simply wrapped in a plastic bag with no identifying information. Also, the item ordered was to be double rolls; pictures show that these were not double rolls of toilet paper as compared to another double roll. As a result, I started a dispute with PayPal about this merchant, and this is where the trouble started. Although PayPal agreed to refund the full purchase price, the merchandise had to be returned to the seller... in China. When I inquired about a US address to use as a return due to expensive international shipping charges, I was told that PayPal has to use the address on their account (in China). PayPal has a policy to refund shipping charges when items are purchased through their site; however, the maximum amount is $30. After checking numerous shipping companies, the range of prices to send items to China was $67-$150. There is no way I planned to spend extra money to return a misrepresented product. Since I did not spend the extra money to return the merchandise, PayPal closed the dispute and the merchant is allowed to keep the money.
