This company utilizes marketing deception and is impossible to communicate with. No phone number and only canned email responses when expressing concern. The initial purchase shows a special deal to "buy now" and "cancel anytime" - well, it is NOT a cancel anytime. The product does not do anything to promote better health and you cannot cancel anytime. They require you to subscribe for another full cycle before canceling OR pay more money to cancel immediately. This company is a total scam.

Ordered face cream, was signed up for subscription without my knowledge(did not sign up for it) Noticed when repeated money was being taken out of my account monthly. Money was taken out of my account multiple times. When I reached out to them by the only contact they have, their email. They said that I must be confused and that I can simply go to the site and cancel it. I attempted to do that and everytime you hit the cancel button on their site (through Shopify) I got an error message. I emailed the company to tell them this and have gotten no response. I have emailed several times. Now I have to cancel my card so that I will not get another charge next month.

I ordered a 6-month supply of bioma. 6 months later, I got a notification that my order is on its way. I responded that I did not place an order at which time they told me I signed up for a subscription and was obligated to accept a second shipment. There was absolutely no indication of this when I purchased the 6 bottles. I am still fighting with them and have involved my CC company.

Fabulous App particularly targets people with ADHD and continuously charges them $39.99 monthly fee multiple times a month and after client has processed subscription cancellation. This is not just a scam but a predatory application which feeds off the disability of it’s targeted audience to exploit the very weakness they are supposed to aid.

I purchased a cutting board from Purecut.co and they signed me up without my authorization for a reoccurring subscription. First they started charging me $29.99 a month for two months and then increased it to charge me every two weeks at $29.99. I went onto the website and there was no subscription attached to my account. I removed my credit card information and tried to contact customer service but no response.

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my account, and I receive a chain email. I also went to their website to cancel it, but it says cancelled, but every month 49.99 is pulled out of my account. I have notified my bank, CHASE as well. Note company is based in Bulgaria.

It is a 4 dose plan to lose weight, the website said $179 dollars per month, which I accepted and paid, oh surprise they made another charge of $149 dollars! They did seem like they don’t know anything about it!!!

To Whom It May Concern,

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized or misleading subscription charge.

On January 28, 2026, I was charged $90 by Chatly AI.app. This was an accidental purchase, and I requested a refund within 12 hours. The subscription was immediately cancelled, and the service was never used.

Despite my prompt request, the company has failed to issue a refund.

I am requesting a full refund of this charge. I have attached all relevant documentation, including:

Transaction screenshot from my credit card statement

Proof of refund request

Confirmation of subscription cancellation

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a prompt resolution.

Sincerely,

*******

Reoccurring monthly charges

******** company (myiq.com) apparently registered in Malta is using iq testing as a front for stealing money from victims who can’t get refunds for subscriptions that aren’t published on the website. Affiliates and online payment systems should be held accountable as well.

The initial purchase was supposed to be a one time purchase. I believe the website changed it to recurring purchase during the checkout process without the purchasers knowledge. Three months later an email was sent that the recurring purchase was shipped and the card was charged. We tried to resolve this with the company and the credit card but the company said the account shows that recurring purchases were signed up for. That is absolutely not true. The only reason the initial purchase was made was because we looked into how to do a one time purchase. The product also does not do what it says it will do.

Purchased a book and started charging $31 a month for app subscription. Emailed them and they said

“ Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon purchase, unless a subscription is cancelled, it renews automatically.

That said, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless the product failed to be delivered due to a technical fault on our end.”

Company is located in Lithuania.

Sells Carnimeal and Carnimeat.

They are an AI company that has a simple latform with no actual features. Then when you try to cancel your membership, they lock you in, by sending you faulty cancellation links, and then not responding for weeks at a time. The website itself has no option to cancel, but that is where they direct you at first. Then they send you a link that doesnt work, all while billing you $45/month the whole time.

There is no way to cancel the membership, but they still continue to charge. I have asked 5-6 times for them to manually cancel my membership, but they "cant do that." No detail on why not. Just keep charding my card $45.

I ordered a personality test for $1.95 and was subsequently charged $29.95 in 10/2025, 11/2025 & 12/2025. They refused to reimburse me for the unauthorized charges.

After an online purchase during the holidays, without notice, they automatically sign you up for a monthly membership for $29.99 when you make a purchase. We bought some items for our daughter for Christmas. And now this monthly "club" charge comes out. Customer service is a little bit of a pain but was able to cancel but not refund. I do not recommend just because of these sneaky tactics.

This is a “subscription” service that claims to promote international networking. It provides nothing of value and charges ridiculous unauthorized fees. Years after dealing with them, they charge my card again without my authorization. Complete and total scam.
