I had ordered a garden seat with the side pouch. They sent the side pouch only and refuse to give me a refund or send the seat as along with the side pouch there was a tracking number so it is indicated that I received the item. I requested a refund through them as well as PayPal and PayPal is denying my claim stating I received the item per the transaction number when I never did receive a complete order. They are also associated with WISH which is also a fraudulent company

I ordered on March 16th, 2020 Charmin Ultra Soft Touch Toilet Paper , 24 count Family Mega Rolls for $38.99 plus $6.99 Shipping a total of $45.98. Never received product or a credit back to my credit card. I feel they should be accountable.

PapPal needs to step up and facilitate these claims as they are growing daily.

I also ordered a garden kneeling bench and never received that, so a second claim will be made and I am waiting on garden lights as well.
All of these purchases were made through PayPal. If this is not resolved equitably I will not continue with my PayPal account.

Scammed by Same thing Via Facebook and paid via Paypal - Indeed - Go to your online Paypal account and file a complain against them and then Paypal will need to open up a case - continue to re activate the case every 14 days - i want to get mass complaints in to PayPal so they have to do something about it

Got my order for a saw today. It came in a small 7 by 7.5 shrink wrap. And contained three small saw blades. No saw. Would like a credit of 27.97This is the 3rd time I have been scammed by a Chinese company. I will be very leary and careful from now own. Still have a grill on its way. The pool I ordered is supposed to be a 15’X36” pool with a pump and cover, but what I received was a 6’X29” pool, period! I got the same response as everyone else. Take a 20% refund and keep the useless pool. That isn't going to happen. I'm out $169.00 at this point and I fully intend to get it all back. I'm on board with a class action lawsuit against Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co. Ltd and PayPal for allowing these people to use them as a conduit to continue scamming people.

I ordered a luxury reclining camping chair and received a small child’s stool with no recline function - they even had the cheek to send an invoice listing ‘luxury reclining camping chair’ listed dispute with PayPal - I want a full refund - they offered 50% refund and I was expected to pay for the refund of the useless stool back to China - I don’t think so they can come and collect it!
