I ordered a cat tree on may 1st 2020 and on may 31st they said it was shipped out ! I waited a few weeks and contacted them again . They used the corona virus as an excuse for the shipment being delayed ! I filed a claim with PayPal on July 6th! I finely received something in the mail , a tiny wooden house that was about 4 inches tall ! This is what I paid $28.00 for ? They had the nerve to offer me half my money back ! That house they sent me is worth about $2.00 ! I told them I wanted a full refund ! They said they would refund my money as soon as I returned the house they sent me! Now I know damn well they did that on purpose ! It will cost me the same amount to send it back as I paid for the cat tree ! They know damn well what they're doing ! They are in business to steal peoples money . Its now august 7th 2020 and I'm still going back and forth with these con artists ! I told them I want a full refund , nothing less ! Don't buy anything from this company ! They will just take your money and send you nothing or whatever they want !

I had the same thing happen to me around the same time. I just posted with a picture of the cat house. My e-mails to them came back with a tracking number. PayPal was no help. My case was denied.

This is so horrible! I ordered on June 3rd a cute musical rocker l saw on Facebook for my daughter's baby shower, l paid though PayPal!
I called to check the delivery date, and found out it was a damn scam! How can they do this? Why doesn't someone crack down in this? Facebook or PayPal have to protect people from this!
Thank God it was only $25.00 they got, but its the principal, multiply that with how many people they do this to a day! I'm going to try my best to report them and put pressure in someone to stop them!
Now my grand baby doesn't have a rocker!

This is the most pathetic place there is. I ordered 4 camping chairs in may and received 4 baby chairs (folding seats) on July 31, 2020. I contacted PayPal and they have not helped me a bit. Out 79.00 and complained to better business bureau. Cancelled my card for fraud activity.

I saw an advertisement for a small hand sized tongue drum and I purchased two for my nephews. What I ended up receiving more than a month and a half later is two pair of cheap wooden dowels instead. Complete scam as they do not send what is actually purchased. Attached shows picture of drum I was supposed to receive and the sticks they sent instead.

Widely advertised online as a folding beach chair for $27.

After waiting two months In early June I received what appeared to be a toy folding stool. It came in a small envelope from what appeared to be a Chinese or Malaysian address.

I thought it was a joke or a mistake and at first did not make the connection with my order for a large folding beach chair.

As a result I ended up donating the toy to Goodwill and throwing away the envelope.

Then, after another be two months went by I realized that OMG, that toy WAS what had been sent to me to fulfill my order for a beach chair.

In the meantime I had emailed the only email I could find for the company asking for a tracking number for my real product. It was hard to find any name or address or phone number for the company.

When i finally got a response from them, they wanted me to send them a photo of the product i had received plus the original shipping envelope.which no longer had since I hadn't realized the scam. I wish I had not gotten rid of the toy plastic stool sent to me. As things now stand I do not have a photo or any proof of receipt.

I purchased 2 RECLINER LUXURY CAMP CHAIRS via Facebook from an advert, on the 7th June, at a cost of £36.04. The company is Xinya e-commerce Co., Limited, they sound like they are doing the same as the company Dongguan Shufa Logistics, they may even be the same company? Today I have received 2 nets and 2 strings? what a scam! I purchased it via PayPal and am waiting on the dispute department to get back to me.
Do not use this company, they say they are selling Swinging Chairs and then send you something completely different that is not worth £5.00!

My name is Rodney Love and I oedered three Recliner Luxury Camp chairs on May 17th and I have not received anything. The only information they provide you with is a transaction ID and a Merchant Transaction ID which gives you nothing. There is no way to obtain a refund either.

Me too. I also ordered the 3 reclining chairs but I got 3 stools instead. Fighting with credit card company. Cause its international it's very hard to fight them.
Also stay away from those fang shua bracelets they weigh a ton and dont work

I fell for the same thing. Through Facebook, I saw an advertisement for reclining camp chairs. I ordered on May 9, 2020. On May 11, 2020 the purchase showed on my bank account to have gone through PayPal. I never received a receipt from PayPal and they have no evidence of this transaction. My shipment finally arrived July 23, 2020 even though I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. When searching Facebook for some type of contact, I found this individual to have experienced the same. I received two "camp stools" that were only twelve inches in height. I'm reporting this on every site I can find. Even the BBB. This is the first and will definitely be the last time this will ever happen to me!
