I ordered a Cat Tree with houses pictured clearly cats climbing all over it. Not only did it take months and many e-mails and a tracking number that said it was sitting at the airport in Shanghai I finally received a small package. A small wooden box with a window and door. I filed a case with paypal an it was denied. Evidently the description matched what they shipped Case Closed. They get to keep my money for a cheap not well built wooden box that a cat couldn't put her paw in it.

These people are Scammers and PayPal is in it as well making them easy money as many other shoppers here I ordered from this company, two no one but two dish racks Back on April 23rd, it’s now august I’ve been back and forth with PayPal about getting my money back as they pride themselves in “great customer service“ and “customer protection” not for me. I got an email yesterday from PayPal (it’s now august) that they denied my case because the company provided shipping and delivery conformation (bull crap) I never received anything and it looks like PayPal is gonna let these suckers take advantage of a lot of people PayPal trustworthy no more

Ordered from this company back in May, 2020. As of today, August 19, 2020, I still have not received it. I filed a complaint with PayPal but they denied it because the company said they delivered it. I think I would have noticed a large sized box being delivered. They stopped answering my emails and that is why I went to PayPal. Not impressed with PayPal either as there is no way to dispute what this horrible company has done.

I ordered a drum from them in april filed a complaint with paypal they sent me a few emails trying to give me 10% of my money back I told them I wanted my drum or all my money the paypal closed the complaint then in July i got a package from them that contained 2 drum sticks no drum total rip off company

I ordered the following item through paypal but did not receive it yet.
The tracking showing that the item is sent back to the sender due to incorrect address on the item.
I mention my address during order: Unit 1, 61 Hillard St, Wiley Park, NSW 2195, Australia.
Please take necessary action asap to redeliver the item to the above mentioned address.

Just another way of scamming people out of their money

I ordered a wooden balance board and jelly bubble on May 4, 2020, emailed the company several times without an answer, and didn't receive anything until I filed a fraudulent complaint with PayPal. The package showed up in late August and doesn't contain what I ordered. It's an plastic adult exercise board (dangerous for a toddler) and a small blow up ball. SCAM Company with several different names.

I, too, ordered the LUXURY RECLINING ROCKING CHAIR FOR camping. Was supposed to be for Father's Day. Never received it. Went to the RESOLUTION CENTER for paypal.

They advertised a ROCKING RECLINER and they sent me 2 tiny little stools for kids that are not worth $1. IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAIT AND SWITCH. TOTALLY ILLEGAL. I WANT MY CHAIRS, OR MY MONEY BACK! The email they provide is full and not taking any messages.
I have taken my case to the bank to see what can be done.

What I saw advertised was a Home Scanning Digital Film gadget, so I ordered it.
I was so excited when it arrived today 15 days after I ordered it.

What I actually got was a roll of digital film.

SO NOT happy now!

Still have not received purchase from this company for an order in January.

PayPal is No help either, they give you such a huge run around trying to resolve the problem and get a refund which never happens.
BE VERY AWARE OF BOTH COMPANIES

I ordered 2 of the raised self watering planters and haven't received them. I filed complaint with paypal & a note popped up that asked me to contact them but every time I have tried before it went nowhere.

Paid for a film scanner from Facebook & received a roll of 35mm roll of film. PayPal laugh because they will not help unless you return the item in my case was a PO Box.
Suckerberrg has made money from the Facebook proceeds & probably does not give a dam. These company's are actually assisting these scams one by advertising them & the other for passing on the benefits of the fraud. But know doubt their lawyers cost more than ours.

I bought an electric mop off them but only received the two pads still waiting for the handle to come. I e-mailed them but no satisfaction. I bought it back some time in May and I'm still waiting to hear from them. They must be no good of a company to treat people like this. I hope PayPal gets rid of them from their site.

I ordered an above ground Intex pool on May 22, 2020 for $777.90, never received. I sent them an email in June stating that if it didn't arrive by July 1st to cancel my order. Never received, no good email address or phone. Contacted PayPal to open a case and get my money back. How is the busy still open? SCAMMERS!
