I ordered 2 Marshall Jack key ring holders/sets. Meant to come with 4 key rings that slot into the wall holder. Months later received 4 key rings only, useless without the holders.. I have been back and forth for since October. sounds like they have numerous products and numerous scams going at once, all with the same MO, send a bit of what you ordered, then claim you have to send it back and 'maybe' they will give you a refund. I am so angry more and more people keep sending them business unknowingly! They offered me 20%, 50%, then 30%, I refused everything. I sent them pictures of the package and shipping label etc., and I keep getting the same copied responses, regardless of the product!

I was currently looking for mini projectors for my phone and what I normally do when looking for products is go through the check our process to the very end point before continuing so I can see the extra tax and shipping prices and then I cancel everything out, but this time I was looking at a mini tripod projector and I did the same process I normally go through and it automatically purchased without giving me the option to cancel purchase. After the purchase was made I was unable to cancel the order and no contact information was given other than an unworking link to a tab with an "unavailable shop"

Ordered a lawrence smart robot, received a small remote controlled robot. Just received email saying will give me back 20% of purchase price and to either keep/sell or abandon. Item is nothing in anyway, like represented on website.

Bought by mistake a blade for electric branch cutters but realised my mistake and cancelled the order, as is my right.No answer received to four e-mails to two different e-mail addresses, when I mentioned Pay Pal received an e-Mail to say item was on its way from another email address. Wouldnt let me cancel, now I have what looks like a pair of metal tongs, not a blade.Also tried to go on the site and it is not available. Pay Pal should be chasing this up,as I see I am not the only one.

This company is a total scam. PayPal continues to let this happen. They should have been blocked. Instead it lets the consumer suffer to get any situation resolved. As you see this is continuing issue. To mail back the product is no less than $30. If you do then they will refund you back your money. Why ? I will lose anyway you look at it. Paypal you need to do better. Or at least warn a customer to make an informed decision for them selves. I hope you are making enough to continue letting the customer down.

Yup, me too! Bought what I thought was ring doorbell it’s a piece of garbage. No batteries, can’t buy batteries. It a knock off junk. Paid $65.55. PayPal said I could return but it costs over a $100 to ship back to China. The address they gave me has two street names. PayPal was no help. ?

Same thing happened me. I contacted PayPal and explained that I got a tennis ball but no machine. They said to post the ball back and provide evidence of the transaction. I went to our local post office to post the item but the postal authorities advised that they are not accepting any postal items to go to China due to the current climate. Went back to PayPal and advised them of the postal authorities advice and PayPal came back and kept saying I had to post it back to China. I provided them with evidence that I would be happy to post it back at my expense but that it wasn’t possible as the post office wouldn’t accept it. This went on with PayPal through numerous emails and then they said that as far as they were concerned I got what I ordered. I went back and said I got a tennis ball and not the machine and they said that my refund was still declined. Total waste of time asking for a refund from PayPal. Went back to the Chinese company and they said they would give 50% refund which never materialised. I always thought that PayPal purchases are secure. I’ve learned they are not and I am very slow to purchase on line now unless I know the a Company.

was hit by the same scam too. I filed a dispute with PayPal with email to this crook on a Monday . By Friday didn’t hear a response . Contacted PayPal again and they email this crook . He replied with wanted the product returned (1tennis ball ) . I contacted PayPal again asking them ... so I have to pay shipping to return a scam item to the scammer ? PayPal told me they would reimburse me up to $30 on return shipping. I also asked why they would allow such scammers to use their service ? She never once insinuated this person was a scammer ! Her response was if you used our service and you sent a wrong product would you want use to drop you ? I said if I was scamming many people , sure as hell I would want you too . They said their investigating this company. But a little google search there are a ton of people scammed by them . So yesterday I go to my local post office to return this tennis ball to China. The lady said , are you sure ? It’s expensive to send to China. It’s $35.00. I said I can be reimbursed up to $30 from PayPal. I said this guy is banking that people won’t bother and claim will be dropped. Nope! Not me I sent it , came home and entered the tracking info to PayPal and also uploaded my receipt and pic of package to PayPal. Called PayPal today because I couldn’t see that the info was added and gave tracking number to person on the phone . I also emailed the photos and did it again on their site . I will get all money back . I won’t give up ! I hope everyone else does too .

I also ordered ball launcher on Jan 1, received 1 ball and not the launcher. Order # 190826051834. They wanted a picture of what I received and the package. They have marked my emails as spam. This is the name used Coiocal. I payed trough Paypal so I have contacted them. I have also had charged on my cc for food delivery in California. SCAMMERS...YOU OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELF.

The company are thieving [censored]. My experience is essentially the same runaround as the other complaints. My item was a 40x60 power monocular that never came. When I attempted to see where it was I found I had received a fake tracking number and a "customer service" email that is an inactive account. Im hoping for PayPal to do the right thing.

Scam! I ordered a self-solving rubiks cube on Black Friday. By Christmas the website and tracking links no longer worked. No product arrived. I reported it to paypal. After that a generic rubiks cube that had 5 complete sides and one side with random colors (unsolvable) arrived. I was then asked to send it to China with tracking to get a refund, negating the refund.

Scam company! Ordered a high end Roborock robot vacuum for $144 on Cyber Monday. Price was well below the retail price so I probably should have known better. Got a receipt but no shipping information for days. Wrote a “gmail” account that was given for questions and was told they would send shipping information when available. They did do this but after a month what I received was not at all what I ordered! Cheap unknown brand arrived. I knew I was scammed so I contacted PayPal to dispute. A funky Chinese address arrived through PayPal to send it to. This is still ongoing and I will update at a future time. My advice- Absolutely stay away! Cons! AARP has a great write-up on scam companies.

I saw an advert on Facebook for a self solving Rubiks Cube complete with a youtube video of one in action, it was $15 including postage so I ordered on e, it took about a month to get delivered and when it came I instantly knew I'd been scammed. It was a normal Rubiks Cube but one face had 3 stickers missing and the other squares on the side just had stickers the same colour as other sides on the cube. I contacted Paypal and long story short they've agreed to give me a refund on the understanding I post it back to them by registered post, which I'm expected to pay for. So they get to keep my money if I do nothing and no doubt registered post with wipe out the refund I'd get. CON MEN AVOID AT ALL COST

I seem to be having very similar problem. I ordered a star projector, Projector that came with 2 additional disc. Cost 61 dollars USD. When I received the item I only received 2 disc no projector. I attempted to contact company 4 different occasions, 3 different emails with No reply. PayPal has opened a dispute, but they have been little help. Finally when I heard from company through Paypal I was told to ship my item back with Tracking for Refund. This is going to cost me $60.00 for shipping. I contacted Paypal back, they have opened a case through there fraud department. I contacted my Visa company that has also refunded me the money and opened a further case.

I purchased a pair of flat irons on Sept 30th 2019 that was to shipped in 3 to 5 days. They took the payment from my card but the receipt that I received in my email had no shipping or delivery information, no phone number and the link on it to track package only took me to a website that they sold stuff. Looking them up online I found out that they were may in another country because the number couldnt be called from my phone. So after I emailed them and got nothing I contacted paypal about the possible scam. Later the Company Dongguan Shunfa Logistics text me back saying the were sorry and asked if I could wait 5 to 7 days because they were out of stock. I agreed based on how many weeks i have already waited and the plans i had with the item. Now there another 5 to 7 days on top of the other 5 to 7 business days with an extra 10 to 25 business days to wait for deliver. They also are trying to use the if you dont answer your phone by a unknown caller that the delivery may not go thru smh! to even track the package with the last and only link they sent hour ago is questionable. It has a lock on the screen and wants access to your computer with cookies for me to see where is my package.
