Ordered a bread maker on April 16, 2020. Paid 109.99 thru Paypal. They sold it under the name "Selene Pro." I was not given any ordering information or tracking number at the time, but did see the merchant name "Dongguan Shunfa Logistics" on my receipt, which was odd since I never saw that on the website. Emailed company on April 28, asking for cancellation of my order and a refund. Received an email back stating they had already shipped my order and could not issue a refund. Also given a tracking number which seems to be bogus since no updates apparently have occurred with my order since May 9, and there is no way to know where it is right now. It is June 2 as I write this. According to the Selene Pro website, the item was supposed to ship in "12-20 days." Well it's been 47. I don't think it's coming.
