I think I been scam, I order a luxury cat villa paradise cat house they advertised for $26.80 on the Facebook Market Place. My first time on the market place. They took my money but my item has not been shipped.

When did you place your order? I ordered the same exact thing on April 27th and still haven't gotten anything. I paid them through PayPal because I was kind of worried about them having my card information. But, if this is a scam why would PayPal be letting them use their service?! I emailed the seller and wrote an email to PayPal which they also sent to the seller and I still haven't heard back from the seller smh.

Placed an order and money was taken but no product was received. It's been over 6 weeks and no way to contact this company. It was an ad for product through Facebook and many have ordered this same product. There was no feed back to check before ordering and this is the first time I'm looking at it as a scam.

I ordered a cat tower and initially got a pay pal Email for my receipt and I don't have pay pal. I used my debit card for payment. I placed the order May 2, 2020 and have yet to receive an email about shipping or to receive the item itself. I've emailed them asking to confirm my order and shipping but I haven't got a response as of today.

Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co has figured out how to COMMIT FRAUD USING PAYPAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS. They advertise and sell a product, but ship cheap substitute from China, then offer 10% or 20% discount to let you keep it knowing that PAYPAL Dispute process will require the buyer to pay return shipping which is more than the product is worth. Even when you try to plead with PayPal, the "Virtual Agents" follow the algorithm which calls for BUYER TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. This is equivalent to "Buyer Beware when using PayPal" because you will always be committed to cost of return shipping regardless of what substitute junk arrives at your door when paying for a purchase with PayPal.
