I ordered a cat tree for my cat back in April they toke my money but i never received my package this company is s scam just taking peoples money and not sending people the things they ordered i was so looking forward to my cat having a nice place to play and sleep very disappointed

On June 1, 2020 I ordered nest hammock for two adults for $59.00. Got charged $149.00 and was sent some plastic kids blow up thing with a plastic outer cover. I got it just Saturday 6/20/2020 and immediately wrote to the company. They wrote me back Monday asking me for proof of packaging. I did send them pics Of package and pics of the item with measurements and their online with price and my order With their subsequent overcharge and my demand for Refund credit I will mail this crap when I get them to comply. They have ignored my emails sending me auto generated emails now. I am reaching out to PayPal since I thought may my payment would have been protected somehow. I am hoping they will force this awful scam company refund my money! They advertise by justfashionful.com but my paypal payment went to Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co., Ltd.

It is a scam, they send me a totally different item and offer me 40% refund or they will charge me the shipping back, the item they deliver to me is not worth 1 $
they are playing games and making fraud using Facebook and PayPal they must be stopped
