I bought a Ring doorbell and Ring Chime from this company. I received a poor quality knock off that I am fighting with PayPal to get my money back. USPS said the company is a fraudulent company and cannot guarantee that the package will get there as most are sent back or are not deliverable.

I was burned by this company as well. I ordered 48 rolls of Quilted Northern toilet paper for my elderly brother on March 17th through PayPal for $70.88. I immediately smelled a rat and sent a cancel email minutes later. The company refused to cancel and PayPal was little help saying they couldn't dictate a seller's policy and that I would have to wait until I received the product and then return it. Sure enough I received a plastic bundle of 12 tiny rolls of paper similar that were surely not what I ordered. Two days later another package of the same arrived. So I received 24 items of something bearing no resemblance to what I ordered. I explained to PayPal that this was the nature of the scam that nobody is going to foot the bill to send the item back spending good money after bad with no guarantee that you'd get back a penny. They suggested I open a federal case with the FBI Internet Crime Center. When I explained that I'd already spent enough time on this fraud PayPal credited my account $35.

On january 16 2020 i bought a golf putting training matt , honoured by paypal. this to this day26 april i have not recieved the putting matt only 3 plastic golf balls .Obviously not what i ordered.I contacted dongguan logistics they addmitted they had sent the wrong thing but have done nothing about it. I then got in touch with paypal to report this and for two months it has been a battle to get them to properly investigate. They say they have spoken to dongguan logistics and pay pal say because i had a tracking number i must have recieved the item ,absolute rubbish. I should have recieved an 9ft long mat with a return system by the hole which would have fitted in quite a sustantial sized box. all i received was a 5 inch by 5 inch jiffy bag with 3 plastic golf balls. have provided all the evidence and they still ignore me. this is tantamount to paypal condoning fraud , they should be investigated by the ombudsman.i gave them my contact numbe rand requested a call this they have failed to do can anyone out there advise what else i can do . Its not the money now its the principle inj which paypal are behaving

I ordered a pair of cordless trimmers. Cost me $44.99. I have no proper tracking number. No updates on my merchandise. No nothing. Yet to receive merchandise since March 26. Scam scam scam. America should be ashamed for letting this to continue to happen to customers from the same fake company. I am hoping to die if my product don't arrive. Everyone else should too. I ordered it from this fake, fraudulent on March 13. The name of the company was on Google site and then when I purchased it this name was placed in the Paypal account.
I tried to cancel it and their website reads:

at a site called skia.shop and their email kicks back as undeliverable.

The seller did not contact me that they would be unable to ship my toilet paper product nor did they offer a full refund. They want to give me a 10% refund on $77.80 I spent on their items. This is not acceptable. The company should not have advertised their product if they know that they could not deliver. I sadly did not go to the online Reviews for this company prior to purchasing.

Bought a indoor putting green from this company. About six weeks later I received three golf balls. I did not receive the putting green. I tried several times to contact the company. Got no help. I filed a PayPal dispute. I lost because these crooks showed proof of delivery (the three golf balls). PayPal did nothing.

I was shopping for toilet paper on the Google shopping webpage and came across a website called Larkspura.com. They showed that they had toilet paper in stock and at a reasonable price. The company seemed legitimate, showing that they were in Dallas, TX. They also showed that shipping would only be a few days. I purchased a package, using my Paypal account to pay for the item. I immediately regret my purchase when I see my Paypal receipt showing the seller as Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co., Ltd based in China. I email the seller asking to cancel my order if the description did not match what I had wanted. They responded with "see description". When I try to pull up my order, their Larkspura website no longer exists, and the link to their website on the Paypal receipt in no longer valid as well. I send a message to Paypal to start a dispute. Paypal will not side with any of their customers on this. Some of these people received a package, but not what they ordered. Paypal won't refund them until they ship back the product to China, which in most cases costs more than the item cost to begin with. I still have a dispute with them regarding this without much hope that Paypal will do anything, but I don't want any more people to get scammed by these crooks. Paypal should cease doing business with them. Or we should cease doing business with Paypal. Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co uses fake websites that look like they are in the United Stated and look legitimate to lure people into spending their money there, with the false security that you can use Paypal with them and be assured that you will be protected from any scams, which could not be any further from the truth.

On January 18,2020 I orderd three hammocks, only after I filed a dispute with PayPal that I have not received the purchase they shipped one of three. It was one plastic junk item, the other two hammocks never arrived. They recognised that it was misrepresented on the web site. I canceled my order. They insisted that I do not return it unless they give me their address and then started to offer me 10%, 20%... 60% and after days of back and forth they sent me the return address. I sent back as they requested and gave them tracking number and receipts. Now, PayPal is refusing to refund me my money due to no proof that I shipped it although I submitted my receipts. I tried two more times to open my case just to make sure that they got my proofs and to see what else they need. They automatically closed this additional requests. Nobody can be reached by phone either! I am going to send my case to my State Attorney General asap. We should not let PayPal get way. They are aware of ths SCAM and they are doing nothing, they are part of it.

I order toilet paper from this company. I was told at checkout that it would be here by April 6th and it has not arrived. I would chalk it up to being busy but I can not contact this company. Everything that I saved in order to track or follow this order is not unavailable. This transaction was done through PayPal and was supposed to be safe and secure. If they can not Ship the toilet paper they should give me a full refund.

I ordered a Fit Bit Versa 2 for 99.99 they haven't sent anything. They said they do not have a order from me. I should've known it was a scam for that price. The thing that fires me up is that PayPal lets this company use them after we've all been scammed. So what do we do now?

This is really terrible! I ordered toilet paper on March 14, I paid $45.98 and Paypal charged my bank and I just received the transaction receipt email from Paypal but no email about when the item will be delivered. I could not even find the website where I ordered it. I was contacting Paypal and they message that my question will be answered within two days, to no avail until now. So, watch out... there will be lots of scammers trying to take advantage of this challenging situation right now.

Ordered a pack of toilet paper...yes...during the Covid 19 start...sent a payment of $72.88 USD via PAYPAL. As I began to realize this was a scam...within like 24 hours...I started to email the Donngguan Shunfa Logistics Co to cancel the order. All I ever got back was, "oh are you sure?This is a very good item..." blah blah. I contacted PayPal and they said they couldn't help because the transaction appeared to be approved. This order was made on March 15 at 6:16 am and the first cancel was sent on March 15 at 8:51. Do you think anything has happened? No. I believe the only thing that has happened was PayPal said too bad. And they charged my card. I do not think PayPal should allow this "company" to do business on their site.

This company is a total scam. PayPal continues to let this happen. They should have been blocked. Instead it lets the consumer suffer to get any situation resolved. As you see this is continuing issue. To mail back the product is no less than $30. If you do then they will refund you back your money. Why ? I will lose anyway you look at it. Paypal you need to do better. Or at least warn a customer to make an informed decision for them selves. I hope you are making enough to continue letting the customer down.

This is not a real company. They have no customer service. They will take your money. I have tried several times to get a response, and nothing. Pay pal needs to take them off the merchant list. Seriously, save your money. I don't know who to contact to have website taken down. Is there anyone out there that actually got what they ordered? Such a weird variety of items, it has to be fake. Tried to order case of toilet paper. They took money, then all of a sudden, not order, and tracking information wad gone. I will be contacting bank in the morning.

I ordered a "Ring Doorbell 2 with Echo Show 5". I received a piece of crap no name video doorbell and no Echo Show. I guess I should have known better.

I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission after having no luck with PayPal and their "buyer" protection. They wanted me to send the piece of junk back to China which would have cost me more than I would be refunded.
