I clearly thought I was buying a real Chanel tote. When received, tote had numerous discrepancies and I uploaded pictures to Poshmark and seller. Poshmark quickly granted cancellation of sale and seller didn’t even reply. I attempted to comment on their page to warn others but have been blocked from doing so. I can’t believe they are still able to sell of Poshmark which is disappointing. Please PLEASE do NOT purchase anything from this seller. If you do, just know it is a counterfeit- and a poor quality one at that!

They have offered $3 as settlement. This has been going on for for over a month. I am sick of it!
I asked him how much and how he got paid, and he said he would put it on one of the credit cards and negotiate with the companies, and that we should stop making payments. We were told not to contact them and to give it time- 6 months and our debt would slowly be cleared.
6 months later, we owe more, and now have 2 lawsuits filed against us.

It would cost me more than off of that money to ship it. They will only give me 35% back on my purchase. I was taken advantage of, and they did not care. It says stocks.com on here. However I am contacting them viia smithspicks where I thought I ordered from. Customer service contact attached. I have more photos is needed.
