The tracking information in the order received email is legit, as it said I received the pacage today which I did. I received a package with 2 small neck scarves, not the storage boxes I ordered. I was suspicious shortly after I placed the order & called the phone number on the site & got a robotic voice recording saying they were experiencing high call volume, but that an agent would be with me then it hung up. I also tried emailing them, but received no response. Since I am unable to contact them, I can't request a refund, so I called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I was trying to apply for global entry and went on wrong site, filled out application with lot of personal info such as address, passport info, drivers license info and more. Got credit card info for payment way over normal amount and cards now cancelled.

I ordered 4 pillowcases and two of them were supposed to have eye masks included. 3 of the pillow cases were very low quality and only one eye mask was included so I’m missing an eye mask and 3 pillowcases. I called and left messages and today when I called again, the number was disconnected. I’ve also contacted support @ tafts.com but I’ve revived zero response for over one week.

I ordered slippers online and they were not shipped for several weeks. I did kit received them and they are terribly made. The website ensures a money back guarantee but they will not respond to email requests.

We were charged $500 for a very used gas stove and refrigerator. The stove didn’t work, and they never gave us the refrigerator after 4 attempts to pick it up because they never attached the back to the refrigerator. They refuse to refund the money.

The two large Nativity for outside was clearly misrepresented. They were very very small, it was suppose to be snap together and there was the tiniest screws supposed to be used. The laminate was buckled. They wanted me to return to China then they would give me a refund. The cost to send back was $75

Placed order for keto gummies buy 3 get 2 free. Was charged for all 5 in Dec. Received product. They tried to charge my credit card again in Jan for same amount. Had credit card company decline the transaction.

Bought crystals from fadkeys live channel on tictok. They stated their crystals were real and good quality. When recieved I was missing almost half of the order. Other items were broken chipped and scratched. I contacted customer service which was useless . Avoid this company

The website sells fake product keys for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows OS, as well as some antivirus software and optimization software. On the site they claim a money back guarantee, have a support hotline, and ensure secure payments. A little window appears on the site that shows who has just purchased in other parts of the country. They have reviews from verified buyers and a verified active Trust Guard seal on their site.

I ordered pokemon card boxes from the company, tried to cancel hours after order and they said they couldn't because already shipped. Communicated several times over email trying to cancel and was assured the cards were real and sent from manufacturer. When I received cards they are certainly fake and no communication from business

I ordered the product through Instagram, was not told it was coming from China, it took over a month to arrive, the product I received was a very poor quality mimic of the product advertised, they have refused to refund my money, instead, offering a $10 and then a $20 refund.

Sent me something I did not order for a LOT less money than what I purchased. Never answered email and blocked my review on facebook.

I ordered 2 nativity scenes that I thought were big enough to place outside. They were delivered in 2 little boxes and when assembled (some pieces missing in one box)

they were about a foot high(

definitely for a table and not outside)asked for a refund and they refused

Best Buds claims to be a legitimate marijuana dispensary, but it is not.

I often buy edibles in Massachusetts, but have never been to New York before, so I bought what looked like a 100mg knockoff Hershey’s bar for $40 from this place not knowing any better. I then added another last-minute edible for $25 at checkout (pictured) without really looking at it and, when I opened the bag and looked at it, I realized it said it contained 600mg of THC and was made in California, not New York, so I instantly knew these edibles were fake—most likely candies that someone sprayed with cheap synthetic weed, repackaged and sold. I threw both packages away after putting one of the edibles in my mouth, tasting chemicals and experiencing a burning sensation.

I just don’t understand how this place is allowed to have a storefront and sell unregulated weed? Like, how has no one caught this? Synthetic or non-synthetic weed, at the very least they should not be selling New York weed with California tags.

The photo I posted is the same product I purchased in the store (just missing the California tag); I had to find a picture online because my edibles were already in the trash by the time I wrote this. If you Google that same brand, many fakes of either the same or similar names pop up.

I ordered 1000 fairy lights for my sons graduation party in July. They were not delivered until August. I just went to use them for holiday lights and when I opened the box - it isn’t even a legitimate plug!

An adult guy approached me and a kid from Florida, apparently. He was driving an Audi Sedan, he told me he was out of gas and offered me fake jewelry because his wallet and Card had been stolen. He showed me a bunch of jewelry and was asking me for 600 USD. I was actually looking to get some gold jewelry just before this happened. He seemed so desperate so I proceeded to buy the jewelry he was offering me. He then proceeded to offer me a lot more jewelry for $400 which I fell for, unfortunately.
