I ordered 2 nativity scenes that I thought were big enough to place outside. They were delivered in 2 little boxes and when assembled (some pieces missing in one box)

they were about a foot high(

definitely for a table and not outside)asked for a refund and they refused

Best Buds claims to be a legitimate marijuana dispensary, but it is not.

I often buy edibles in Massachusetts, but have never been to New York before, so I bought what looked like a 100mg knockoff Hershey’s bar for $40 from this place not knowing any better. I then added another last-minute edible for $25 at checkout (pictured) without really looking at it and, when I opened the bag and looked at it, I realized it said it contained 600mg of THC and was made in California, not New York, so I instantly knew these edibles were fake—most likely candies that someone sprayed with cheap synthetic weed, repackaged and sold. I threw both packages away after putting one of the edibles in my mouth, tasting chemicals and experiencing a burning sensation.

I just don’t understand how this place is allowed to have a storefront and sell unregulated weed? Like, how has no one caught this? Synthetic or non-synthetic weed, at the very least they should not be selling New York weed with California tags.

The photo I posted is the same product I purchased in the store (just missing the California tag); I had to find a picture online because my edibles were already in the trash by the time I wrote this. If you Google that same brand, many fakes of either the same or similar names pop up.

Fake Telfar bag company promoting Black Friday sale

I ordered 1000 fairy lights for my sons graduation party in July. They were not delivered until August. I just went to use them for holiday lights and when I opened the box - it isn’t even a legitimate plug!

An adult guy approached me and a kid from Florida, apparently. He was driving an Audi Sedan, he told me he was out of gas and offered me fake jewelry because his wallet and Card had been stolen. He showed me a bunch of jewelry and was asking me for 600 USD. I was actually looking to get some gold jewelry just before this happened. He seemed so desperate so I proceeded to buy the jewelry he was offering me. He then proceeded to offer me a lot more jewelry for $400 which I fell for, unfortunately.

I am filing a complaint diluent to the discovery of an unresponsiveness, unregulated, unsanctioned business. After the discovery of unaccreditation, and several attempts to get a refund, the business went unresponsive.

Inquired about the legitimacy of the business through appropriate channels such as the TWC to verify the business was approved by the state and confirmed the business is unregulated. Also the state of Texas prohibits contracts by unregulated career schools, academies or courses. When inquired there was no response.

Filed a FTC and TWC complaint due to unresponsiveness, not fulfilling and legitimacy concerns. The website shows the business owner as having experience in several areas offered in the program but companies have confirmed the experience is not true.

I and many others are requesting that the the FTC investigate the bootcamp for its facilitation of copyright infringement, fraud and for broader harms that the company may already be upholding. Based on the Texas Workforce Commission, the bootcamp does not make available their outcomes reports and when asked there is no response. They may be failing to conduct even basic oversight of its hundreds of cohorts putting students at risk and necessitating immediate action from the FTC, ScamPulse.com and TWC.

As students we received an educational product that fell far short of what was marketed, with advertised jobs and mentorships—let alone six-figure salaries—proving illusory. I was unaware and defrauded by this unregulated program that also pulled content from major companies and added surcharges.

And by the time I could realize the depth of this fraud, lies by omission and little embellishments, the school/program is partially finished and now involved in several news articles and all over Twitter and TikTok for scams and fraud.

The program's predatory nature leans on the fact that students may be unaware of industry bootcamp programs and the contract relies on the lack of experience of bootcamp agreements by industry bootcamp. It specifically targeted its program toward economically vulnerable students.

The program has already leveraged the smokescreen of positive rhetoric and novelty surrounding "6 figure career" to lock students into predatory contracts.

The “bootcamp” is nothing more than a predatory scheme to trap hundreds of students into lofty but false promises of high-paying jobs in the tech sector.

Upon entering this bootcamp students were directly misled by Bukunmi Awodele(Mary) and based on reports from Forbes, Yahoo!Finance,LinkedIn and AfroTech, participants believed this service was a credible business. At the time of the bootcamp, her work experience led us to believe she had credentials to lead us and service us a full tech-bootcamp, but after further investigation all experiences were falsified. She advised I would receive teachings, training materials, and resume templates for each section of the bootcamp(salesforce, business analysis, data analysis, and project management. At this time I see that her labs and homework were plagiarized from Ucertify, ServiceNow, and Salesforce and presented as her own sources. After a disagreement, she deleted a source of our bootcamp help/training materials which were stored on discord during the bootcamp. I have still not received a resume template for a section I completed, and some of the 700 students said it may be plagiarized from other online sources as well. Finally, I recently found out the bootcamp/training is not regulated and accredited in Texas with the Texas Workforce Commission

The scammer fabricated work history and claimed to have tech expertise. They used their fabricated tech expertise and work experience to sell a course designed to help people to transition into tech. Upon registering and paying for the course, the material was all stolen from other courses available online, copyrighted material, or free resources available on Google. The scammer was not qualified to teach the course she was selling.

This is a sale going on for US postal stamps, says you can get 100 stamps for only $26.50. original price for that is $60. i believed this was a legit site and deal. i used paypal for my transaction. i was informed by others that USPS does not give deals away on stamps. I looked up the postal service and they warned of scammers going around like this and they will never discount stamps. i contacted PayPal and they investigated and said that others have filed complaints on them that this was indeed a scam. PayPal is refunding my money back and reporting them as well.

This company started trying to charge my account 39.94. I tried contacting them, and their contact information is fake. So I contacted my card issuer and blocked any charges from this company.

I’m a first time homeowner I got a letter in the mail regarding my deed and that I needed to pay $96.00 for my deed, I thought this was very important so I paid by check to get there soon. I sent it also to my mortgage officer and she said it was a scam. Now my account number is leaked and I need all new info..

This is false advertisement at the highest!  The picture on the left with the lady is what was false advertised and the picture on the right is what I received. There is no way that these two dresses are the same. This is a huge inconvenience! Please send me my refund as soon as possible!

they advertise palettes from amazon return goods for a reasonable price. Received a mystery box with small tools

I was shopping for a horse online came across Waylon Ranch. I noticed the prices were very low for caliber of horses. I kept shopping and discovered the very same horses were on McKibbens Ranch site.

This Waylon Ranch use to be Plemons and before that was Schrutes Ranch.

This person needs to be stopped.

I ordered six swinging lawn chairs from an ad on facebook. I received a 20 pack of toothbrushes from Mississauga, Ontario. When I replied to the email confirmation, they told me: As we checked your order, we are sorry to find that it is the shippers who mistook the batch of the products due to the hot sale reasons, so you have received the wrong item, we are really sorry and have a claim with the shippers.

But to our regret, they ask for a return of the item you received if you want to return your order. In this case, could you please go to your local post office to ask about the return cost?

They also provided a tracking number that did not work. And then another tracking delivery that was two months before I placed the order, and said it was delivered to Milwawkee. I live in Canada!

I ordered clothes from this company that advertises on Facebook. It advertises itself as an American company. This is what it says on their website under About Us:

“Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina. In addition to bolstering the global economy by increasing jobs, it also means a speedier delivery for our customers.“

This is completely false. First of all, it took 15 business days to receive what I ordered. Then when I tried to return it because their sizing was not consistent, they kept offering me a fraction of what I paid, and they didn’t want me to return it. When I kept refusing their offer, they told me their distribution center was in Dubai and I’d have to pay to ship it to there.

The only reason I didn’t lose about $120 was that I disputed the transaction on my credit card.

The scammer (seller) offered a Stihl GTA 26 battery-powered mini chainsaw for half price. (I believe it was on my Facebook page.). Since I had some small limbs that I needed to cut, I decided to buy it for a total of $50.66. I received an email saying the order had been received; later one telling me that it was being shipped and giving me a tracking number. I later found out at the PO that the only thing shipped was a package which was so small that they were able to put into my PO Box. It was a little package which contained a little “golden” spoon and fork (the size to be used by a small child), and a note that read “Thanks for your order.”

This week I saw a similar ad that was offering the same mini chainsaw for Christmas for $34.98 from Happzipy. (I think this might be the same company name used in the heading of the first advertisement, but the business dealing was with Sphinxhwl.)

My order was placed on August 15, 2022. The spoon and fork were all that I received.

came up as Paypal , with an order number , and said there was an unusual transaction on my account and to call regarding the transaction or click a link for details on the transaction

I ordered & paid for 8 Queen Elizabeth II Barbie dolls on 9/17/22. The photo of the doll was in a box with The Barbie trademark on the front. The dolls were $70 each so I had no reason to doubt their authenticity. There were 2 separate orders of 4 dolls each. They said delivery would be 9/25/22 or 9/26/22. On my 2nd order, I paid for express shipping so I expected that order before 9/25/22. I asked for tracking numbers. I finally received one USPS tracking # but it kept saying it had not been shipped. I was emailing them every day. They kept telling me to be patient & blamed the pandemic for the delay. On 10/12/22, I received one doll. It was in a poly mailer & looked like it was packaged by a child. I was alarmed before I opened it because I knew the doll box was crushed because it was not properly packaged. When I opened it, I discovered it was not a limited edition "Barbie" doll at all. It was a cheap imitation. The Barbie trademark was not on the box as it was in the photo advertised. I contacted them and said I would return the doll but I wanted an immediate refund. They give me a lot of different excuses. When they told me they would only refund me after they received the doll back. It would take them 7 days to come pack up the doll and it would be 7 days after they received the doll to give me a refund. I contacted Discover card and they refunded me immediately. They will deal with Pennyus. Do not purchase anything from Pennyus.shop!

Saw an add on FB for an oversized memory foam bean bag chair. Ordered 3 of them and received my order confirmation email within 24 hrs. I then responded to the email a few days later to request the specific delivery details as there was no other contact information provided in the email order confirmation received. Within 48hrs I received a bounce back that the email was not delivered - looks like they have blocked me. I am also unable to access the website any longer. I have reached out to my bank to dispute the charges for product never received but am doubtful I will receive resolution. STAY AWAY from BULYBEAN - SCAM
