I order what looked like a good product, but what I received was cheaply made and I orders 3XLG because it runs small. And the 3XLG I received would fit a small. I am very disappointed. When I contact them they said I could return at my expense which would of been over $70.00 to return. I felt the company should of cover that cost. Looking online at this company apparently they have a history of scamming. Warnings all over. I wished I had checked prior to order. I now do check. But others need to be aware thirst this company does not back their products. Cheaply made and nowhere close to the product they display online.

"A*****" represented himself as a debt relief company and fired off the last 4 of my husband's and my social security numbers. He also read off some of our credit cards and exactly how much we owed, so we felt comfortable walking him through each and every credit card, and the amount.

I asked him how much and how he got paid, and he said he would put it on one of the credit cards and negotiate with the companies, and that we should stop making payments. We were told not to contact them and to give it time- 6 months and our debt would slowly be cleared.

6 months later, we owe more, and now have 2 lawsuits filed against us.

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots from that website. They were advertised as Uggs, I paid the Ugg price for them $139. When recurving the confirmation email it said they were indeed Uggs with the picture included. Product received was not in an Uggs package but just a package like you’d get from Amazon. They came in fake. Contacted the company , went back and forth with a ton of emails. They never denied that they were fake, they kept telling me to return them but it is to an address in Japan.

Address: No. 892, Xuezhi Road, Lowland Industrial Zone, Xiaoshun Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China

Zip code: 321000

It would cost me more than off of that money to ship it. They will only give me 35% back on my purchase. I was taken advantage of, and they did not care. It says stocks.com on here. However I am contacting them viia smithspicks where I thought I ordered from. Customer service contact attached. I have more photos is needed.

I saw their ad on TikTok for knock off mini Uggs. The photos looked like an original pair without the Ugg label. When I received them, they look nothing like the picture and do not fit either. I’ve been trying to reach them by phone and email for the past month to return them and get a refund and the phone number is disconnected and they won’t respond to my emails requesting a return label and refund.

This company is scamming off of orthofeet shoes. They say you can return but you have to ship all the way back to China which for the price of the shoes is not worth it. The website doesn’t mention shipping to China.

Sent me counterfeit Air Jordans. Denies it and will not refund me.

I found this website that had the LuvMe logo at the top which is a high quality wig shop. The website looked almost identical to the Luvme website. After competing my purchase it stated in the receipt Geriyahair and the wigs were being shipped from China. I contacted them right then and there to get my money back making an excuse that I didn’t have the money. They asked for my order number which I gave. I did not get a response but two weeks later I got the wigs. The wigs were not as pictured, they were not even lace front as stated and shown. I tried to reach out to return the wigs and for this response. “ Dear Customer,

How are you doing today?

Thank you for telling us about that. We have checked your parcel and must say sorry that it has been sent out. We can't stop the shipment. You could put it on first and see if it's suitable. After you receive the item, which is in a casual style, it could be just all right for you.

If You don’t like it, you can give it to your relatives or friends as a gift.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you can get it soon. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve it for you.

Have a nice day.

I responded letting know I was not satisfied and let them know that the wigs were not as pictures. I even informed them that the pictures used were from a different website.</********************>

Ordered via a website for a heated vest that is American made, 3 heating elements. Received the vest and it was a cheap knock-off. No heating elements. Even the logo was not Warmsty. I contact them. They wanted me to pay for shipping and they would refund me $15.00 I've already notified credit card company. I have all the evidence (website order info, pictures of the vest I received, and the email), however, I could not get it to load onto this website. This is definitely a scam. The vest was made in China and came from China.

I was trying to apply for global entry and went on wrong site, filled out application with lot of personal info such as address, passport info, drivers license info and more. Got credit card info for payment way over normal amount and cards now cancelled.

The tracking information in the order received email is legit, as it said I received the pacage today which I did. I received a package with 2 small neck scarves, not the storage boxes I ordered. I was suspicious shortly after I placed the order & called the phone number on the site & got a robotic voice recording saying they were experiencing high call volume, but that an agent would be with me then it hung up. I also tried emailing them, but received no response. Since I am unable to contact them, I can't request a refund, so I called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I ordered slippers online and they were not shipped for several weeks. I did kit received them and they are terribly made. The website ensures a money back guarantee but they will not respond to email requests.

I ordered 4 pillowcases and two of them were supposed to have eye masks included. 3 of the pillow cases were very low quality and only one eye mask was included so I’m missing an eye mask and 3 pillowcases. I called and left messages and today when I called again, the number was disconnected. I’ve also contacted support @ tafts.com but I’ve revived zero response for over one week.

We were charged $500 for a very used gas stove and refrigerator. The stove didn’t work, and they never gave us the refrigerator after 4 attempts to pick it up because they never attached the back to the refrigerator. They refuse to refund the money.

The two large Nativity for outside was clearly misrepresented. They were very very small, it was suppose to be snap together and there was the tiniest screws supposed to be used. The laminate was buckled. They wanted me to return to China then they would give me a refund. The cost to send back was $75

Bought crystals from fadkeys live channel on tictok. They stated their crystals were real and good quality. When recieved I was missing almost half of the order. Other items were broken chipped and scratched. I contacted customer service which was useless . Avoid this company

Placed order for keto gummies buy 3 get 2 free. Was charged for all 5 in Dec. Received product. They tried to charge my credit card again in Jan for same amount. Had credit card company decline the transaction.

The website sells fake product keys for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows OS, as well as some antivirus software and optimization software. On the site they claim a money back guarantee, have a support hotline, and ensure secure payments. A little window appears on the site that shows who has just purchased in other parts of the country. They have reviews from verified buyers and a verified active Trust Guard seal on their site.

I ordered pokemon card boxes from the company, tried to cancel hours after order and they said they couldn't because already shipped. Communicated several times over email trying to cancel and was assured the cards were real and sent from manufacturer.
