The company claims to provide products made of Egyptian cotton. Once received it’s noticed the packaging on the products says, combed cotton. When communicated to the company, their response was: We are actually unable to write Egyptian cotton on the tags due to some import issues. The outside label says Egyptian cotton though.

The FTC communicates: If you advertise or sell clothing or household items containing cotton, the product labels must reflect the fabric content accurately. So say the Textile Act and Rules, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. The Textile Act and Rules cover fibers, yarns and fabrics, and household textile products made from them, like clothing and accessories, draperies, floor coverings, furnishings and beddings. If the item contains wool, the Wool Act and Rules apply instead of the Textile Act and Rules.

The fiber content statement may include the name of a type of cotton, the cotton trademark or a term that implies the presence of a type of cotton. The statement must be truthful and not deceptive. If you use a cotton name, trademark, or other term that implies the presence of a type of cotton, you must use the generic fiber name "cotton" with it.

For example, "100% Sea Island Cotton," "50% Pima Cotton, 50% Upland Cotton," "85% Egyptian Cotton, 15% Silk."

You must use type of the same size and conspicuousness for the required fiber content information. The type must be reasonably easy to read. For example, "50% EGYPTIAN COTTON, 50% OTHER COTTON" is permissible; "50% EGYPTIAN COTTON, 50% other cotton" is not. If your product contains more than one kind of cotton, the fiber content statement doesn't have to specify the name and percentage of each cotton type.

I saw an ad for bone conduction headphones so I started researching them. Inductivv brand popped up on top 5 best so I went to the website and it is covered in red flags. It has a ScamPulse.com Accredited seal at the top of the page, so I searched on ScamPulse.com and it’s not even found.

Just want my refund at this point.

Scams people by offering affordable dolls, allow you to put in your billing information and credit card information then denies payment. Therefore actually just aquiring personal information to get funds out of accounts

I was looking online for a pair of shoes and noticed a website that had a small discount compared to others and free shipping. It said the product was made in America, but it shipped from China and I never received my order. I realized directly after I purchased that it was a scam after looking at reviews. I called my bank to file a dispute claim for an item not received. Hopefully I can get the money I spent back.

After a search for NFL Game Pass packages, this site came up. They used the NFL Game Pass logo and had NFL Live stream in the address window. It wasn’t until after filling out the PayPal form that I discovered they were not affiliated with the NFL in any way.

Since my complaint about their services - which didn’t work, even after their tech support - they would not issue a refund. Once I started my complaint to PayPal, they changed their logo on their website: https://nfllivestream.network

It now read NFL TV with no actual logo. However, I’ve attached the original website with the original logo below.

Avoid this scam.

Ryabe has a large and continuing advertisement on Facebook that states that their products/clothing are made in South Carolina USA. Their website says the same thing. And the website also says fast easy returns within 30 days. I purchased three shirts on their website after being directed from the Facebook ad. The items arrived about two weeks later and it was obvious from the packaging that they were not made in the USA. There are no tags sewn on the shirts that state where they are manufactured and no information about what the fabric content is. I believe this is illegal in the US. The plastic bag they are in had ‘Made in China’ printed on the sticker. They are obviously NOT made in South Carolina as declared in their ad. . Two of the items did not fit so I contacted their customer service via email asking for a refund. I was going to keep the third item but have decided against that as well since the company is a huge scam. They offered me a small amount of money $12 at first and then $30 to keep the items (which cost $100) and not return them. I told them in three different emails that I will not keep these items and I wanted a full refund. Then they stated that was the best they could do and they suggested that I accept that because otherwise I would need to return the items and the return address is in Dubai so it would be very expensive for me to do so. Because of their Facebook ad and their website they appear to everyone that they are a US based company but they are not. It is all a complete fabrication in order to make sales.

1.they are not a US company

2. their clothing is not made in the USA

3. they will not provide a refund

I suspect this website is selling fake mer

Did not want to engage further after searching for other sites that use "BTP LLC and CBP LLC" - MULTIPLE websites that claim to sell puppies, but if you look at their testimonials/review pages, they're near identical. We queried about one dog and was immediately quoted original price plus $250 for shipping. Don't believe they actually have any animals to send.

I intended to purchase tickets to Hamilton, the Musical, in Seattle on September 4th. On April 4th, 2022, I went to the Paramount's website to purchase tickets for my son's birthday surprise. I clicked on the link to purchase tickets, and was directed to a site to select my seats, select the day and time for the performance, and I bought the tickets. At no time did I doubt that I was on the Paramount's ticket vendor site.

I received an email confirming my purchase from cityticketsonline, with a link to my tickets. The showtime listed was 10:00PM, which I did not recall selecting, but I was very excited to have the tickets and give them to my son for his birthday. There was also a service charge of $229 included in the purchase price, which I thought was ridiculous, but I was led to believe that tickets were going fast and I was anxious to make sure I was able to purchase them. I bought plane tickets to Seattle (from Montana), booked a hotel room, and told my son that seeing the play in Seattle was his birthday ticket. He was thrilled.

We have been eagerly anticipating seeing the show this weekend, and yesterday I decided to look at the Parmount's website to see if there were any updates, check on parking, etc. I noticed that the show time listed was 7:00, and my tickets said 10:00. I sent emails to the address I found for cityticketsonline and did not hear back, so I emailed the Paramount's ticket office directly. They got back to me quickly, and said that there isn't and never was a 10:00PM show. The show is at 7:00. They further said that they didn't know who citytickets was, and my tickets were not valid. I panicked, and they directed me to their secure vendor (ticketmaster), where I was able to buy tickets for my son and I, so the weekend was saved.

I called my credit card company today (8/31/22) to report this transaction as fraud, and reverse the charges. They said they will do that, and also that the vendor name for the transaction I referenced was not cityticketsonline, but rather some other unknown person's or entity's name.

Hey the hackers would have been in my internet to solicit an illegal content put online then reuploaded to remove the happening to get money made online with a vehicle just like mines blurted into the content both ways for the tracker to find the trafficker like how he found me with his little Russian American cohort. They would have had sent the local gang members from our areas network for the internet to identify and have me scammed by getting followed home to be ruined and ripped off unable to get help from the police with their henchmen and criminals on tap as the city or on call direct misplacement not letting on their best judgment and report or account.

They would have had more of these people go and sent over to have me robbed to get me thrown out of where I had been living while still on tap on their own accounts not getting involved found.

??Walmart Independence Day Sale??$39.94??Transformer Remote Control Folding Scooter×2. We ordered 2 scooters, thinking we were getting them from Walmart. Instead we received 2 hand held fans. *BEWARE HEAVENJEWEL * on ebay. I ordered a ring , it was defective. After contacting heavenjewel and sending a picture of the defective ring, they agreed to accept the return. I mailed it with tracking etc by the USPS. After many weeks of correspondence the company tells me they did not receive my package, yet I tracked it and it showed delivered to the address heavenjewel supplied. Additional correspondence from the company stated the package was lost in another city and then the company heavenjewel sent me an email with a picture of packaging and a fake ring ( someone had switched , not the ring I sent back) however, what they did not know is I had taken a picture of the mailman wrapping my package and the packaging was not the same as in their picture. I had to ask ebay to step in as well as my CC company to issue a refund as heavenjewel has not issued a refund a month and a half later. Ebay was great and issued my refund, I reported suspected FRAUD to them . Thank you,
