I am trying to sell something on offer up and Craigs list. I should not have used my contact number in the description. That opened the door for them to text me. I was contacted by text about what I was selling and without thinking I responded. I was being contacted by a group of them or one person pretending to be a bunch of different people with different numbers. All were interested in my product and willing to pay asking price. One of them got my home address because he wanted to come check out what I was selling. One got my name because I was in communication with him about what I was selling. He got my name because I started asking for their names because keeping track of who I was texting was difficult and I was being bombarded by 5 different people who were interested in what I was selling. They targeted me in the morning after I was just waking up. One was coming from about 2 hours away and didn't want to drive a long distance without knowing that the product I was selling was legit. clean title, no accidents etc. I gave him car fax as a check reference to prove my product. He said he got burned by car fax before and wanted any other one. after a while they suggested a few that might work but either way they had flooded a bunch of fake websites and could have chosen from any of them. I chose another one choices range in price depending on how fast and how detailed they are. But all are fake. They send you a fake result but to receive your fake result you have to share your name and email. So they now have my full name, address, and email and I have used my credit card to pay for a fake report that they sent me. I have to open up the fake result to sent to the fake buyer so they might have a back door bug to enter my computer. Not sure. I cancelled my credit card and I now will be changing my email for all the reoccurring charges that I get so they can't either pretend to be be or pretend to be a provider of mine.

Dear Sirs, I’m contacting you to inform you that the Kiosk PERFUMILLION in the Westfield Mall in Culver City is sell Fakes or Knock-off product and representing them as the real thing. On Friday I purchased a bottle of Tom Ford Ombre’ Leather from the lady at this store, for my wife’s birthday. Saturday, when I gave it to her she told me it was not the perfume that she knows. She’s been using this sent for 4 years. So on Saturday I went to return it and no one was there. I went upstairs to LA Perfume and ask to see there Product. What they showed me was the real thing. It had the right sent as well as a different bottle design and slightly different box design. Today when I went back to Perfumillion And explained what had happened, rather than exchanging the product with an appology or even take a close look of the comparison. She immediatly accused me of switching the bottles and that the store upstairs had sold me the Knock-off that I was attempting to return. The store up stiars has also reported them for questionable business practices.

Customer came in with a fake coinstar for $602.52. The coinstar unfortunately was cashed and the scammer left the building with about over 588$ and groceries so technically we lost the whole $602.52. The coinstar that was given was printed on real coinstar paper, had all the security features including the scratch on the back and the wavy perforated lines to the right of the voucher, had the correct transaction number, store number and location, as well as time & date. This was one of the realest fakes we’ve ever seen. Had the security measures and all. TODAY, another scammer came in with a fake coinstar. This time the customer was denied considering the fraud we witnessed last night. Her coinstar was also counterfeit and the amount of it was $476.46. The coinstar that was brought in today was the exact same as the other fake that was brought in last night

This company used an ad for Peter Thomas Roth Eye Firming Cream. It appeared that I was clicking on a link to buy that product. Instead it was a completely different company. The brand I received was Hoygi NOT the Peter Thomas Roth brand. The email address for the scam company is [email protected].

It’s a store/gas station located in this plaza and the owner of the store is charging 4.49 plus tax on cigars that cost 2.49 plus tax as stated on the packaging . Once I noticed how much my card was charged for I approached the cashier and questioned the amount because I always purchase them and know just about how much I’ll spend and it was well off and he states “that’s the price on there” upon looking at the cigar package there’s a orange price sticker stuck to the package and they are adjusting the price at the register

Was told they sold authentic products but did not receive what I ordered . After about 2 months I started to receive random items being sent to my home . Seller asked for more money to ship via expedited, the items I originally had ordered and then they used economy shipping instead . After I filed a complaint with PayPal they started sending random items and claim the items I sent were already shipped and used those tracking numbers as supposed proof .Filed a case with my PayPal account and they advised me to file a complaint with you .

They advertised this business on a social media website, for a bug zapper. I was sent a chargeable bug zapper, which was not the one advertised. I sent it back to the address that was on the original package, while trying to track it to receive my refund, it is not showing it was returned. I have been charged $151.00 on my debit card for this item.

I’d rather share screenshots and a video. But the swimsuit, if you even wanna call it that, was extremely poor quality and design. Nothing what was explained in the ad on Facebook. I went by the size guide that they had, I am 5’9 150lbs. I ordered a large. It was only $25 and I was trying to save some money from the real deal. But that’s my $25 that worked for. I waited 6 weeks for it and had to inquire 2x about it. I even did the priority shipping because I wanted it by July 4th. Of course I never got it by then. I’d like to send more credible information if I can. Thanks

It was posted on Facebook to support a injured veteran. They showed his picture and he made 2 ft or larger metal birdhouses. It showed pictures of all the different kinds of birdhouses and it was made in America. Metal garden stake birdhouses. It took over a month to receive it and when I tracked the package it said it was coming from China. I paid $33.70 for a 2" x 3" metal birdhouse that no birds could even fit in. When I went back to the site my computer said it was a malicious website and not to open it. The return address name says Jerry Yasfbara. I am sure its a made up name and address.

This person is sending out horrible fakes of products (mine smelled toxic and like household cleaner). They have a history of selling fakes and Amazon has done nothing. They are partaking in criminal behavior and basically stealing money. The product I bought (OUAI leave in conditioner) is now being sold on their site got even more money. They are running a scam and taking peoples hard earned money. Why is Amazon allowing this seller on their platform. This needs to stop. All of the products are counterfeit. They have a known history of selling fakes and you can see it in the stores reviews. I also blame Amazon for not policing this. This has to stop

Was applying to get a work from home job. Got an offer and accepted it. I was told SCD Information Technologies was going to email me a check for $1900. I was then suppose to make a copy of it and make a electronic deposit to my account. Then take the money and purchase $1800 in Apple Gift cards

Which i did. Then i was to send them the number on the card. Which i did. They were suppose to take thst money and buy the supplies i needed to start my work from home job. Then i was informed the next day that $1800 wasnt enough and they need $3500. So i went and did the same thing and deposited in my account. My bank called me and told me the checks were fradulant. Ii didnt spenf the $3500. So the bank has that on hold. I spent the $1900 on the apple gift cards. So im out 1900. I also inadvertently gave them my social security number

I had placed an order with free shipping on 23 February and then the company charged $60.00 for shipping. I contacted immediately on 23 February to cancel the order and reached out to them 6 times and never received a response. The only way to contact them was via email and the email address was healthbeaufy.com. Never received a response back to cancel my order and then they reached out on 12 March to state my order was shipped and I immediately responded stating that I could not cancel my order because it was already shipped. I told them I canceled it the day of the order and never received a response. I have also reported this to my bank and replaced my debit card with a new one.
