Ad for jackets

- Latonia, KY, USA

I purchased online what were supposed to be Judy Blue Jeans. A company that I never shopped at made all these charges on my PayPal account one was for $44.22, $88.90, $88.90. The name of the company is Shirts and STYLES. When my packages arrived, I was shocked at the knockoff pants that this company was trying to push out as being Judy Blue, jeans. I have tried to call, but the phone is no longer in service. I have tried to emai, but it’s to no avail. I get lip service and NO RESOLUTION to all my claims. When ordering online I used the comfy cargo, site for what they advertised as Judy Blues. Real Judy Blues have sizes with numbers. Knockoffs are sized S, M.L. Those are what I received. All I want to do is return these knockoffs back to the party that got paid for my orders. I asked for a return address, but all I got was to send pictures or videos of the defect on their product. The defect is the poor quality of fabric and the zippers feel like they are going to get broken if in daily use. Judy Blues are made in America, the ones that I received came from China. Something that you don't know until it's too late. Buyer beware, these sites are a SCAM

I had ordered a one time delivery of keto detox capsules and keto gummies to help lose weight. Well I received my 1 order and since that order 2 more have arrived. What can I do to get these pills to STOP?!!

- Alton, IL, USA

Bought earrings that were supposed to be New Black Diamonds. Took them to the jewelry store and had them tested. They came back as Benzene, they were missing chunks out of the inside, and had makeup on the cradles.

emailed me with the scam about your package has been returned to the warehouse contact us with your mailing address i figured it out because they already had my address as well as my name and credit card name and number.. The item i attemptED to send back because it was advertised falsely was two small portable wall plug inwall heaters which were totally unuseABLE. TWO UNITS WERE ORDERED AS WELL AS 2 REMOTES FOR EACH UNIT WHICH WERE BILLED SEPARATELY.

The man i spoke to on 2 separate occasions was a foreigner, same man..

there also was nothing inside the box, no paper work no nothing and that is the reason i had to contact them for their return address to send it all back and remove it from my charge.

I hope you have good luck finding them to shut them down.

This was from a Facebook or Instagram ad posing as athletic shoe clearance. I ordered and later realized I did not receive a confirmation. I looked it up and saw it was an unauthorized site so figured it had been a scam, but I didn't see the charge until now, three weeks later when I put the pieces together from a weirdly-named company. When I looked it up, it didn't exist and I found the alert here with BBB. They got my credit card and mailing address. I've shut the card down. I'm trying to get the money back.

- Cypress, TX, USA

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram as a legit hat company. The product they sent me came from China and was not even close to representing what I had purchased online. There is no one to contact either.

- Greenville, NC, USA

Ordered a winter boot from Facebook ad. Described product as well made, arch support, wide toe. Great for seniors for walking. Ordered the size suggested and still too small. Quality terrible. Narrow fit. Stated they are Australian company with manufacturing in US among other countries. They were shipped from CHINA! Basically nothing they claimed was true and I’m sure the comments on Facebook are false. Unfortunately found the true story after I had ordered and looked on google and ScamPulse.com reviews. Can’t something be done to prevent this company from selling on the US?

- Glendale, CA, USA

The website showed us as Tiffany.com. I ordered and received a confirmation email from TandCo Heartag. One month later the items were received and they were counterfeit Tiffany items. Not real silver.

- Chapel Hill, NC, USA

I needed to renew my passport. I searched passport renewal and this site popped up: https://pass-travel-usa.com/

After going through the whole process of filling out private information and paying what I thought was the gov. (I was very focused on putting the information in on my small screen phone), I immediately received an email with a pdf attached and a hyper link that said I would have to pay the gov. fees there. I was totally unaware what this was until this point. I immediately became concerned and feeling dumb that I didn’t notice. Several people have mentioned this site on a Reddit post and one started receiving lots of random calls. It’s quite the set up and after going back, they covered themselves with all the small writing. This is super sketchy.

- Galax, VA, USA

Paid for product as described in ad. Received 2 weeks late and it wasn’t as described

- Winston Salem, NC, USA

Found on Instagram. Advertised as Tiffany and Co. Realistic web page and jewelry. Looked up and appeared valid. Received email shipping from China. Website now unavailable and items not received.

- Bloomer, WI, USA

I ordered 4 MIQIKO kinetic car heaters, for 69,97 on October 31, 2023, I received them 11-28-23. In the ad they said they were made in the USA, they were recharable with a upc cord or sunlight. When they came they were in cheap white boxes, there isn't any upc ports on them. They said they were refundable if they didn't work in 30 days - I just got them. I did send them an email for a refund. I did find now an article online about them. They are also sold on Amazon and I did contact them that they are fraudulent - also selling the same product under different names.

- San Diego, CA, USA

They used a Dick’s Sporting Goods logo to sell discounted name brand shoes (Asics, Hoka). The websites and email listings don’t match up.

the scammer claimed to sell a 10 inch Android tablet, all the characteristics of the product were mentioned in the text as well as the title of the product. his tactic was to write "cover or tablet sleeve" in very small letters on the image of the product which he changed at the last minute before closing his online store on Ali Express, unfortunately for him when I wanted to to have your name and address refunded here they appear: *** ***** *********** Building 5, Liyuan New Village, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China CN 518000 Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

- Mc Alisterville, PA, USA

Bought 11 candles for 48.00..some were a couple dollars a piece. Which is very cheap for Bath n Body Works.

- Owings Mills, MD, USA

I ordered what was advertised as Judy Blue jeans. They weren't. I bought 2 pairs and it's from the company Nisitar. They have no prepaid returns and if you don't like the product, you the customer, must mail back to China and then the company will deduct a return fee from your payment. Total rip off! Not a happy customer at all!!!

- Mount Vernon, OH, USA

Advertised on Facebook as Judy Blue Jeans. I did not realize they were in China. After a month of waiting a very cheap pair of pants arrived. Not Judy Blue. No tags or materials tag. Counterfeit. Items. I contacted PayPal and Banbain wants me to pay to return them to China. Will not give me a refund for fake jeans. Clearly a scam.

I responded to an advertized item on Facebook. On 10/3/2023, I clicked the link, filled out my personal info, (email, phone #, address, credit card #). The order was placed with a tracking number to follow. I received a tracking # on 10/9/2023 telling me my order is originating in Dongguan City China. Checking with the tracking number daily I followed my order through their system and finally recieved by order on 10/24/2023. Upon opening, the item was not what I ordered and received a cheap, similiar looking product.
