I attempted to buy a leather jacket it never arrived. I contacted them and they said my order was lost, but they have taken the money already for my bank account and they continue to say they can't find the order and I've emailed you five times and every time I get the same answer like they didn't see the previous emails.

I ordered a dress, not only was the dress not the same one as the image or description but instead of full length, it came to my knees. When I contacted them how to submit for a refund, I was told to ship it back and the cost for shipping was more than what the dress was worth.
