I received a scam call claiming to be from Apple Support. I had just been at the Apple store the day before. The caller asked me a lot of questions regarding how many pieces of Apple equipment I had.. They gave me phone number 1-800 My Apple. He talked to me about security keys for my computer. He asked me how many printers and TV's I have. He said I needed Apple Security cards. I said I was going to go to the Apple Store. They asked me what was the closest Apple Store. I would by the security cards and Apple would refund me. He asked if If I live by Giant Eagle. I replied yes. He said I could get a Google card $300. I give them the numbers so that I can get Apple Security cards for my computer. I did not any cards. I had my wife listen also. She said no way. At first I was talking to a girl. Then she gave the phone to a Supervisor. He is the one that told me to get the cards. I gave my name address phone number and E mail. He already knew my address. He hung up. I did not send any money. They also gave me an Apple case ID number 300009311756. I did call the Apple store and reported it. They told me I was being hacked.

They don't stop !

I received at least ten phone calls yesterday on my answering machine and then many more yesterday night and they are still doing it (ringing my phone & leaving messages) today! This is extremely annoying.

They claim there is suspicious activity with my Apple Ipod or Apple devices and I should talk to an "Apple support advisor".

I do not own any Apple devices. I do not own any Apple pod..

How can these calls be made to stop?

Caller claiming to be with Apple hiding under an UNKNOWN NUMBER stating that my Apple acount has been hacked. I do not have an Apple acount, but the message further states to call back at a toll free number - 518-312-4937 - which when I called the response is a series of continuous beeps. This call has appeared on my phone several times. Please beware !!!

She said my iTunes account was being charged for specific amounts and to call 888-775-9222 if I didn’t make these.

"Apple" has been sending me random emails, to confirm my purchases I did not make. My Apple ID is [email protected]. They are sending it to [email protected] email which is mine. They are relentless and keep changing their email addresses to make the previous email feel like a complete setup and mistake. They keep nothing under wraps by the amount of emails they send. They are focused and dedicated. They include multiple grammatical spelling errors and include files which lead to viruses. There is no unsubscribe button whatsoever. I cannot remove myself from their list. Please help me. I would block them but they would notice and send more crap. I have a max-filled inbox so their emails fly under my radar until I consistently check my junk mail. I am on Instagram more then babysitting their emails. God please!!!!!!!!!!

my dad locked his iPhone up, called what I thought was Apple and they had me purchase $100 iTunes gift card and said that Apple would return my money back to me then they wanted me to go and buy 2 more $100 gift cards and that when I said NO. I was anle to reach the real Apple and they confirmed that I was scammed.

Been receiving very frequent calls from 847-847-0400 claiming to be from Apple. They request my Apple ID and other identifiable information. The are now calling with the letter R and additional numbers at the end of the phone number. They are even calling and saying nothing frequently too. The number they are calling from is a spoofed Apple store number in Illinois. If you call it back, they’re dumb enough to speak to you, which I don’t advise. Please make them stop.

Left message saying that their apple account had been compromised. Call and speak to customer support.

- Wichita, KS, USA

Claims you made a purchase and if you click anywhere on the email it takes you to their website where they take your iCloud account. Their website is very similar to official apple website.

Thought I was calling Apple support but these people pose as Apple and can somehow access Apple data. Was told they would send me an upgraded phone since they couldn’t solve the problem but I would have to pay with iTunes instead of credit card. When I gave them the card numbers they said there was a glitch and I needed to get more and they would credit my account after. Escalating didn’t help so I contacted my cc company to report the scam

Robo call stating that my Apple ID could have been compromised. Called Apple and they said it was a scam. Call the number back told them I knew it was a scam and they started swearing at me

Recorded voice, “Molly from Apple” says that my I Cloud account has been breached, asks that I hit #4 for customer support. Leaves message on my machine, “your apple device ICloud has been breached, for customer support hit #4...... They call every day but today they have called every 20 - 25 minutes, since 2p.m.. One of the calls came from 408-551-2150, same message. Apparently this has been going on for several years, internet shows complaints, going back that far. Extremely annoying. The calls were received on my landline phone, I don’t know if that’s important or not.
