The glasses I received do not perform as advertised. I cannot see properly through them at all; everything is extremely blurry, making the glasses completely unusable for me. The advertised adaptation to my eyesight does not work, and the advertised darkening in sunlight also does not work as described.
I contacted the seller and requested a return within one day of receiving the product. Despite this, the return and refund have not been properly accepted.
I also opened a PayPal buyer protection case. PayPal initially rejected my claim on the grounds that the item was essentially as described. I strongly disagree with this assessment because the very features specifically advertised by the seller do not work.
I am therefore reporting this experience so that other consumers can be aware of the discrepancy between the advertised product features and the product I actually received.
I am still requesting a full refund of the purchase price of EUR 64.25.
I suspected I have been scammed
This is the mail i got from them and i tried to track but said, tracking number is onvalid. I supected I have been scammed.
