Saw Facebook ad about a 'closing sale'. I ordered items as a gift for family and what I recieved was nothing close to what I asked for. This 'company' never answers their phone and their support is basically a bunch of robot spammers.

I ordered two pieces of jewelry. One was a solid pendant with a tree of life motif. The other was supposed to be a sterling silver pendant on a black rope chain. What was received was completely different. The first pendant was a cut out pendant with a different tree of life design and the second was a stainless steel pendant on a cheap stainless steel chain.

Sorry, I couldn't get photo to upload. I can try to send separately If you are going to pursue this scam.
