TIME SENSITIVE "final notice" warranty mailer. No prior relationship.

I received an unsolicited bulk mailer (presort, St. Louis MO Permit #1999) about a vehicle service contract. I have no account, no purchase, and no prior contact with the sender. The letter is marked TIME SENSITIVE, claims my factory warranty may have expired leaving me "Financially Liable," says I "HAVE NOT CONTACTED" them, and orders a call to 1-888-652-6277 before 9/21/2026 and "within 5 days to ensure eligibility" — warning I am "at risk" and they "reserve the right to revoke" eligibility. Contact is call-only and demands my VIN and mileage. No return address or website appears; the only company ID is fine print naming Evercare Protection, LLC of Scottsdale, AZ as administrator, signed "Catherine Beaumont, Program Coordinator." My name is misspelled twice. I did not call and paid nothing ($0 loss).

Why I am reporting: this is not an isolated letter. The same number appears in three BBB ScamTracker reports (Elaris ID/hang-ups in OR, Toyota-imposter $260 loss in MD, Catherine Beaumont/time-pressure letter in FL) and prior ScamPulse reports describing the identical Catherine Beaumont 5-day letter. New Hampshire regulators sanctioned Eleras Group (Consent Order 24-058-EP) and 4EverHome (24-066-EP) over this exact mailer playbook — missing obligor ID, false expiry claims, FINAL NOTICE pressure, check-mimic vouchers. Wisconsin DOJ secured a $54,000 settlement with a permanent injunction on the deceptive mail language plus mandatory identity disclosure. Missouri took a $5,600 action (Eleras, 2023) and a $7,500 forfeiture (Evercare Direct, 2025). Corporate records show the brands share one owner (Eleras Group LLC, Evercare Protection LLC, Evercare Direct LLC, 4EverHome, and Gateway Print LLC — the in-house mail shop), and BBB complaint responses reuse copy-paste "third party seller" denials while admitting the sellers broker their policies. I have filed a BBB complaint and an FTC report.

Scammer refused to cancel car warranty coverage

Contacted scammer and said we did not want this coverage (not aware this was a scam). Told us we would be paying $5,000/00 per year for car needs if do not pay for the factory warranty. Scammer would not give up until I said I would report them if the coverage was not cancelled. Asked them to send confirmation that this warranty was stopped and he said that is not a practice of the company. Money was refunded to bank account. The bank account will be watched.
