The only reason these charges have not gone through is because I keep my card locked. Most recently, on April 8, 2025, another attempt was made under an entirely different business name.
This behavior is highly suspicious and, in my opinion, fraudulent. It appears my card information has been shared or used across various accounts in an attempt to continue unauthorized billing.
I contacted the company in both December and January, and I was assured at that time that no further charges would be attempted. Unfortunately, the issue has continued, which forced me to go through the inconvenience of canceling and replacing my card.
This situation is unacceptable, and I am requesting a formal investigation into this matter. I believe this company should be held accountable for misusing consumer payment information and violating trust.
