caller said my apple account was hacked.

- Saint Louis, MO, USA

They would call vmevery 13 minutes exactly for hours at a time from slightly different phone numbers each time so you cannot block the calls. If you answer it is a robot woman voice saying there is fraud activity in your Apple cloud account. I do not have and never have had an apple account of any kind. If you reject call or it goes to voice-mail the robot message still plays without realizing it is voice-mail. It asks for your Apple password to be entered.

Last Saturday January 9th we received over thirty robocalls from Apple. They left messages on our home answering machine. My wife picked up one of the calls. The message stated our Apple account was breached. We do not have an Apple account. To speak with an Apple representative press one or call toll free number 315-232-8257. We did not call the number back. Our caller ID always shows a different phone number. 440-967-8560, 440-967-4513, 440-967-4927.

Pop up on computer claiming to be apple care and that there were viruses on my daughters computer. She gave them access to her compter along with her check routing and account number. Wanted to charge $240 for three years of protection.

Called and talked to a man who volunteered where I could send the check to

I have been receiving many robocall messages on my cell phone from Apple. They always call from a different number. 800-854-3680, 877-412-7758, 777-586-2076 & 877-586-4760. I block the numbers and they call right back from another number. When I answer they are from Apple. Calling regarding fraudulent activity on my Apple i Cloud account. I don't have Apple. I pressed number one to speak with a representative. A man name Paul came on the line. He asked if I had family overseas. I said to take me off the list. They call right back.

Looking to verify that my Apple ID has been logged in overseas

On October 31, 2020, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Apple and that my cloud had been jeopardized. I was then transferred to a man who said he was Kevin ********* from Apple. I panicked because all my stuff is on the cloud. Kevin is the one who requested I go to Walmart, Walgreens, SAM's, and Target and purchase gift cards, which I did. I spent $14,500 on gift cards. I took pictures and sent them to him and he downloaded them. He had me go to an app called Team Viewer Quick Support and then he had me download the Cashapp. He also got into my Citibank account which I have since had flagged. I received a notice from Cashapp the card had been unlinked from my account. I have deleted both of those apps. On November 1st, my daughter came to my house and realized it was a scam. I was able to get the money back that was taken from my bank account.

Calling to say my Apple iCloud was breached. Trying to get me to download an app to my phone so they can remote in. I don't even own Apple products.

- Saint Charles, MO, USA

Though this scammer claims to be Apple, I know that they are not. This scammer starts the call with an automated message that indicates that my ICloud or Apple account has been breached and to speak with technical support to have any issues resolved. They give me the option to be directly put in touch with a representative or to call back at my convenience (includes the phone number I listed in the scammer info).

When I continue to a representative and say anything in regards to: "I do not have an Apple account" or "Please remove me from your call list", they immediately hang up.

Since yesterday (11/10/2020), I receive this same automated phone call roughly every 10-15 minutes, totally in the ballpark of 50 times in the last 2 days. Every time they call, the phone number is different (so I cannot just block them). The phone numbers always start with 610-409-XXXX. I believe they are using software to "fake" the phone number because one time it listed a number that was actually owned by a legitimate business (a construction company based in PA).

When I do get in touch with a representative, I can hear lots of background noise that indicate the person is in a noisy call center with many other representatives (I can faintly hear other conversations in the call center). The representatives include both men and woman, and always have has an eastern accent (possibly Indian).

- Abilene, TX, USA

Received 8 calls today from this#, with a Robo call stating issues with my Apple iCloud.

List of phone numbers. All from the 705 area code which is in Canada so my do not call law does not apply. 7056298777 705-874-3995 705-017-5313 705-296-0012 705-496-6253 705-523-4017 705-482-8334. 7 calls! Dear lord make them stop! They claim an apple device is compromised.

started out as an automated phone call from phone #: 407-353-3612, telling me they were with Apple and my account was hacked from Mexico, Chicago & Indonesia. Told me not to go online to buy anything. I am not sure if the longer I was on the phone, they hacked into my account or what. But told me to look him up on Apple website using the name James Lee.

I have received over twenty five calls from Apple. The phone number is 336-292-2104. When I hit one to speak with someone they try to tell me my Apple Cloud is being compromised. I don't have Apple. A man used profanity.

- Louisville, KY, USA

I have received calls from a company posing as Apple. They state that my Icloud has been compromised. I was told to log into my computer and put in a website and click on some links. I have not done this, because I believe it is a scam. An automated system states, "this is Olivia with Apple Support". Then I was transferred to a person. The phone numbers on my caller Id are from California. I have had over 30 calls. Back to back. The caller ID #s are 408-965-4068, 4893, 4160, 4760 and many more.
