I HAD AN APPT AT WALMART,BOLAND TOBIAS WAY IN WORCESTER.I HAD PURCHASED TIRES, ONLINE AND MADE MY APT FOR 5PM ON JULY 1ST. WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE, THE AUTO SHOP DIDN'T HAVE MY TIRES, SO I DROVE MILES FOR NOTHING TO GET THERE. SO, I WENT ON MY CELL AND CALLED A NUMBER I FOUND ONLINE. THE WOMAN, JANE,ANDSWERED AND ASKED HOW SHE COULD HELP ME. SHE SAID SHE NEEDED MY ORDER NUMBER AND SINCE I WAS IN MY CAR, I DIDN'T HAVE IT. SO,SHE TOLD ME TO GO ONLINE AND GET IT AND SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN A MINUTE OR SO. WHEN I GAVE HER THE INFO, SHE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERD, THE LAST FOR DIGITS OF THE CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TIRES AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT I PAID. SHE THEN SAID, I CAN'T ISSUE A REFUND, CUZ IT HAS TO BE SO MUCH MONEY FOR IT TO GO THRU. SHE INSTRUCTED ME TO GET A GIFT CARD FOR 500 DOLLARS AND GIVE HER THE CARD NUMBERS AND SHE WOULD REFUND THE 500 PLUS HALF OF MONEY I PAID FOR THE TIRES. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR OVER AN HOUR WITH HER AT 229-999-0695 AND WHEN I GOT HOME, I LOOKED UP THE GIFTCARD AND THE MONEY WAS GONE AND I HAVE YET TO SEE A REFUND. NOR HAVE I GOT ANY TIRES

They sent my elderly mother a check for $5,525.00 to deposit into her account, and withdraw the money, text a person named Dean Henderson at 336-420-6834, get multiple money orders to send them and told her to keep $1,000.

I looked for Walmart customer service online to discuss my refund. This phone #(804)5325574 came up. I spoke to someone who identified herself as a Walmart agent and is was willing to help me with my refund. She asked me to go to a nearest pharmacy to buy a Walmart, eBay or Google Gift card of $200 in order to process the refund. After I purchased the card and read her all the information she passed me to a man as the manager. He recommended me to buy 2 other card at $200 each. After I read the information to him, he asked me to go to another pharmacy to purchase two other cards. At this point I realized it wasn’t Walmart, but it was too late.

Scammer by the name of Steven Fryza sent a $1450.32 check to my mother to deposit. She then was to go to Walmart as a "SECRET SHOPPER" purchase NIKE gift cards and send clear photos back.

I was sent the same check from a guy by that name. Coincidentally he was on the phone messaging me when I got the package. This is an old scam. You deposit the check in the bank, purchase what they tell you to only to find out later the check doesn't clear and everything you purchased and sent them you payed for.

I received a call from a person who said they were from Walmart and that I owed $249 for a membership renewal that I never had. I do not shop at Walmart. I asked for his name and he said his name was Alan Nel. I told him it was a scam and I would be reporting it. He immediately ended the call.

Using Walmart logo and name to solicit a survey offering valuable gifts for only shipping ($6.95). Upon submitting the survey, they immediately charged our credit card the shipping and informed us that the "gift"is free for 15 days after which we will be charged full price for the item. I immediately cancelled the offer and told them to NOT ship anything. They offered a 20% discount on the item. Again I refused the offer and told them not to ship the item. They offered an 80% discount on the item. For the third time I told them I do not want anything from them and would like $6.95 credited to my card. Their last response was to give me a RMA number and was told I would have to pay shipping on the return. A few days later the item arrived.

I now have blocked that credit card and told them they have 10 days to send me a check for $13.98. ($6.95 they took from my card and $6.95 for me to return it.)

I indicated that if they fail to send the check within 10 days I will open the package, determine the value of the "gift", sell it and donate the proceeds to our local food pantry.
