They contacted me by phone and left a voicemail. I read the message and it said it was a courtesy call regarding an unverified order on your Walmart account. The order included a PlayStation 5 special edition and a pulse3-D headset build at $879.29. Then it says: to cancel the order or speak to a customer service representative press 1 or return our call as soon as possible.

I did not give the caller any information but they proceeded to tell me that there were other accounts under my name. At this point I told them I thought it was a scam and I would be contacting Walmart directly.

By the time I put my info & it started doing the circle thing online I realized the website was fraudulent. Seller has falsely advertised their listing. The description is falsely listed. The pictures are not what you will receive. The product received was not as described. I want to make sure no one else is scammed. I did get my money back. I just want to make sure the listing gets taken down. The seller has to approve reviews so there are minimal reviews about product received.

Asked me my zip code and I told them. Then they asked my my name and I ended the call. I went online and checked my WAlmart account and my payment method and no purchases had been made.

Recevied a recorded voicemail that said "Hello, this is a message from Walmart. The reason to contact you totday is that there is an unauthorized transaction has been made from your wallet. Total card value is $829.52. Order # (gave an order number that is not a typical Walmart order # format). If you didn't place this order or want to confirm this order, kindly call us back. Thank you." There was no callback number given. Checked my Walmart account and email, nothing.

I received a call to my cell phone but was not available to answer it. A voice mail message was left saying that I had purchased a PlayStation of some sort for $919.45 and it was asking me to push one to, and so on and so forth, I did none of those things and blocked the collar and reported it to you.

Just to clarify: there was no known zip code, or email address. The area code of the phone number showed up as from Minneapolis, MN, but I don't know if that is where the actual call is from.

A voicemail was left by a computer automated voice which identified as Nicole, which reported that a purchase of $893.72 via my walmart.com account PCL 85 X Box 4000 HDR Smart TV with Roku was made with my account. I checked my account w/ walmart.com and there was no such order.

The voicemail instructed me to press one to cancel my order or connect with a customer service representative.

I accidentally hit call back button, but then hung up immediately.
