******** ***** **** **** **** ********** ***** ** ***** hacked into my Walmart.com account and ordered items totaling $119.06 on 10/13/21 - I tried to cancel the order and stop Fedex from delivering. I had to call the third party company to have them stop Fedex from delivering. Can I report this to you. .

I received a TEXT from Walmart on Sept 6th 2021, stating that I have 1 item in my cart. The text had the Logo of Walmart and a foto of a Laptop Computer that was a Apple Macbook Pro and that it was ready for delivery. The price was listed as FREE and a $2.00 delivery fee.

All I had to do was " ACCEPT PRIZE". by touching the Prize button provided.

At the top of my screen was the senders address. "howellbins.icu"

I did not press the button to Accept the Prize which was listed at a value of $1459.95. I am assuming this is a scam as I have not entered any contests to win a prize of this sort or from Walmart.

Email received stating I made a large purchase over $1499.00 but lowered to $830.66 after credits of $680.97 after return and added tax at Walmart.com to send to unknown person. Gives false customer service number and walmart.com link as well as fake invoice #. That's easily verified by actually going to Walmart.com. Used my name as heading to my email address.

Every day on my Facebook feed there are multiple ads offering various lightweight, foldable travel scooters and wheelchairs (I am an amputee) from Walmart for ridiculously cheap prices (eg. $39 for an item that should sell for over $1000). The ads look amazingly official and believable, with all the bells and whistles and logos. I don't know why Walmart doesn't put a stop to those obviously phony ads using their logo and other info. I once fell for the scam and of course NEVER received the item I'm not looking for a refund. I got a refund from my credit card co., I just wish to report this ongoing internet/Facebook scam.

THE WOMAN, JANE,ANDSWERED AND ASKED HOW SHE COULD HELP ME. SHE SAID SHE NEEDED MY ORDER NUMBER AND SINCE I WAS IN MY CAR, I DIDN'T HAVE IT. SO,SHE TOLD ME TO GO ONLINE AND GET IT AND SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN A MINUTE OR SO. WHEN I GAVE HER THE INFO, SHE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERD, THE LAST FOR DIGITS OF THE CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TIRES AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT I PAID. SHE THEN SAID, I CAN'T ISSUE A REFUND, CUZ IT HAS TO BE SO MUCH MONEY FOR IT TO GO THRU. SHE INSTRUCTED ME TO GET A GIFT CARD FOR 500 DOLLARS AND GIVE HER THE CARD NUMBERS AND SHE WOULD REFUND THE 500 PLUS HALF OF MONEY I PAID FOR THE TIRES. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR OVER AN HOUR WITH HER AT 229-999-0695 AND WHEN I GOT HOME, I LOOKED UP THE GIFTCARD AND THE MONEY WAS GONE AND I HAVE YET TO SEE A REFUND. NOR HAVE I GOT ANY TIRES

They sent my elderly mother a check for $5,525.00 to deposit into her account, and withdraw the money, text a person named Dean Henderson at 336-420-6834, get multiple money orders to send them and told her to keep $1,000.

I looked for Walmart customer service online to discuss my refund. This phone #(804)5325574 came up. I spoke to someone who identified herself as a Walmart agent and is was willing to help me with my refund. She asked me to go to a nearest pharmacy to buy a Walmart, eBay or Google Gift card of $200 in order to process the refund. After I purchased the card and read her all the information she passed me to a man as the manager. He recommended me to buy 2 other card at $200 each. After I read the information to him, he asked me to go to another pharmacy to purchase two other cards. At this point I realized it wasn’t Walmart, but it was too late.

Text message received stating Walmart survey recruitment. Pay out was $500 weekly. The asked for name, address, and age. I did not do it but found many complaints online with the same format of invitation.
