I received a text message stating that I had unused Walmart points. I frequently shop at Walmart so I didn’t think it was a scam. They said that I could cash out my Walmart points if I did not wish to use them for online shopping. They stated that it would cost me only $2.00 to cash it out. I paid the $2.00 and shortly afterwards, they tried to take $100.00 out of my account. Thank goodness they were unable to do so. I wanted to warn people in case they get the same call.

yes on facebook came this ad 1.00 for buying close out sale for tv from walmart with a lady one time a man one time thy took out of my account 44.98 4 11 22 so i went in the bbb and sent a email so i went on face book 4 27 22 and the site came up saying close till july 541 663 9720 i hope this can help thank you

I was notified that my some items in my Walmart order were unavailable. I texted HELP. Then I was notified that the order would be in early and I could pick it up at a Sacramento store. I spoke with a CSR who was very obviously fake, then checked with an internet expert who advised me not to respond in any way. I responded STOP to the text messages, then received the (833) number above. I checked the country code and saw that it was Colombia! I should have known.

The thing that made me want to follow the links was that I actually had an order with Amazon and received a real notice from them that it would arrive early. Foolish me. I changed all the relevant passwords involved, as well as my email and cloud passwords.

This site is advertised on the market place Facebook. they pretend to be Walmart and offer cheap sales on Transportation devices such as scooters. My husband selected his purchase, and checked out through PayPal the only payment option available. The PayPal account was charged and after that the system asks you to go to shipping information. Upon completing the shipping cost came up for 100000 dollars.

I reported to Walmart fraud center. We got our money back through our credit card associates.

be aware they take your info and the money and you get nothing. There is no phone number on this site no customer support. But they have your login and password and so far I cant remove my data from their site.

Simple message of an order cancellation. Had wrong name in the header and email is wal-mart instead of walmart. I assume it was a phishing email.

At a jobsite they were advertising for Walmart mystery shoppers and I signed up trying to make extra money. I was sent a text saying I have been accepted for the job by text and they would be contacting me with some information. Some time passed and I was sent a Priority letter with a check for 2470.29 with instructions to purchase 4 Apple Gift Cards for 500.00 a piece. Then purchase a money order for 20.29 to give to Care USA Foundation, take 400.00 for myself and miscellaneous expenses for 50.00 totaling 2470.29. Then after the purchase report to this email address: [email protected]. Sent the report and a text letting the person supposedly named William Karvonen text# 442.354.2177 and send to audit dept 442.354.2188. Sent the text with the pictures of the back of the Apple ID cards with the 16 digit code. Should have known better once you open the card that's the scam at this point can't return and they got the information. They ask for a cashiers check from your bank but mine is online so I was told to get a money order.

I just ordered from here too. $89 dollar massage chair lol. When I paid it went through PayPal which seemed fishy. Did you ever get an email? Did you cancel?

I had to call the third party company to have them stop Fedex from delivering. Can I report this to you. .

I received a TEXT from Walmart on Sept 6th 2021, stating that I have 1 item in my cart. The text had the Logo of Walmart and a foto of a Laptop Computer that was a Apple Macbook Pro and that it was ready for delivery. The price was listed as FREE and a $2.00 delivery fee.

All I had to do was " ACCEPT PRIZE". by touching the Prize button provided.

At the top of my screen was the senders address. "howellbins.icu"

I did not press the button to Accept the Prize which was listed at a value of $1459.95. I am assuming this is a scam as I have not entered any contests to win a prize of this sort or from Walmart.

Email received stating I made a large purchase over $1499.00 but lowered to $830.66 after credits of $680.97 after return and added tax at Walmart.com to send to unknown person. Gives false customer service number and walmart.com link as well as fake invoice #. That's easily verified by actually going to Walmart.com. Used my name as heading to my email address.

Every day on my Facebook feed there are multiple ads offering various lightweight, foldable travel scooters and wheelchairs (I am an amputee) from Walmart for ridiculously cheap prices (eg. $39 for an item that should sell for over $1000). The ads look amazingly official and believable, with all the bells and whistles and logos. I don't know why Walmart doesn't put a stop to those obviously phony ads using their logo and other info. I once fell for the scam and of course NEVER received the item I'm not looking for a refund. I got a refund from my credit card co., I just wish to report this ongoing internet/Facebook scam.
