I made a purchase from this company through Klarna on my birthday on August 30, 2020 and never received the merchandise conversed with them back-and-forth several times after that date asking when the item would ship... I continuously got the runaround and voiced my concerns to Klarna. Klarna said they were trying to help me get my money back and told me over and over that it would take time... in the end I ended up receiving an email saying that I would get a store credit from the online store but told Klarna that I wanted to speak to someone in management because I did not want to store credit because I did not trust these people who had lied to me over and over again. I filed a report with the federal trade commission and voiced my concerns to them as well. As mentioned in one of the other comments once I made a purchase the online stores policy change saying that you could only receive a store credit . I wanted to know if anyone else on this thread purchase their items through Klarna. Please let me know.

Frankly I’ve had exactly the same experience I ordered on August 6, 2020. I could never get an answer in terms of a shipping date they put you off time and time again saying that they had some that it was in process it was shipping it would be shipping in a couple of weeks, then two months later I told him to cancel the order and refund my money I purchased through Klarna also. They told me that they couldn’t do a refund that I would get a store credit in December I ordered a wig supposedly using the store credit as of this day I have yet to receive anything. Went to their website again and it no longer exists. Klarna It’s not helpful.

Yes the exact same thing has happen to me. I’ve been going back and forth with them and Klarna since august. I was forced to get a credit. I eventually tried using the credit in December only to be given the same BS lies. I just got through talking to Klarna again they assured me I will get a refund. So sad! The site now no longer exist.

I made an order on September 20th, 2020 and its now almost 4 months later and ive just been frustratedly strung along this entire time. I have soooo many emails just holding me off. IDGAF about "nice customer service" when the heart of that is actually RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT. The fact that they claim to be better than Amazon and Aliexpress is LAUGHABLE at best! Like are you kidding me? Ive ordered things internationally that Ive gotten before! I heard every excuse from the hair being back ordered to them having over 200 orders a day. SO!? get more staff then. I tried to be nice for wayyyyyy too long. Im just happy that my bak refunded my money! Even though theyve made so many claims like oh if you report us we'll blah blah, or you cant report us to the BBB and all this [censored].

For a moment I thought that Zaire person was gonna actually be helpful, she even offered me a refund or try to ship out again, but i thought yall only did STORE CREDIT? LIES! & Im not sure if anyone else has noticed but none of their sales or management emails work anymore. I just get the Mailer Daemon response AND theyve changed their website as well... like wtf is wrong w yall? The first time I decided to do something nice for myself in a while & pay over $300 for a damn wig and this the crap I deal with. Im blasting them until they disappear. Im warning everyone because this is crazy, the always delete the negative reviews! Ive added photos, sorry if any are out of order.

Ordered October 22..just like most other reviews. Never received it. Asked for a refund and they changed their refund policy to store credit. Of course I would never order from them again and just wanted my money back. Still have not received the refund after their “management team” stated they were working on giving me a full refund. Their website and Facebook are now down. And when people commented negatively on their Facebook page the deleted the comments.

I ordered from them on 8/12 in hopes that my order would be here for my birthday at the end of August. With them being black owned I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know mailing systems can be a pain in the [censored]... I don’t usually write negative reviews but they have the nerve to still advertise their product and haven’t even got people orders out that’s been waiting months... I did a dispute with my bank and they tried to tell my bank that I received the product... When you do a dispute with your bank please make sure you have your evident that you did not receive the product... it’s a shame too, because I waited until November to dispute, which meant I really wanted the wig .. as of today, 1/10/21 my order on their site still hasn’t updated to cancelled .. .. every time I emailed them they told me my order would be going out that day ... someone need to shut this place down, like seriously

I was also a victim of this scam artists company. I placed order on 08/13 I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited but my mistake I waited too long and could no longer dispute with my bank. I never not my wig. I contacted them on several occasions and I just kept getting false promises to ship I became fed up and requested a refund. They promise me a refund I waited 10 days as I was told it would take to reach my bank and nothing. I contacted them again and was told now I can no longer get a refund I had to accept a store credit..smh. I was forced to make another purchases or I would lose out on 288$. I placed order 11/06 and it’s now 01.08.2021 and I have nothing. I contacted these cam artist today and was told my wig was now back ordered and will ship next p my month. I was done. I threatened to contact the attorney general and get a lawyer and ended the chat. Suddenly I get an email a few minutes after the chat saying your item shipped? How? It was just back ordered a few minutes ago ? Their true colors just showed they are liars and scam artist. Never again. This is what happened when you try to support a black business.

I posted a complaint here about 2 months ago regarding an order I placed in Aug and never received. Just like everyone else I was told I cannot get a refund but a store credit. I reached out to them so many times demanding my money but was always told it'll be shipped soon and I can only receive store credit. So I got a store credit in Nov after being told the item was unavailable months later. I decided to place another order since I could only get store credit and was given a tracking # 11/30 only to find a month later USPS was still awaiting the item to get to them. I reached out again and added Leslie to the email. She said I will get the item until after the new year so again I demanded a refund and FINALLY she said she would issue a full refund and two days later the refund was issued to my account. Please reach out to Leslie at [email protected]? and demand your refund if you have not received your products. I've been fighting for almost 5 months and finally got it resolved. This has been the worse company to deal with. They don't have to worry about me shopping with them ever again. Wishing you all luck in receiving your hard earned money back.

I originally placed an order on Sept. 7 after a month of waiting I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I was told they recently changed their refund policy and could get a store credit. Which upset me because why would I want a store credit to a company that never sent what I ordered in the first place. So since I couldn't get money back I ordered again on November 13 in hopes that I could at least get something from the store credit and it not be a complete loss of my money. Well needless to say they never sent my order. Did not respond to messages and the live chat on their website does not work. This company is a complete scam. Do not order from them.

Have you tried to dispute the charges with your bank. I had to do that and it took 60 days since to complete and I just got my money back. Upper Echelon never responded to Visa in regards to the dispute so they refunded my money. This company is a scam! I tried to warn others on Facebook but they deleted my comments and now I can't comment or like/hate it.

They changed their refund policy to NO REFUND. Only store credit now. Then they finally told me in October the hair I wanted was out of stock. Had I known in the beginning I wouldn’t have ordered.
