The scammer (Cabrexa) has a website that offers slip covers for dining room chairs, sofas, and recliners. I purchased covers for a sectional sofa. My purchase was made on Nov. 8. I received an email confirming my order and stating, "Premium shipping: Estimated Delivery Time 3-10 days." My first attempt to contact Cabrexa was on Nov. 20. They wrote me back and said the following, "Thank you for reaching out to us. We will look into the status of your order and get back to you as soon as we have any updates. We understand you're excited to receive it, and we apologize for any delay in updating you." I wrote them on Nov. 21 thanking them for their response. On Nov. 22, I received an email says "We regret to inform you that your recent order has encountered an unforeseen delay due to an unexpected shortage of certain items. This has, unfortunately, affected our ability to fulfil your purchase within the initially estimated timeframe." Then they said they were work "diligently" to rectify the situation. I wrote them the same day telling them thank you for the update. They wrote me the next day telling me thank you for my patience and understanding and said they "are working diligently to fulfil your order as swiftly as possible." I wrote them back on Nov. 28 asking for an update again as I had not received any new shipping information and nothing had changed. They wrote me back the next day and said the order had shipped and was on its way to me and that the tracking information would update in the next couple of days. I wrote them again on Dec. 4 telling them I wanted to cancel my order as I never received the promised shipping information or updates of any kind. I told them I wanted my money back. They never wrote me back. I wrote them again on Dec. 14 telling them I wanted my money back and that I was going to file a fraudulent claim against them with my credit card company. Again, they never wrote me back. I have not tried to contact them since, as I feel it is pointless. After this experience, I did some research and I believe they have done this to many other people. It is scary because they have a wide reach. They are present on Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, Twitter, and other platforms. I filed a claim with my credit card company but they wanted some information I couldn't provide such a proof that I did not receive the product. I am calling them again today as I am unsure of how to prove someone did not give me something that was promised other than the lack of information.

I wanted to purchase three items, all the same, for my grandchildren. The item was makeup, and it was said to be $29.95. I had to order it 3 times. I was billed @ $59.98 each, but never received the products. I do not find a working telephone number or website.

They run a personalized retailer online. They have multiple social media channels and paid ads through all, including Google, Instagram, and TikTok. Their website is very sophisticated and they show thousands of reviews with photos of the product received.

After placing an order you get confirmation emails and an order number, they even have an order tracking of their website. After two weeks I tracked my order and it was still “pending”. I then reached out through all of the contact options they listed on their website and FAQ. It has been over 29 days since ordering and I received no response. I have flagged the charge and retailer with my bank as fraud.

They continue to place ads and email marketing for new orders.

They finally responded and apologized, offering a 15% refund on an order that will never be made or received.

Weekender bag for $25.99. Ordered, paid with credit card, got receipt. Received no tracking number and asked for refund. No product, no tracking number, busy signal for phone number provided. Scam.

Order 2 hoodies on Nov 30th. Website shows a 2-3 week turnaround.

Received an email to approve design which I responded to. I asked if products would arrive by Christmas. Ayman replied " no guarantee ". I asked for a refund . Ayman replied to that email and said he would contact production and put a priority on my order. Since then I replied for a status and tracked my order on their website. Status is unchanged for 1.5 weeks and no reponse to last two emails

Advertisement on Facebook for Cabrexa furniture covers. Originally appeared legitimate but now feels like a scam. I placed my order on November 6. The product was supposed to be mailed within 3-10 days. When I did not receive my product by November 25, I decided to call them. No phone numbers are listed on their website but I was able to Google and find some other numbers for them. However, when you dial, the call does not go through. You never hear it dial, and the phone hangs up. I sent an email to which they responded on November 26 and they explained that they had to wait for additional material and my product would be shipped shortly. I sent another email on December 12 and demanded a tracking number for my product and Received a response the same day stating that they would look into this, but I never heard back from them. I just emailed them today and requested a refund but I doubt I’m going to hear anything. I have lost $101.69.

I placed an order for Christmas curtains on November 24, 2023. Shipping said 3-7 days. I have not received my order. I have tried to contact the company through multiple emails, and posts on their Facebook page and Instagram. Still no response. The phone number on the site is not functioning.

Online order for clothing. Once ordered only able to chat via bot responses. Ordered 79328 on 11/25/23 and website said design 2-4 days the production 1-3 days and shipping 4-6 days. Contacted 5 times only when said to not this was a scam did they respond to provide a sample design but now no response on production or shipping

The website shows a Wyoming address and is the only reason I ordered from this company. After purchase you get a notification of 'shipping' that shows shipping from overseas. It has been over 2 weeks since purchase and notification but there is no tracking information and repeated emails to the support email address have resulted in no resolution. They keep saying if there no update in a x number of days they will resend . I have requested a refund of my money 3 times and they simply have refused to refund my money.

I emailed this company that I never received the product I ordered, which was bath bombs I was going to use as stocking stuffers. They did debit my account. When I reached out to them, I received an email response my order was on the way. The last update is the order is at the delivery station as of Dec. 5th. I emailed them I wanted to cancel my order as I never received it. My response was that I could not cancel it. I told them I was alerting my bank to this scam. No product has been received from the date I ordered it on 12/1/2023

I responded to an ad on Instagram on November 26th and ordered three items, a t-shirt, sweatshirt, and a hoodie totaling $177.74 I received the following response from the company -

Thank you for your purchase!

Hi Judy, we’re getting your order ready! You should receive an email with your design within 4 to 8 business days so you can give us feedback. Once it’s approved we will ship it to you.

I checked the status of my order 5 days later and each day after that. The status consistently read "Your design is being drawn". I began worrying that my order wouldn't be finished by Christmas. I emailed the company at the address listed - [email protected] 4 times over 10 days without a single response. I called their 800# - 833-301-7273 and received a response - this is Verizon Wireless - "your call cannot be completed as dialed". I went to social media to see what was being said and saw quite a few others experiencing the same.

The company continues actively marketing its product on social media sites, email, and text messages. Please investigate and help others like me get our money back.

My next step is to contact my credit card company.

I ordered from this company and was supposed to receive a proof of the print that would be on a sweatshirt in 2 to 4 days. I ordered on November 28 and have yet to receive the print. I emailed twice and have not heard back, except for an automated reply. I am getting frustrated and want to know what is going on with my order and this company.

They offer for you to send a picture of your pet and have it stitched onto a piece of clothing. Send them a picture and pay for it and you receive nothing. No response to contact. No product no refund nothing. 100% a scam. Their Facebook is flooded with people having the same problem being ripped of for a heartfelt Christmas gift.
