The Dr Pompa program offerred a urine test kit which I never received. I received a text message from 208-872-3969. When i call that number, they do not identify themselves as Dr Pompa, etc. There is no identification at all- the message says to leave your number. They have not returned my call. After reading other reviews stating that this is a scam, I want my money refunded. The amount is$224. I have not received any product or been able to contact them.

I found a furniture website called Cabrexa on Facebook. I ordered a chair cover from them in November but never received the chair cover despite the payment clearing immediately. At first, customer service reassured me that my order would be processed and I would be notified when it shipped. I then reached out to customer service again requesting a refund. They asked for my purchase info and when I sent it to them I received a notice that the email address doesn’t exist. I then went to the website and it no longer exist either. The company is still advertising on Facebook with many warnings from other customers stating they never received their product or refund.

On September 23, 2023, I ordered, through a Facebook Ad, a $69.00 Ice Maker (counter top). I never received the product. In October, I reached out to my bank, Capital One, and told them about the fraud. Capital One investigated but did not do a search on the "tracking" number. The tracking number provided by the "seller" was to an address in a different state. When I brought this up to Capital One, they ignored my request to re-open my report. I still have not received the product. Searching for the website and/or name turns up nothing. Scam.

Total scam in my opinion. I'll probably never see the product I ordered nor recieve a refund in lieu of product.

Scam company. Ordered item on DEC.21, 2023 for christmas gift.. Here I sit January 22, 2024 AND STILL NO PRODUCT OR STATUS UPDATE ON SHIPPING. 1 to 2 day shipment upon order reciept? Yeah right. 4 weeks and 3 days have elapsed and narry a peep from "Amy" on my order. Can't get through to phone# listed either. Total scam company I'd bet. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

i went on website for a part for my car the all time car part showed up with a number i called spoke with someone name william he said they have the part i electronically signed a receipt of purchase did the transaction for the part he said it will take 2 wks. two wks no part spoke with the person again. He said due to the holidays it will take a few more days. No part so i called the number again it says no longer working. i lost 200$ to this scam

This gamer has a website and Instagram promoting products that are not theirs. Once you place your order with them, you will never receive your product. They are already numerous complaints from previous customers on ScamPulse.com complaining that they never received their order. I have been misled and placed the order with them and I noticed that they created a shipping label, but never actually shipped my item. I have reached out to them numerous times to get this resolved, but they either ignore me or tell me that they will ship it immediately, but they never do. I was supposed to receive my order after paying for next day shipping and it is now I’m going on January 19 when I placed my order January 11.

Received a confirmation e-mail with an order number; followed up on delivery status twice by e-mail and told there was a slight delay. Never received product and now e-mail follow up comes back as undeliverable, website is down, and the phone number is out of service.

Ordered espresso machine and did not hear from company after 10 days. Attempted to contact them via online chat with absolutely no response. Then tried email and phone as well with no results. This is definitely not a legitimate company.

I ordered a Christmas tree on Nov 7 2023 and never received it. I have made several attempts to contact her and she said she would refund my money. It is now Jan12/24 and still no refund, she continues to say it is going to be refunded.

Ordered from these guys late November 2023 and haven't gotten the product or any response from an actual person. Bots reply to customer service emails and when asked for a refund it sent an auto reply stating that they do not give refunds. The TrustPilot score they advertised did not match the one given on TrustPilot.com, and I wish I had noticed sooner.

I ordered a product online from the scammer. they immediately charged my credit card without any information that the product had been or would be shipped.

I complained and asked for a status regarding shipment and got no response. I then immediately sent an email cancelling the order, as there was no on-line way to cancel the order on the website. I then filed a credit card dispute with my issuer, Citibank. Citibank dutifully contacted the scammer multiple times, but reports back the scammer will not respond to them. I followed up again by email with the scammer to ask them to confirm they never sent a product and the order was cancelled, but they take no action.

I received several ads on Instagram for this product, so I went to the website to order. The website looked legit and allowed me to use PayPal. I did receive a fake shipping confirmation, but noticed the tracking didn’t make any sense and was clearly fabricated. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t received the item. Also, when I tried to contact the company on Instagram and the website no one replied.

Cabrexa was advertised online on Facebook. They were selling furniture covers. I ordered chair covers, paid $53.83 by credit card on November 6th, 2023. My order never came. I wrote and wanted my money back, they responded twice saying it was coming, but it never did. Now they don't answer my emails.

I ordered a product online from MyHeroCards. They processed the order via credit card. They sent me a tracking number. After a few weeks I was notified that the distributor couldn’t deliver it because of a bad address. I contacted the distributor, gave them the address, and they said they sent the product back to MyHeroCards. I contacted MyHeroCards and they said pay $10 to have the product reshipped. I paid it, and the same thing happened. Distributor said they couldn’t deliver. I then noticed that their customer service team stopped replying to my questions. They seem like a fraud company. I looked up reviews on this company and many people had the same experience.

I ordered a cover for my recliner. My credit card was charged 58 on November 3rd. I received a verification of the order and tracking information The tracking was from China. The package has never moved and I never received it. Because of the time lapsed I'm sure that I can't retrieve my money but hope to warn others about this company.

I ordered a flow hood form this company in October. The sent a email saying my unit will be ready mid December at the latest. I emailed them on December 14, 18 then finally January 4 with no response until I told them just cancel my order because they haven’t gave me any sign of when it’s getting done. They then started responding saying there return policy is only for 48 hours after ordering and I can’t get my money back and I need to go to the bank. So now they are not send me my money back or the product I paid for and when I contect them they say it’s “Harrassment”

I was searching online for a particular shoe and their website came up in the Google search. I made the online purchase on November 16, 2023. Approx 1 week went by without a shipping notification, so I checked the order status and the order was still in Processing status. I attempted to contact them via their online chat, but did not receive a reply. I emailed their support multiple times without any response. I attempted to find a contact number for them, but have not been successful. They have charged my credit card and still as of today, January 5, 2024 I have not received the shoes nor a response, plus the order is still listed as Processing.

Saw ad on Facebook early November 2023 from Macy's that looked VERY genuine; when I "replied" to a fake email I set up the email WAS Macy's. So, I ordered item (human dog bed), received emails from a China address showing tracking information which was fake.
