Placed an order for two pairs of shoes, petticoat, and dress in early November. Did not receive confirmation email or tracking information. Order confirmation page said to track shipment through the Shop app but did not give a link or any way to do that. Finally received the shoes 4 weeks later but no dress or petticoat. Began messaging the company, *finally* received a tracking number for the partial order I had already received. Then they said the petticoat I ordered was out of stock… which was the first time they mentioned that. At this point we’re 5-6 weeks into the process… STILL haven’t received the dress and they won’t answer my messages anymore. Totally scammy and really frustrating.

I ordered a Christmas tree on an advertisement on Facebook. I immediately tried to cancel the order. None of the emails or phone numbers provided on the website worked. I disputed with my bank who temporarily credited my account back. But this dressitsadreams website that charged my account provided a tracking number (which doesn't track) and a sheet that said it delivered to my house. I NEVER received ANYTHING from them.

Instagram Ad. Placed order via website https://justlyne.com/ on 11/30/23. received automated email invoice from [email protected] with instructions "You should receive an email with your design within 4 to 8 business days so you can give us feedback. Once it’s approved we will ship it to you.". I sent follow up email on 12/12 asking for status. Received automated email from [email protected], but no further response. Follow up email sent 12/13. No response other than automated reply from [email protected]

I placed an order on 11/28/2023 for customized hoodies and received a confirmation email that my design would be ready for review in 4 to 8 business days. On 12/11 and 12/12 I reached out via email to check on my order status and received no responses. I found their Facebook page and also reached out to them through Messenger on 12/12 and received no response. I tried calling their business number listed on their website but the call fails every time.

The business posted photos and videos online as a marketing campaign before holidays. After purchases the company claimed it would reach out within 1-2 weeks to go over the customization but never reached out. The business then stopped posting and responding on social media.

I purchased a Savannah Swing Set from the site pansgear.com on 11/30/2023, and received a confirmation email for my order. I never received any shipping information following my order I attempted to contact them via the web AI system they use but never received a response. I tried the phone number but it is not a functioning line. I notice today that the money appears to be, being refunded to my account and is currently pending, but I still worry that this was a scam. Please look into this site so no one else falls into this scam.

Purchased a swing set. After a few weeks, I tried to follow up with the seller and could not get in touch. According to the tracking number the shipment was delivered. Per the carrier the item was delivered to different location other the ship address provided.

Saw an instagram ad. Went to their site, ordered a t-shirt. Got an email acknowledging the order. A week or so later, I followed up via email b/c I hadn't heard anything. I was told the item would be shipped within a week and I would get a confirmation number and tracking number. Never received it. I sent two more emails and messaged them on Facebook and got no response. If you look at their Facebook page, you'll see others have had the same issue. Pansgear offers products on its website mainly for tool and garden including a Ryobi Garden Tractor for $599..99. Their site adertises that shipping is free with a $500 or more purchase and made within 5-8 business days from purchase. A quick search of available info on Pansgear indiocated that iot had a 60% reliability (legit) standing but that the site was relatively new so no reports of issues had been made. The site advertises a return policy, that it takes Paypal and Stripe, and post testimonials of prior purchasers satisfaction. I contacted them via their Chat line on thoer website to discuss purchasing through Paypal which was not working at the time of my purchase. The rep informed me we could use Paypal via their invoicing process bvut that Stripe (credit card) was as safe. I made a purchase online with Pansgear after this brief discussion with them regarding payment types. The purchase was for a Ryobi Electric Garden Tractor for $599.99 and was supposed to be delivered within 5-8 business days. The order slip noted they got the order and was processing. Payment was made using a Visa Credit Card and the purchase did go through. After 10 business days (and no sign of the item or a status update) I tried to contact them regarding my order status. Their phone does not work (just goes to "D21 ... System working"), their Chat line was alos now down and when I tried it again later it "disappeared" from my screen once I posted a question. I have sent several email requests for updates through their online contact page without any response. I have asked them to let me know if they intend to honor the purchase or whether they are going to refund the amount paid. Either way, their site seems to me to be a fraud to me ... the item I purchased is still listed for sale at the same price. NOTE: They have altered their website from the original "look" but it still operates in the same non-responsive manner. I will be contacting my credit iossuer to cancel the order as a fraud but felt others should be aware of my experience with Pansgear.
