I found a sale on TikTok for a beanbag chair that I ordered it on November 26th. I never recieved the product. I emailed and never heard back. When I call it goes straight to hold music - then to voicemail and no one calls me back. I called on the weekend and again today, numerous times. I left another message on the contact page as well. Am I to report this to anyone else? Thanks, ***** *****

I ordered from this website and the items were never delivered and when I attempted to track it, received the message “order not found”

The tactic they use was on facebook and still on Facebook. Have not received my items

Tried to buy a product. And it has been 2 months. No shipment and no product. And the scammers will not e mail me back

they are "selling" chair covers and there are many people who they scammed: the money was sent, but they never sent the product. Contacting the support is useless: they have a bot replying to all emails with standard text and no option to actually get the money back for the order that was never shipped. I placed the order on October 27. The shipment was supposed to be in 3-5 business days, but today is November 22 and I never got even a tracking number or any other confirmation from them. there are Google reviews (i wish I found them before) with the same stories from people who never got there products

This company seems to spend plenty of time and effort trying to APPEAR legitimate. They MAY have sales through Walmart. They MAY even have real products. But, I ordered directly from their website and NEVER got my language translator. I did dispute the charge and I'll likely get my money back. However, I want to report stuff like this. Because I'm TIRED of fake companies getting away with this. They may take our money and use it to MAKE other money before eventually getting charge backs. It's a way for them to make money on OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY. This company did NOT give me a UPS tracking number. Once I found that out I started trying to contact them. They NEVER answer their phone. They NEVER call back. They NEVER answer their emails. THEY ARE FAKE.

This is a website that "sells" clothing and costumes for babies and toddlers. I placed an order for $ 54.41 on October 17, 2022, and after about 2 weeks with no email updates, I decided to track the order on their website. The tracking status had not moved from "processing" so I decided to contact them to check-in. First, I used the chat function on the website but never received a response from anyone, from there I submitted a contact form on the website and simultaneously sent an email to their "support" address but I was never contacted, then I called and left voicemails at both of the phone numbers listed on the site (307-487-4133 & 307-248-6113) - both numbers are now conveniently out of service.

Product said it would be delivered in 6-8 business days. 11 days later I emailed asking why I hadn’t received shipping information yet. They said they were experiencing difficulties but that they’re back and the product would ship the next day and arrive within a week. A week later I still had not received even a shipping notification. I emailed asking about this and did not hear anything back. A few days later I emailed demanding a full refund and to this day haven’t heard back from them (this was in August). We requested a refund through our credit card, which we recently received.

I ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE A HOT TUB FROM AQUAQORLDMARKET.COM, THEY WITHDREW THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER DELIVERED THE HOT TUB. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED. I EMAILED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ONLY TO GET THE SAME REPLY THAT THEY EMAILED THE WAREHOUSE AND WERE AWAITING TRACKING INORMATION. TODAY 10/31/2022, I EMAILED THEM AGAIN ONLY TO RECEIVE AND UNDELIVERABLE MESSAGE STATING THAT THE EMAIL ACOUNT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THE WEBSITE HAS NOW CHANGED TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BUSINESS BUT THE URL REMAINS THE SAME.

I ordered a tool for $169.99 on October 7, 2022. I was supposed to receive a shipping confirmation within five days via email. When that did not occur, I followed up via email using two email addresses on their website, both of which were returned as undeliverable. I also discovered the following email address for Menzzi through Shop - [email protected]. I have sent a message to this address with no response.

Then I called the phone number listed on their website, which was disconnected.

I saw these keychains on a tik tok account and all the comments were like “i love it” and all that. so i ordered one last December. I got two emails with a confirmation but i never received it. so i emailed the email that was sent to me and never got a response.
