Basically Google gave me a shopping recommendation for a drone controller and I clicked it the website looked legit I used Google pay to pay for it off my cash app card and I still have the receipt I've never received the controller nor my money back

We started the process with Zega Apparel in July of 2022. We hired them to make 50 t-shirts and 50 sweatshirts they only accepted Zelle for their invoice, their website said they accepted major credit cards. After this purchase, it has been nothing but a nightmare getting in contact with the company. They delivered one shirt and one jacket but the sizing was extremely out of proportion. After suggesting edits to make they have lacked response times, over promise and do nothing but break promises and don't stay true to their word. They have a physical location in Wyoming, but after calling the police it says that that address is fake and doesn't exist. Their phone number puts them in Santa Monica, and I called a massage parlor and they stated that Alex Stewart and Mr. Ali work there. When I asked to talk to them, they hung up on me.

The website name is RVeParts.com...It looks extremely legitimate other than a few things.

They have 2 different addresses for customer support. Non of which have an actual building associated to the company.

This website was original owned by a true business who shut down in 2020. It was repurchased and opened under the same name( this makes the domain look legit, but its not.

There are no reviews. they have tied there website to another RV business in TN. which is not affiliated.

Believing it to be fake I purchased a visa gift card to make a small purchase of 29$...They took the order, took the money, gave me a nice receipt.

Here's where it ends... The product has never shipped and will never ship. this website needs to be shut down! see fake receipt attached.

Ordered products. Paid 138.00 stated merchandise would arrive 8-12 business days. Never delivered. Emailed company, they stated they had shipping difficulties

Demanded refund. No response since then. Ordered early Feb 2023

My debit card was charged, I have no received any tracking information.

they have not replied to 3 of my emails or my messages on their social media platforms.

Seems like the place is non existent. Google maps also does not show a shop when searching for the address.

I have contacted them a dozen times and since mid December and they keep telling me to wait and they’d send a new one. The tracking said it delivered to another state from Shanghai. they decided to stop responding to my emails after telling me they are not a charity when I asked for a refund since it never arrived.

It was for a perfume that normally sells for $55 and they are doing a special for $19.99 buy one get on free. So I ordered it because it was a good buy to try this perfume out. I ordered it January 31, 2023. After about a week I received a text message saying my package has been shipped from some shipping service in china. Which I did not understand because the company says it’s based in the US.

Then after googling the address of the company I saw that this address already has a history with the BBB.

Ordered a hoodie from website on 02/13/23 and paid with my cashapp card, money was taken out right away and I was sent a conformation email. Website says it takes a couple days to make and a couple days to ship but that email updates are sent every step of the way. I have received no emails and after trying to email them i receive a follow up email saying their servers are not in working order.

I have reached out to this company twice via email to ask about the box. I ordered it on the 1st of February and it should have shipped between the 10-15 of February. It did not and the company will not respond to any emails asking about it or a refund.

I ordered a bean bag back on Dec 19, 2022, they never canceled my order still charged me $29.94 for the transaction.

On February 18, 2023 a transaction of $29.94 was taken from my bank account (AGAIN).

I've not bought anything from them since.

Their old website link was adriannecute.com, but now the store link has changed to adriennescuteshop.com.

Both charges are under "G Adris Cute"

I want my money back (for BOTH CHARGES) and this company of scammers shut down.

I didn't receive my product after 6 weeks and contacted support who told me that I couldn't get a refund after the first 15 minutes from the point of sale... They also didn't give me a tracking # and kept telling me the item had shipped. I never received the item and they were shady. There was no phone # to contact them at, either.

Purchased paper towels through Walmart and it was outsourced with a marketplace and "Hawkeye Store" says my package was delivered but they provided incorrect tracking information and won't refund me or make it right.

I ordered a bean bag on the website. It never came. I reached out with email provided but no response. As of yesterday, February 16, 2023, the transaction of $29.94 is still being debited from my account. This started in December of 2022. I want my money back and I want my bank information out of their hands.

I ordered a garage door banner for Christmas. I contacted the company for a refund in Dec. when it hadn’t arrived. They responded that it was being shipped and no refund could be made. I’ve contacted them several times (via email I received with order confirmation) since and get the same response. So, it’s the middle of Feb. and still no banner and no refund. They keep blaming the shipping company. The last update I got from shipping was that it was in Boston in Dec. I live in CO. It shouldn’t take that long to get from Boston to CO. It is a total SCAM!

Ordered Perfume back on Nov 1st 2022. The order shows up as if it is shipped but there is no tracking information. I have reached out to them 5 times for rectification and they will not return my emails. Once I started researching them it seems that they are stealing peoples money and not sending out the products.

I ordered a box of diapers thru Walmart and the seller Urban Titanium llc was the ones sending it. The first package was lost I guess and the second one (replacement) was sent to ups store but not even my tracking number or name or package, Walmart has refunded my money back to my credit account but this company needs to be removed completely from being sellers. They are clearly trying to scam people and I got a package yesterday from Home Depot and had a light switch in the box. Home Depot said it was probably a company “brushing”. I bet it was them cause they got my info and used it to try and make their company look better somehow. I dont know but I’m annoyed.

I Place and order on their website on 10/27/2023. It was order number 18754. I never received my product. If you go on their website, you can see my oder is still pending. I have emailed the support email asking for the product or a refund. I have not received any response from them.
