Ordered a lifetime shed. Paypal was used for transaction. After payment posted to my bank account, I received an email stating they couldn't process until they received a paypal receipt to confirm shipping. I never heard from them after that. Phone number is an unassigned number. Unable to reach the company after they took my money

Bought it online.

They gave me a tracking number that is not working.

I contacted them and emailed me another tracking number. I found out that they are from China, contrary to what they are saying (Made in USA).

The first tracking number shows that it was delivered but NOTHING was delivered to my address.

This is a scam. Beware.

I purchased a remote control car, it never Show up, I tried tracking it.

It might have been delivered to Wisconsin instead of South Dakota ever since they have been given me the run around telling me they would refund in 10 days. 415 days just wait and I have never gotten a refund. It's Ben, a very, very long time.

I purchased 2products by their website. I waiited to hear from them for24 days and got no response or delivery or delivery notice.

I was refunded for 1 product for 96 dollars but one other product was not returned.

Company is offering herbal products to support aging and weight loss. I decided to buy a product to try and signed up for their subscription program, assuming that I’d receive the product. After over 10 days, not only has my product not shipped but any contact attempted with the company about my order has been ignored. At this point, I just want my money for the initial order returned and to not be charged additionally. I want the subscription cancelled as well. Clearly a scam company that takes money and never sends the product.

Order placed 5/2/23, card charged same day. Reached out via chat several - bot states order being still fulfilled. Emailed on 6/20/23 requesting refund, no response. Called phone number - rings once, automated response says "currently unavailable" and hangs up. Tried to file a regular ScamPulse.com complaint to assist with refund, but was told the vendor address provided is not a physical address and they cannot assist.

Facebook add with FitBit Sense 2 took you to their website, labeled at the top as Bed Bath and Beyond. Advertised FitBit Sense 2 for $35. It seemed legitimate since the news had shared Bed Bath and Beyond was being foreclosed and it made sense items we being sold at a deep discount.

I purchased on June 24, 2023 and received an email June 26, 2023 with tracking information. I was first concerned that it wouldn't arrive when the tracking information started in China. Once it reached the US, all the tracking updates were in CA, and finally said it was delivered to Encinitas, CA on July 13, 2023 at 4:22 pm. I live in Colorado.

I verified the order details had my address and correct shipping information. I have been trying to contact the seller at their email address [email protected]. I first emailed July 16th asking for where my order was, and that I was worried it was going to be delivered in CA. I emailed again stating the shipment info had updated and I was concerned my package had been delivered to the wrong address or been stolen. I received an email back 3 days later stating they "will contact the warehouse to check whether there is a wrong shipment, and to allow 3-5 business days." On July 20th, I emailed back again asking for an update and again saying I can see it's been delivered to the wrong city and state. I asked for my order to be reshipped or to be refunded. On July 21st, they responded to my second email and said, "if the delivery was successful, the customer needs to contact the local post office to confirm the delivery location." I replied back that same day to again inform them the delivery was not successful and asked how they are going to resolve this.

I have not received another response as of July 25th.

Placed an order for a $300 mini bike. 15 days later I asked when it would ship. I was told they were assembling the bike and it would be shipped out. That was 30 days ago. They will not return emails and their telephone auto answers after afew rings then hangs up. Stay away!

The product was a plastic box that emits a high pitch to train or stop dogs from attacking you. I ordered one for $34.95, and immediately they charged me for two. I immediately emailed that I only wanted one, but that went nowhere. I found a phone number and it hung up after one ring; tried again and "cannot be completed". Almost as quickly my phone rang with a fraud alert message from my credit card company. I called then, but since I had ordered it, they wouldn't dispute it for 15 days to see if the product came. (Even though I argued that they charged me for 2 when I ordered one; and for some reason their fraud alert division must have known there was a problem with this company.)

A second email came in to "verify your email" when they had already sent me an email. (Felt defrauded the minute I did that.) Later, they sent an email saying that DHL was shipping and gave me a tracking number. I clicked on it and it said "No order found." (Another fraud signal.) I waited 5 weeks and still no product. Finally my credit card company disputed it. But I keep getting their emails for lots more kinds of products!!

I purchased some products from a warehouse sale on an Instagram ad. The package was stated to be lost in customs on the tracking link and then disappeared and the link stopped working all together. I emailed them and they told me to be patient and now the website does not work anymore.

I placed an order through the website. They took money from my account on July 9, 2023. I received an order number but no email confirmation, tracking, etc. I never received my product that I ordered.

It was an ad for Stanley Cups. But I suppose it was a bate and switch. I ordered the cup and paid with credit card. The tracking number indicated the product was delivered to Alaska and I live in Colorado. The email address provided [email protected] would respond to all my inquires about the delivery of the product with various messages about we are looking into it and please be patient. Unfortunately it appears that I have been scammed.

On June 20th I placed an order, thru their website for Ginger peach flavored water. To date have received no merchandise. I’ve attempted to Email them,at least 3 times, and to date, have not heard a word from them.

It’s a small amount of money, $39.55, it’s just the principle.

Is there anything you can do to help me?

I order a hat holder from this merchant for Father's Day for my husband. I was immediately charged an extra $7 when I received the order confirmation. I immediately reached out to the merchant to dispute the charge. In the meantime, I researched the company and found some really bad reviews. I decided to take action and cancel the order ASAP and request a refund. Their website promised that they would be able to cancel the order as long as it hadn't shipped yet. I wrote again and requested a cancellation. They wrote back and let me know that they would refund the $7 but I couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped (which was the opposite of the order tracking information that noted the order was 'being fulfilled by the merchant'. It has been over a month and I have not received the order (when they promised delivery in 5-15 business days on their website). I continue to receive order tracking updates every couple of days, but they are leading to absolutely nothing and are surely just a tactic to keep me waiting. I have continued to contact the merchant to request a refund and they ask me to wait patiently.

This company is betraying to be an inmate care package system and acting like it sells foods and personal items to the prison system. The web site is mimicking the original website that do sells the goods and it just switched one word in the search engine to portray the original company. It tells you that they gonna ship out your package than when you try to reach them they don’t reply to emails or text messages. I placed my order on 6/24/2023 and on their website they tell you under the packages for the inmates that it will be delivered within a few days. Than it seems as though they is now putting up a disclaimer. To say they not held reliable for anything if something goes wrong. So they basically just taking people money and moving right along.

I purchased a pair of shoes and never received them. I got an email confirmation but the email was from a personal email address. I emailed the person whose email appeared on my receipt and the company and never received a response.

I googled a product and then selected a website from the Google supplied search results. The product was purchased using a Visa credit card on June 8, 2023. I received an email confirmation of my purchase. After a week there was no update from the vendor about shipment of the product. No customer service phone number or other contact information appears on the website. I sent an email (by replying to the confirmation email) and requested that they advise as to when I might receive the product. I have received no reponse now two weeks since the order was placed.
