I do not want to belong to this group but they have no way of cancelling my account, however they keep taking money through paypal. I have asked paypal not to pay them anymore but I think they need to be reported as a scam.

I answered 8 questions I guess that meant That confirmed my membership They filled out the rest of the questionnaire When I discovered It it was 2 days past the cancel date I explained what happened They would not refund my money

I thought I wanted to try the diabetes and the keto program the keto I didn’t even open the program I immediately notified them I didn’t want the product and thought there would be a confirm screen so I could cancel but there wasn’t I was stuck for the year the diabetes food program is ridiculous onions for breakfast leeks food a normal person would never eat they didn’t show sample foods or menus and again when you contacted them it was to bad it’s an on line product so $66.00 and $44.00 down the tubes this is a total rip off if I were you I’d use a program not afraid to show what your getting for your money I won’t be this stupid again worst is I lost my job from the virus right afterwards and really could have used this in a better way

Please look at trustpilot.com and see all the bad reviews about paying for service and not receiving. They seem to have a lot of apps and different diets so perhaps overwhelmed as it is people from USA and UK who are unhappy with not receiving diet plans. They have all the same ‘signature’ from nutritionist ‘Christine Ellis’ whoever she is - sounds pretty much like a scam - I just hope I can get a refund through Paypal now! Very bad form for taking advantage of people who are not well (diabetic, etc) especially through this period of Covid-19.
