I’ve never heard of this company or given permission to take any money. I have been unemployed since the pandemic since I am a dog walker/boarder. I haven’t been able to sign up for anything because of financial restrictions. Then I wake up in February 2021 and 66.00 is taken via PayPal and no one will help me get my money back. I looked up the company and still had no idea who they were or what they were “selling”. Total scam and I am deactivating my PayPal also because they don’t care that their customers are getting scammed. Ridiculous.

Hi I’m the very same $66 dollars taken out my pay pal account this morning 16/2/21 , I’ve contacted pay pal and they are raising a dispute to have my money returned ! They also went in and cancelled a subscription that was seemingly on my account with this company! If I was you I would call pay back and say you want to make a dispute claim , here is the number I called 0208 08065 00

I've been charged over $120 by this group. Paypal will do nothing to stop them. They won't get my money back. They won't cancel payments in the future. Nothing. I don't even know who UAB Kilo Grupe is.

I signed up for the PEAK PERFORMANCE and it was charged through Kilo Groupe. That is not with the website showed or advertised. This was a bait and switch scam.

I made what I thought was a short term trial. never saw anything but now 6 month later was charged $46.00 on what is said to be an auto payment through paypal. paypal won't help and I cannot see how to cancel future payments. please help.

I signed up for 6 months at UAB kilo groupe of a pre diabetes plan. I paid $52 through pay pal and I was told to open my diabetes app in Google play which I did. When I open Google play it says my plan expired and will not let me past that page unless I pay to upgrade my plan. I want my plan canceled and my money back. Thank you Ellen Nenno

I received a $66.00 charge from this entity also, this morning. Same source and issue as reported by others: had downloaded Do Fasting app last year; thought it was a one-time payment. Will be filing dispute with PayPay and a complaint with the FTC, with more actions to follow as necessary.

Like everyone else I got the automatic renewal charge on my PayPal account. I emailed them to cancel and was told there wasn’t enough information. After several days of digging I finally found out that it stemmed from an app I downloaded & didn’t realize I had a subscription to. It’s called DO FASTING. I’m going to post the link that I used to click to unsubscribe and hope it helps the rest of you all.

I'm reading all the complaints here...exactly the same for me.. I was charged in 2 different moments with rates of €33 each one (I'm in Italy)...after a complaint I've just received a mail from PayPal telling me they cancelled the automatic payments to UAB Kilo Grupe biut nothing about refund me.

This company is taking money out of paypal account and I don’t even know who they are. I don’t have any communication with them. Please advise how I recover my money and block them from my account. I have not authorized paypal to release funds to this company. I don’t even know who they are.

I was charged $66 this morning, through PayPal. I had no idea what it was for. After doing a little investigating, I learned it was a fitness app that I had paid for a year ago, but never downloaded the app, never used the app, and never had any correspondence with this company.
There is only an email addressed attached to the PayPal receipt. I wrote to them and asked that a refund be issued because it was not something I wanted.
I don’t understand how companies can take money out of your account without any communication. Not even a notice that it’s going to happen.

I have the same story as all of you. I notice a $66 charge from UAB Kilo Groupe. I’ve never heard of this until I seen it on my PayPal statement. I immediately filed a dispute.
I was told there was not enough evidence to prove I didn’t set up this agreement and it was denied. I took all payments out of PayPal so they would not be able to do it again.
