I thought I was ordering a workout routine. I have not received any products, workout plan, email, etc.. I was charged $37 and another $30. I want a refund.

I can mirror everyone's experience here, unfortunately. I will be filing a dispute with PayPal (even though they seem unlikely to help, they still need to understand that they should be stepping in when it comes to this fraud company + we need to continue to let them know). Will also be emailing the company - even though I cancelled this subscription directly, months ago. Fingers crossed.

Same thing happened to me. I made one off payment for one meal and exercise plan which by the way were completely useless ,I didn't sign up for subscription yet again my PayPal being charged of £85 total. I emailed PayPal and Kilo Group who responded with "they have no idea what I'm talking about". Haven't hear from PayPal yet. I have cancelled all further transactions on PayPal and cancelled my subscription which I never signed up for on kilo groups app. I will now contact my banks fraud department. Those people are thieves and need to be hold countable! Im fuming!

Mine is roughly the same as above. PayPal wouldn't do anything. I emailed

The UAB Kilo Group withdrew $46.00 today, November 15, 2020, through my PayPal account as well as a $46.00 and $10.00 charge in May 2020. I did not authorize this transaction or receive any product or digital information. I went through PayPal to dispute this transaction, but PayPal could not help stating I allegedly set up an automatic payment schedule back in May 2020. I know I did not authorize an initial or recurring payment.
I’ve attempted to contact the UAB Kilo Grupe for a refund to no avail and unfortunately PayPal has not been helpful. I’ve read several complaints identical to mine and hope this SCAM will be resolved soon. I also hope PayPal will get involved. Times are tough in 2020 due to the COVID-19 virus eliminating several jobs so every penny counts.

I made a one off payment for a keto plan on the 15th May.It was not a subscription and after i received the plan it was totally worthless..So I marked it up to won’t be making that mistake again.Well just had a notification off PayPal today 15th November they have taken the payment again.Total scam and PayPal are useless.I have emailed them twice no reply so I am going to contact my visa and get them to open a dispute.Also removed them from my PayPal account so they can’t steal anymore money from me.TOTAL SCAMMERS PEOPLE BEWARE

I had started a subscription with this company in July of 2020 to be billed to my Pay pal account. After 30 days, I called the company, and cancelled my subscription. All was good, until I checked my bank statement in November of 2020, only to find out that I was charged $33.00 on my Pay Pal. I immediately called to dispute through pay pal, but they would not honor the dispute. I then went above and beyond to my chase visa, where the charge was made to, and they immediately disputed the charge. I hope this company does not charge me again, as I have stated that I canceled my subscription directly with them. Before you pay them anything, do your research. This is a total scam.

I immediately regretted my subscription last November to their DoFasting app and "service," which amounted to little more than a glorified phone timer/alarm and a bunch of web content that I could use google to find myself. I cancelled my year subscription a less than a year into it. But because of the dark pattern in getting me to sign up in the first place, I put a reminder on my calendar to make sure it was cancelled a the month before it was set to renew. Low and behold, it was still active. So I cancelled it again. Then, yesterday (on the original renewal date) PayPal was charged for another annual subscription. These guys are shady as hell.

The UAB Kilo Group withdrew $33 through my PayPal account. Money was taken out through my checking account. This occurred on Nov. 7th. I did not authorize this transaction. Went through PayPal to dispute this transaction. PayPal could not help stating I set up automatic payment back in February 2020. I know I did not a yearly authorized payment. I can’t find a way to get ahold of this group to demand refund. I feel this company is involved with thievery and somehow hacked my account and able to withdraw $33.Something needs to be done to stop them.
