Because even after appealing their siding with kilo they denied refund - I have nothing from kilo - I’m elderly and disabled don’t even know what they are- many layers to this company - shut them down by complaining

pay pal account I noticed this invoice for £52 I do not know what they are or what their product is I do not know who they are it is an unauthorized payment. I got a notice from PayPal that this "vendor" had received payment from my account. I emailed the vendor and PayPal with no resolution. I did a Google search and noticed that multiple people had filed complaints with PayPal about this company and the vendor always got to keep the money. PayPal ALWAYS said that the person had authorized it. Not true! PayPal just doesn't want to admit that it has been hacked! Both companies should be reported to the ScamPulse.com Fraud department.

Who is this Kilo-Group and what are they all about? Are they a real company with a real product? I have never heard of them before but I got up this morning to a notification that through PayPal my Discover card was charged this morning for $52. I have not been on line or made any purchase through PayPal this morning, let alone to this Kilo-Group. I am seeing comments that PayPal nor Discover are doing anything about this. I am going to contact both of them. Maybe if enough people are stepping up and speaking out, they will take action.
