I am very disappointed in PayPal because I always felt they had my back until now. I didn't get any answer from the resolution center except they said their payment to this company was found to NOT be unauthorized. I do not have any record of my authorization of automatic payment to this company because I have no idea what I supposedly authorized and asked the resolution center to tell me what the product or service was. No answer was given except they "canceled" whatever it was and closed my case. I reached out directly to this company prior to disputing with PayPal and they responded once, until I asked them what I was charged for then no response for over a week, that is why I disputed with PayPal. In reaseaching this company, I found a lot of people are having the same issue, same company charging PayPal for the same amount but no one knows what they're being charged for. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM.

I never received any info or product from them. Found a credit card charge and disputed the claim in January 2021. Again on March 31 there is another charge of $52.00. I see on Google there are several fraud charges filed against them. I want the amount credited and no further false claims.

I just tried to file a compliant with Paypal and was denied.. I went and looked it up and have been charged $267.00! so far! Auto payments are off but yet $33.00 was charged just a few days ago! I have removed the bank card it was on and I guess next step is deal with them directly since PayPal is useless!

I signed up with them and never received any product. I can not even get a refund for the money they took. I am not a wealthy person and do not even work anymore. Nonsense for these people to prey on others.

I signed up with them last year and cancelled soon after because the program was so bad. STAY AWAY!
When I spoke to them in 2020 to cancel, I was assured that they had cancelled the plan and promised me there would be no more debits to my account. Last week they hit my PayPal account for $66! When I talked to them about it they said it was legit because I never cancelled. TOTAL SCAM, RIPOFF ARTISTS. Stay Away.

I just noticed a $33 paypal payment to this "company" that I don't recognize. I took someone's advice to go in and cancel the automatic payments that they somehow set up without my authorization and found that they've been charging my account every three months since the end of 2019! I don't remember even hearing about their dofasting.com website til now. So frustrating! Guess it's time to stop buying through paypal altogether. This is ridiculous!

Definitely a scam. They hack PayPal accounts and create subscription payments usually $33 and PayPal refuses to refund because they can't get the money back from this fake company in Vilnius, Lithuania. PayPal sucks if they can't protect your account.

I also have several months of bills for $33 a month. I contacted PayPal and they canceled the auto pay for Kilo Grupe. i’m sure I won’t get my money back, but at least it looks like I won’t lose any more.

I also got scammed by this crowd, they signed me up through PayPal without my knowledge, PayPal resolution procedure failed, so I closed my PayPal account.
How can you trust PayPal when they allow this to happen.

FIX***** Go to your PayPal settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments and find "Kilo Group" on the left-hand side. CANCEL THIS CRAP! I was charged 4 amounts of $33 (once every 3 months). PayPal did not offer any help, either.

I went through this app/website too, but I did not complete the transaction. Kilo-group went ahead and billed my PayPal account. Definite fraud!

They have taken $33 3 times and $5 once. I didn't realize it until last week after the 3rd withdrawal and appealed through PayPal. They claimed it was authorized even though I had no idea what it was. After reading this thread and people saying it was DoFasting I remembered taking their "assessment" on Facebook. As soon as I realized they wanted to charge for a subscription I exited out and deleted it. They somehow still can charge us through PayPal even if we didn't want it. I'm pretty sure we can start a class action suit against PayPal at least since they are allowing this to happen without our authorization. In the meantime, if enough people cancel PayPal due to mistrust it might help prevent others from losing money to this scam.

I was charged 66 usd on my PayPal as well and called PP coustmer service and got an email that they don’t see there was a problem with the transaction and I called again and was told to keep an eye on my email, I don’t know this company I don’t have an account with this company so how can they just take money out and PP is supposed to be safe?

this company is a fraud. They had a website for keto diet that I began to sign up for but did not authorize the payment. They went ahead and charged paypal anyway. Paypal is on their side. I have sent a dispute to my bank. I will close Paypal for good. I can write checks so who needs Paypal who knowingly goes along with this fraud.
