Charged out of the blue

I noticed the charge on PayPal of $37 on October 30 2023 from UAB Kilo Grupe. When investigating I discovered that this company charged me regularly in the past three years. I don't have any emails from them, no I made any purchases of their products. I am not sure how they got into my PayPal. I emailed them and they agreed to return only the last payment. But made an excuse that they can't refund any previous payments.
This is SCAM company, so please pay attention to your PayPal charges!
I am taking it further with PayPal to get to the bottom of it

Unauthorized charge

When checking my bank statement I came across a charge from kilo-health for $67. I do not recognize the charge and I have no records of any purchases that go with this charge. I am in the process of requesting a refund so we will see how that goes.

So my wife signed up for a keto plan with ketocycle.diet for a year. After a few months she unsubscribed and discontinued her plan. Just got charged again today. She cancelled a year ago. Needless to say we are heading over to the bank tomorrow.

I was Charged 91.95 twice on July 17, 2021 and I am an able to get my money back I never authorize these people to take anything from my account they charged my PayPal account $33 and then introvertedly took 91.95 twice out on the same day through my bank. I am a widow on a limited income and cannot afford this and it just pisses me off to no end. No groceries for the month of August!

Ordered an online app and the set up a renewal on the account despite saying it was a 1x purchase. No notification of re-occurring charges. Fought it through paypal and Capital One and they denied the claim. Said company had appropriate paperwork, but as an individual I could not contact them directly to cancel. Had to go to Paypal to inactivate charge. No response from the email listed.

I also got scammed by Kilo Group! Somehow they signed me up through PayPal without my knowledge, PayPal resolution procedure has failed, so I am closing my PayPal account.
How can you trust PayPal as a secure business when they allow this to happen! Very clearly Kilo hacks PayPal accounts and creates subscription payments (mine was $49 every six months) and PayPal refuses to refund because they can't get the money back from this fake company in Vilnius, Lithuania. PayPal will continue to lose customers if they can't protect your account.

I want to report my experience with UAB kilo Grupe AND PayPal. There are unauthorized withdrawals from my PayPal account continuing to be taken out over several months, one charge $39.99 every three months approximately and a recurring monthly withdrawal of $5.99. I am 87 yrs old disabled, and on a limited income. I have to take care of everything online what I payout and what services people pay me for. PayPal handles everything. But I have tried through their "resolution center," to stop payment for this group, temporarily while they were "investigating.". Now my dispute has been denied and my case closed,because they have determined that I authorized payments. I received nothing,in the beginning, and I received nothing on a monthly recurring basis (maybe subscription) from them. So, I don't know what to do. I will ask our Attorney General to help. I don't know if the AG can help me. I am so upset, I'm afraid I will have a stroke continuing to try to get a resolution from PayPal. Like many others who have filed complaints, I thought PayPal was safe. In my case, and apparently others like it, PayPal can't be trusted to help. And UAB kilo Grupe is indeed a scam, but PayPal doesn't care.

Made a huge mistake by ordering, cancelled immediately..too late..money is gone. Just filed a complaint with Paypal. Never received anything from the bogus company. PayPal should disassociate itself from scammers like this.

On 5-13-21, I mistakenly placed an order from" Kilo grupe' I immediately sent an email to them cancelling the order. The $33.00 charge was taken from PayPal immediately. There are so many addresses with this bogus company, that I have not heard from them. Their reviews describe them as such. I am going to send another email to Hello@Kilo health or Kilo grupe. Today I received notification of payment on my PayPal account of 52£ + toKilo group having never ordered from or heard of this company I checked PayPal and found that same had happened last June. I was in hospital when that charge was made and didn’t authorized

I never signed up for any services from this company but was charged $67 on my PayPal account. I never received any product or service from UAB Kilo Grupe. I was just charged $66.00 from this group via PayPal to my checking account. I had previously received an email reminder from KetoCycle, one of their scam vehicles. I had ignored it thinking it was spam because I never subscribed. After the charge today I went back to the email and tried to log in to my so called account. I didn't have a password so I submitted by email to reset the password. The response on the website was immediate saying "success" check your email. That was hours ago and it did not go to spam. I have emailed "support" from the email reminder. Their reply was immediate saying resolution for disputed charges could take months. I have submitted a claim to PayPal and gone through my preauthorized payments. As far as I can tell I have never paid them any money.

It is absolutely ridiculous that a company like Paypal cannot solve a problem of this nature and even worse that they authorize so easily and quickly a charge from a "merchant" that I have never used before when every time I use my Paypal account to buy something, They ask me to confirm and authorize the transaction, which of course did not happen in this case. When I filed a claim with the resolution center, it only took them 5 seconds to "investigate" the case and say it was not a suspicious transaction... Can they really investigate something in 5 seconds and know that it is not a fraud or scam? ? You just need to go on the internet to read all the scam complaints under this name "UAB Kilo Grupe" Then when I called to escalate the problem, they told me that Paypal did not find it suspicious because it was a charge made for a subscription with that merchant, ¿ WHAT ? a subscription of I do not know or with whom or for what ! I am really disappointed in Paypal. I thought it was better than this.

Was charged $66 this morning from this group. Never authorized it, and I closed my PayPal account because there was nothing they could do. I never even heard of this company. Disappointed in Pay Pal. Will not use them again. This is the second issue I've had with them.
