I have had the same experience and my case was dismissed as well. Thoroughly disappointed. I was scammed for USD 66.00 as well for a transaction I never have carried out. This is very unfair and frustrating. My advice would be to contact your bank as well which I promptly have done too.

My account was charged for something I did not authorize from this company. I received an email from PayPal telling me that I had been charged $66 and I have NO idea who they are. I reported it to PayPal and received a confirmation that my "subscription" had been cancelled but still waiting on a refund. What the heck is this, I am out of work and have no income, THIS WAS UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION!

My teenage daughter try the Kilo app and cancel the subscription before the 7 day free trial ended and they have charged my bank account more than once it’s a horrible company to let a under age kid sing without parents approval to this app. I just want them to stop changing my bank card $33 it adds up and have not got any response from the company.

I do not even know what Kilo Grupe, is but have charges taken out of my account for $33. And *now* also owe $30. In bank fees! I have nothing in my account now!
I believe I have more charges taken out, too- and have to go through everything *if* my bank is even open!
I only have Social Security anyway- what is going on?

Well, am at a big loss here. I thought I got the money back from kilo group but my bank had given me it twice because if some couch and now am out of $46+39.99 +39.99. My order for the was on August 20, 2020 and am out if work and money because of this scam. Now because of some cliche in my banks system, I am out and additional $39.99. Someone help me please.

Facebook ad led me to a survey on weight loss and getting fit. The app had a monthly membership fee and personalized diet plan included.
There is not getfitterapp the website brings you back to the survey. Scammed. Thankfully it was only $37 but I am currently trying to stop this before it turns into a monthly scam. Company leads to UAB Kilo Groupe. With a hello@kilohealth email.

I am Diabetic and thought I'd completed a survey and paid for a diet plan which would help keep the diabetes under control. How stupid was I! I've just had another £37.50 taken from my PayPal account. I've not received a thing from joining in April. I've requested PayPal to cancel future payments and they've agreed and I've cancelled the subscription. However, on reading the comments on here I don't hold out much hope of anyone taking any notice of my requests. What a scam this is!

TERRIBLE customer service, product not as described and then when I filed a complaint through PayPal the finally offered what was originally offered...for $80 more. My PayPal complaint was dismissed and I’m stuck paying $40 for a crap product that I can’t use.

Advertising motorcycle horn, made in the USA. Ordered, and never heard. No confirmation email. Went to PayPal and got email to contact vendor and they led me.thru the tracking system stating it was sitting in Customs, then it finally got to my post office. When my post office didn't give me notice of a package after a week, I inquired and she asked for the tracking number and said that was no tracking number. It was a fake used with a fake app. I've been in co tact with a Heidy Ha via email who can't keep jer story straight with me. One email its logistics problem, one email its been reordered, one email I cant get a refund as its been sent out and it can't be cancelled as that office doesn't talk with the logistics office apparently....huge scam.

This company is a complete scam. They offer no services, they get you to sign up and make it impossible to cancel. I’m getting charged every month through PayPal and I’m getting nothing. Please help. Shut them DOWN! How do I get my money back?

True, the same happen to me. I purchased a meal plan, turned out not for vegetarians which was giving no options but the same poor receipt every day. I stopped using it after a week and called it a bad purchase. But they charged me again without a notice or a new meal plan. After contacting them they 'kindly' stopped my subscription and promised not to take any more payments. I was shocked, as I was not aware I was purchasing a subscription. I simply don't do that. And who would like to stay on KETo for longer than 4 weeks? Now, I reported it to PayPal and exchanged about a dozen of messages which UAB KILO GRUPE where they give me nothing but a promise of no further payments. I will not give up, £55 for nothing - I will not let it go for nothing. Very cheeky and rude customer services.
