I ordered two items more than 20 days ago. The phone number I call there is never a person it way to talk to a person. They blocked me from Facebook when I messaged them and asked them. And they sent me a tracking number today but it says no details. The address they have on their website is a fake address. It’s a place where you can rent a mailbox. But they are actually in China. I’m trying to dispute the charge with my bank. Many customers said that they haven’t received their items.

They advertise an item respond right away for questions then never send item they don’t respond to emails and blocks message from social media sites.

I ordered a $49 curling iron my wife saw on Instagram that she wanted. The sales page said I would receive a tracking number once it shipped and no mention was made that it was coming from China. After three weeks and no tracking number, I checked my order link and it didn’t work. I emailed them and got the “I know you’re excited” spill with a tracking number that showed it still at “origin post” in China. The item finally arrived on May 2nd. It was shipped in a thin display box wrapped in plastic. The package was destroyed because it was packaged so poorly. It came with a plug that won’t work in the US so it can’t even test it. The quality is so poor that I’d be afraid to put it in anyway. I emailed them back and they said they’d give me a store credit if I could prove it was damaged. They also said I could get a refund since it was used! This wasn’t what we ordered and they’ve removed the listing from their site. I saw this same item on Wish for $8.00 and it’s not even worth that. I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal.

Ordered from this site on March 18th. I have tried to track it and it has been “in transit” for almost 2 months now. I contacted the company via email requesting a refund and they replied as I am showing below. I encourage every single person out there to NEVER order from their site. I tried calling and it’s a voicemail that won’t let you talk to a real person. NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this site. It is a scam and I have lost my money to them as so many others have.

Made a purchase on April 2nd for $45. Followed up at least 7 times over Facebooks Messenger. Each response we received included “rest assure” and a tracking number that did not work. This company is a scam. Do not give them any money. If you have, contact your bank and report them as fraudulent. This company needs a record so that may not operate for much longer.

Seen this promotion on both Instagram and Facebook I decided to try and order but once I placed the order I did some research and didn’t have a good feeling so I asked for a refund the games started. Products never came order was placed on April 5th and then they sent a email saying due to COVID-19 it was delays. Nobody is giving me a refund and the tracking information provided doesn’t work.

Do Not Buy from this company! Almost a month since I placed an order. When I finally get a tracking number, it shows it’s located in China. It’s been 18 days and tracking shows it’s STILL located in China! Had I know up front where this was coming from, I would’ve never ordered it! Asked for a refund and was given the run around. They are a scamming company who blocked me from their Facebook comments. They created their fake Facebook page in January and they take everyone’s money for products they aren’t actually going to ship. I was told that it will take 20 days to receive my product but some say they never received their products. The place they have their address is a post office or mail center of some sort that rents out mailboxes. They need to be stopped! I blocked them from making any other transactions from my account but have to wait to dispute the charge. On the Facebook it says 6 people, including one from the Philippines are in charge of the Facebook page.

Definitely a scam. I placed an order on April 3rd. Like all the other people have said, got a reply right away with a fake tracking ID that still has not shipped yet. Did not receive any other additional tracking info via SMS or email like they said i should “shortly.”

Do not waste your time.

After doing my research ( i ordered from them before hand) i found out that they are located in china. I also had to threaten police reports and such to get my money back. I was blocked from there facebook page as well as email and there toll free number. Only good thing to come of all of this is that after fighting with them for almost a month my items were sent out today. From SHENZHEN CHINA. I was told they were being shipped from Texas by seller. I will post again if i recive my orders if not i will still post once i speak to police and find out how to get my money back
