Hi there, the call is in reference about the new, update on you tax file. Good afternoon, this is Lucy, with National Tax Executive Office. My direct line is 844-487-9799. Your tax file, it's still showing a possible balance or someone filed returns based on the information we have on file. Under the new IRS Fresh Start program, your household may quailify for partial forgiveness...... They call 3-5 times per day. You can block them all day and they continue to call with different numbers. This has been going on for months. I do not Owe anything on my Taxes and make sure they are taken care of every year.

I am getting calls just about every day, sometimes 3-4 times a day. It starts as an automated message: "Good afternoon, this is Lucy with the National Tax Executive Office. My direct line is 833-727-9439." After the automated message about some tax issue, I pressed one to speak to a live agent. Informed this person that I do not have any tax issues and I don't owe anything, and hung up. They still continue to call. It's annoying because every time I block the number, they just call from a different one.

I am being contacted by Special Resolution Unit about unpaid tax matter and to avoid collections. The person's name is "Brian Lopez" and calls from multiple numbers within multiple states. 443-412-6539, 720-721-7811, 440-906-9664, 943-274-1874, 856-402-6166. The phone number to call back is 833-727-9955. I have called numerous times to tell them to stop calling I have no unpaid tax matter and I still get at least 4 calls a day.

I am getting constant calls exactly like this. The voicemail they left said:

The person repeatedly calls and says:

Calls are daily from a different originating number every time and the same pre-recorded message is left on my VM every time. Brian Lopez calling from the tax resolution unit.. call back before your file goes to final collections... showing unresolved items... there may be a way we can step in and help. My direct line is 833-727-9955.

I've called the number and I get the same woman answering the call and stating that if I have an outstanding tax debt over $5000, that I may qualify for their program for tax debt resolution. I explained that I have no tax debt or outstanding balances and please remove me from their list. The calls continue to come in daily despite my request.
