I've been receiving a large volume of calls for months, usually multiple per day from 100+ different numbers. There are several different pre-recorded messages they use, identifying as "Daniela from the personal loan review team", "Daniela Martinez with the tax review unit", "Daniela Torres from the credit review team," "Violet Nelson from the loan processing unit," "Veronica" or "Veronica Garcia from the personal loan review team," "Brooklyn Rodriguez from the credit division," "Ethan Cole," etc. They state that I qualify for unsecured loans of high amounts (usually $67,000 or $70,000), or tell me that I owe taxes and have an open account with them, and encourage me to reach out to different numbers, which are always different than the numbers they call from. Some of the numbers they encourage me to call are: (800) 294-9424, (855) 768-7011, (866) 959-0960, (866) 959-1584, (877) 419-6664, (315) 208-3902, (315) 208-3876, etc.

Audio unclear) Hello! This is Daniella calling from tax review unit for your records. My agent, ID number 4023.

This is Daniella Martinez with the tax review unit. I've been trying to connect since the new year.

Your file was flagged for manual review and still shows some unresolved items, possibly an older balance or a couple of missing returns.

If you've already resolved it, no action is needed. But if not, now's a good time to take a second look.

Thanks to your state and a new budget allocation, you may qualify for IRS Fresh Start or similar resolution programs.

Especially if you faced financial hardship. There may be an opportunity to reduce what's owed or even settle it completely depending on your financial situation.

I am available till.

5 p.m. Today.

Please call me back at 866-878.

"780393. I've been trying to get a hold of you for the past few days. I'm going through your file and files flagged after the 2025 extension deadline, and yours still shows a balance or some missing returns. Not sure if you received our letter in the mail. Please press 1 now to connect with the tax officer assigned to your file. Thanks to the new administration, the IRS has reopened funding for the Fresh Start program. It's meant to help people reduce or even wipe out what they owe so they can have a fresh start as the name speaks for itself. You can also call back at 866-878-0393 and ask for the resolution department. Just mention your reference code or application ID if you already received one. And if you prefer not to hear from us again, just call and press 9." They call with several different numbers. It's getting really annoying. Spam blocked doesn't pick it up.

Repeated calls from Yorktown, Copenhagen, NY, Canastota, Wurtsboro, Boswell, ND and many other cities from New York. They always leave a message about the abatement programs, tax. consolidation, and IRS resolutions. I’ve opted the 9 to get out of these calls. But they continue to call. I just do not want anyone else to call them especially the elderly and get scammed. Thank you for your time. I get these calls minimum of 4 times a day. Please help. Scammer does not email. No email address for scanner. Just entered a random email for scanner.

“Hi, this is Olivia from the tax review unit. There's an urgent update regarding your current tax situation that needs your attention. I've been trying to reach you over the past few days. I left a voicemail and sent a text last week, but I haven't heard back. I have never responded and the number used to call me continues to change. I have included a screenshot of my voicemail inbox with the calls I haven’t already blocked and reported.

I have been contacted by this scam several times, and the voicemails left have been demanding that I call and confirm my address. I called the number listed yesterday, and when I asked what address they had on file, she asked for my full SSN "to confirm my identity". I followed up by asking what the nature of the documents was, and again, my SSN was demanded. The same woman has called and left messages with me, my husband, and my father with different names. Nothing about this situation seems legitimate. Please be cautious in dealings with this number.
