The message made no sense and was all over the place. I am assuming from this that it is a scam.

I didn't answer the phone call but this was the voicemail I received:“Hello, I hope your day is going well. My name is Meredith Williams from rapid tax filings LLC and my phone number is 260-529-3342. We are calling about your overdue back tax filings. This is a notification call about your back tax debt that must be settled before the end of the month. We have received a notice that your taxes need to be settled before the end of the month and if you call today, we can help you avoid any wage Garnishment. My phone number is 260-529-3342.
